2.4 Intended use
The scaolds mentioned in these Instructions for Assembly and
Use may only be used in accordance with the requirements of DIN

2.5 General notes
The ALUFIX 200 Mobile Scaold Tower comprises a basic scaold
made of aluminium, which can be folded to save space, greatly
facilitating transport to and from the building site.
Height adjustment by raising or lowering the tower at intervals of 11
cm is possible. This can be done by disconnecting the tubes using the
tube linchpins, allowing for perfect working heights when carrying
out ceiling work, for installations, or other construction works.
Only access the dierent levels by means of separate ladders!
Structural stability is ensured due to the centric load application via
the locked castor wheels.

3. Assembly
Prior to assembly, make sure all components and tools
or equipment necessary for assembling the mobile working
platform are available at the construction site and inspect
all components for proper condition. Only use undamaged,
original ALFIX parts of the ALFIX Mobile Scaold Tower ALUFIX
200 (OEM parts). Damaged or faulty scaolding components
must not be used.
Access the platform via a shelf ladder.
Unfold the basic scaold unit, lock the locking mechanism
into position on both sides. Lock the castor wheels by pressing
down the brake lever.
Fit the platform decks without trapdoor and the
longitudinal ledgers. Start by tting the longitudinal ledgers
with the upper end onto a cross brace of the ALUFIX 200 basic
scaold unit and pull the longitudinal ledger towards you until
the hook locks into position and the safety lock (latch securing
system) automatically closes. Fit the longitudinal ledgers as
closely to the vertical tube as possible.
Height adjustment can be achieved by unlocking the tube
linchpin and moving the castor wheel with tube (ALUFIX 200
accessory) up or downwards in the basic scaold unit.
The mobile working platform is disassembled in the
reverse order of assembly .
