THERE ARE TWO STEPS TO INSTALLING THE SYSTEM:
Part I. Assemble the filters and housing onto the main system
Part II. Installing the system
STEP I. ASSEMBLE THE FILTERS AND HOUSING AND ATTACH TO THE MAIN SYSTEM
Remove plastic/paper wrappings on the 2 filters, put them into the 2 housings, and assemble to housings
onto the main system as follows:
1) See Fig. 2 Stand the 2 housings upright.
2) See Fig. 3 Hand twist the housing onto the main system, by turning counterclockwise,
one by one, for both housings.
3) See Fig. 4 Use the wrench provided to completely tighten the housing.
PART II. INSTALLING THE SYSTEM
Space: Ensure there is sufficient space under the sink for installation.
The system requires:
The system is best installed under the kitchen sink. But if that is not feasible you can install the system
anywhere where there is a cold-water supply with sufficient water pressure.
Mounting: Secure the Mounting Bracket to the wall or inside of the sink cabinet, with two screws, carefully
measuring the height to ensure proper fit with clearance to remove filter housing from the mounting bracket.
It’s recommended that the screws be a minimum of 18” from the bottom of the cabinet.

Step 1: Feed Water Connection
The system can only be connected to the COLD water supply.
1. Shut off water supply.
2. Locate the COLD water supply valve under the kitchen sink. Turn off the incoming cold water –
turn the handle clockwise.
3. Utilizing the metal wrench, disconnect the faucet cold water service line from the shutoff below
the sink.
4. Ensure there are no leaks.
5. Release pressure by opening cold faucet, leave open.
6. Use the metal wrench to attach the metal valve to the cold water inlet below the sink. DO NOT
OVER TIGHTEN. (See Fig. 5 below).
Fig. 5
7. Connect the faucet cold water service line, that was previously connected to the shutoff valve,
and reconnect to the top of the metal NRV Valve. See fig. 5. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
8. Connect one of the pieces of blue tubing to the left inlet push-to-fit connection on the mounting
bracket, by pushing the end of the tubing into the fitting, until it stops. Slightly pull on fitting in
opposite installation direction to ensure proper installation. It should not pull out.
9. Connect the other end of this installed tubing to the lower connection on the metal NRV Valve.
10. Repeat instructions in #7 and #8 and install the other end of the tubing to the other port on the
metal NRV Valve.
NOTE: Ifthecoldwatershutoffvalvecannotturnoffthewater,themainwatersupplytothehouse
will have to be shut off prior to installation.

1. Ensure filters properly installed and casing attached.
2. Close faucet.
3. Slowly turn on the water supply, check for leaks.
4. Turn cold water faucet on slowly, run water 5 – 10 minutes prior to use.
*To shorten tubing if desired, cut tube ends square and straight if necessary, avoid sharp turns
that can cause tubing to flex and deform.
FILTER CHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
How To Replace Filters:
1. Turn OFF cold water supply to system. Open Faucet to release any pressure.
2. Unscrew casing, remove filters from packaging and install on top cap of unit housing pushing at
a straight 90-degree angle, one filter into each casing.
3. Reattach housing and top caps, hand tighten to ensure firm fitting.
4. Connect assembled casings to Mounting Bracket and Heads, with ¼ turn twist lock, pushing up
and turning counter clockwise. Do this for both casing/filter housings.
5. Ensure faucet is closed.
6. Slowing turn on water supply, checking for leaks.
7. Turn cold water faucet on slowly, run water 5 – 10 minutes prior to use.
8. It’s common to see micro bubbles in the water during this initial set-up of new filters. After a few
minutes, the water will become clear as the bubbles move upwards.
Replace filters regularly. We recommend changing your filters every 3-6 months. Low flow
rate indicates need to replace filters
