D. Assembly Instructions:

Pick 1 WFMA ORANGE EARTH LEAD 0.25m [ECN4002] and connect the blade connector to the
Connector PCBA on the XONE_96 base & rear sub-assembly [REF: AH-M0830] and the female
connector to the Slave PCBA screw on XONE_96 Top Panel sub-assembly [REF: AH-M0832].

Turn the Top Panel sub-assembly onto the base & rear sub-assembly, connect the PCBA XONE:96
CONNECTOR Ribbon Cable to the PCBA XONE:96 SLAVE Connector and connect the PCBA
XONE:96 DUAL USB Ribbon Cable and Power Cable to the PCBA XONE:96 PSU & INLET
Connectors.

Secure the front panel with the base & rear panel with
4 off SCREW M3X5 TRUNC CSK TORX [AB8592], 2 off SCREW 2.5X6 PAN POZI [AB4393] and
8 off SCREW 2.7X9 AB TORX BK UH [AB7422].

Pick 1 off XONE_96 front sub-assembly [REF: AH-M0828], connect the PCBA XONE:96 CUE B
Ribbon Cable to the PCBA XONE:96 HEADPHONE connector, mount inside the base panel and
secure with 6 off SCREW M3X5 TRUNC CSK TORX [AB8592].

Secure the top panel to the rest of the unit with 6 off SCREW M3X5 TRUNC CSK TORX [AB8592].

After the product has passed the test and ready for packing, pick 8 off PHONO PLUG SHORTING
GOLD [AL4396] and connect them on the Rear Panel’s PHONO RCAs.

Pick 1 off Serial number label [AN8362] and 1 off ROHS (orange) label [AN7014] and attach
them to the base of the unit as shown below.

Finally, before packing the unit make sure that all the KNOBS and FADERS are turned off or to the
minimum value as shown in the image below.
