PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package
and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.

Estimated Assembly Time: 15 minutes
Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Adjustable wrench, pliers, and safety glasses.
Installation may vary depending on how the previous showerhead was installed. Supplies necessary
for the installation of the dual showerhead are not all included; however, they are available wherever
plumbing supplies are sold.
Prior to beginning installation, turn off the hot and cold water lines, then turn on the old shower to re-
lease built-up pressure. When installing the new dual showerhead, hand tighten the connections. DO
NOT OVERTIGHTEN. Connections that are too tight will reduce the integrity of the system.

1. Shut off the water at the main water supply. Remove the
existing showerhead (1.1) using pliers or an adjustable wrench,
if needed. Clean the threads on the shower arm (1.2).

2. Apply thread seal tape (E) onto the threads of the shower arm
(2.1) in a clockwise direction. 2

3. Apply thread seal tape (E) to the threads on the diverter (C).
Conrm a washer (3.1) is pre-inserted into the diverter (C).
Thread the diverter (C) onto the shower arm (3.2) and hand
tighten. Do not overtighten. Once the diverter (C) is attached,
tighten the set screw on the diverter (C) using the Allen
wrench (F).

4. Conrm a washer (4.1) is pre-inserted into the xed
showerhead (B). Thread the xed mount showerhead (B) onto
the top threads on the diverter (C) and hand tighten. Do not
overtighten.

5. Insert a washer (G) into the hose nut (5.1) on the shower hose
(D). Thread the hose nut (5.1) on the shower hose (D) onto the
bottom threads (5.2) of the diverter (C). Hand tighten, but do
not overtighten.
Insert a washer (G) into the hose nut (5.3) on the remaining
end of the shower hose (D). Thread the hose nut (5.3) onto the
end of the handheld showerhead (A). Hand tighten, but do not
overtighten.

6. Place the handheld showerhead (A) into the bracket (6.1) on
the diverter (C) and adjust to the desired position. Turn on the
water and check for leaks. If a leak occurs, tighten the
connection that is leaking.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
To choose whether the water ows from the xed showerhead, from the handheld showerhead, or from both showerheads,
rotate the dial on the side of the diverter.
To change the spray settings, rotate the lever under each showerhead.
To operate the power washer function on the end of the handheld showerhead, press the button on the back of the handle
once for fan spray. Press the same button a second time for jet spray. Press the button a third time to return the water ow to
the face of the handheld showerhead.
CARE AND CLEANING
Clean periodically with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and harsh chemicals as these will dull the nish
and void your warranty.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
There is low water pressure or
a missing spray pattern.
The showerhead spray
nozzles are clogged.
Soak the showerhead in a solution of water and vinegar. Use a solution of 50% white
vinegar and 50% water overnight. The vinegar will break down any mineral deposits or
sediment from hard water and will improve the ow through your showerhead.
Debris has clogged
the shower arm or
showerhead.
Remove the showerhead and rinse debris from internal parts.
Turn on the hot and cold water and let it run for at least 30 seconds to ush debris
from the lines.
Reinstall the showerhead.
The shower arm/showerhead
connection is leaking.
The showerhead
connection is loose.
Gently and rmly tighten the showerhead to the diverter, but do not overtighten.
The diverter connection
is loose.
Gently and rmly tighten the diverter to the shower arm, but do not overtighten.
The thread seal tape is
not creating a good seal.
Remove the diverter to conrm thread seal tape was applied properly. Remove and
reapply thread seal tape, if needed.
The shower hose/
showerhead connection
is leaking.
The handheld
showerhead connection
is loose.
Gently and rmly tighten the handheld showerhead, but do not overtighten.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
The distributor warrants to the original consumer purchaser this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship
under normal use in residential applications. At its option, the Company will provide repair parts or replace defective
product when the product is used in accordance with the manufacturer’s specications.
The distributor provides a limited 5-year warranty on the nish of this product to the original purchaser. At its option, the
distributor will provide repair parts or replace defective product when the product is used in accordance with the manufacturer’s
specications. Use of mild abrasive, abrasive or chemical cleaners may damage the nish of the showerhead. We
recommend cleaning your showerhead with a soft cloth, moistened with water. Damage resulting from the use of abrasive
or chemical cleaners SHALL VOID THIS WARRANTY.
This warranty is not applicable to any products or parts of products where damage is caused by use of non-genuine parts; is due to
installation error, product misuse, negligence or faulty maintenance; or where the product is not installed according to local
building codes.
This warranty excludes labor charges or damage incurred during installation, repair or replacement, and any indirect,
incidental or consequential damages, losses, injury or costs of any nature. This warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other
warranties, conditions and guarantees, whether expressed or implied, including without restriction those of merchantability
or tness of use.
Liability under this warranty will not exceed the purchase price for the product claimed to be defective by the original
consumer purchaser. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages so the
above limitations or exclusions may not apply. This warranty gives you specic legal rights and you may also have other rights
which vary from state to state, or province to province.

1. Cierre el suministro principal de agua. Retire el cabezal de
ducha existente (1.1) con una llave inglesa, si es necesario.
Limpie las roscas del brazo de la ducha (1.2).

2. Aplique cinta aislante para roscas (E) en las roscas del brazo
de la ducha (2.1) en dirección de las manecillas del reloj. 2

PREPARACIÓN
Antes de comenzar a ensamblar el producto, asegúrese de tener todas las piezas. Compare las piezas con la lista
del contenido del paquete y la lista de aditamentos. No intente ensamblar el producto si falta alguna pieza o si estas

Tiempo estimado de ensamblaje: 15 minutos
Herramientas necesarias para el ensamblaje (no se incluyen): llave inglesa ajustable, alicates y gafas de seguridad.
La instalación puede variar según cómo se instaló el cabezal de ducha anterior. No se incluyen todos los
materiales necesarios para la instalación del cabezal de ducha doble; no obstante, estos están disponibles en
cualquier lugar donde se vendan artículos de plomería.
Antes de comenzar la instalación, cierre las líneas de entrada de agua fría y caliente, y luego abra el cabeza de
ducha viejo para liberar la presión acumulada. Al instalar el nuevo cabezal de ducha doble, primero apriete a mano
las tuercas del conector. NO APRIETE DEMASIADO. Las conexiones que estén muy apretadas reducirán la
integridad del sistema.

3. Aplique cinta aislante para roscas (E) a las roscas del
desviador (C). Conrme que se haya insertado una arandela
(3.1) en el desviador (C). Enrosque el desviador (C) en el
brazo de la ducha (3.2) y apriete a mano. No apriete
demasiado. Una vez que el desviador (C) esté conectado,
apriete el tornillo de jación en el desviador (C) con la llave
Allen (F).

4. Conrme que se haya insertado una arandela (4.1) en el
cabezal de ducha jo (B). Enrosque el cabezal de ducha jo
(B) en las roscas superiores del desviador (C) y apriete a
mano. No apriete demasiado.

5. Inserte una arandela (G) en la tuerca de la manguera (5.1) en
la manguera de la ducha (D). Enrosque la tuerca de la
manguera (5.1) en la manguera de la ducha (D) en las roscas
inferiores (5.2) del desviador (C). Apriete a mano, pero no
demasiado.
Inserte una arandela (G) en la tuerca de la manguera (5.3) en
el extremo restante de la manguera de la ducha (D). Enrosque
la tuerca de la manguera (5.3) en el extremo del cabezal de
ducha de mano (A). Apriete a mano, pero no demasiado.

6. Coloque el cabezal de ducha de mano (A) en el soporte (6.1)
del desviador (C) y ajústelo a la posición deseada. Abra el
suministro de agua y revise que no haya fugas. Si ocurre una
fuga, apriete la conexión que tiene fugas.

SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
INSTRUCCIONES DE FUNCIONAMIENTO
Para elegir si el agua uye desde el cabezal de ducha jo, desde el cabezal de ducha de mano o desde ambos cabezales
de ducha, gire el selector en el costado del desviador.
Para cambiar los ajustes, gire la palanca debajo de cada cabezal de ducha.
Para operar la función de lavado a presión dual en la parte superior del cabezal de ducha manual, presione el botón en la
parte posterior de la manija una vez para un rocío de abanico. Presione el mismo botón una segunda vez para un chorro de
agua. Presione el botón una tercera vez para devolver el ujo de agua a la cara del cabezal de la ducha de mano.
CUIDADO Y LIMPIEZA
Limpie periódicamente con un paño suave. Evite utilizar limpiadores abrasivos, lana de acero y químicos agresivos, ya
que pueden dañar el acabado y anular su garantía.
PROBLEMA CAUSA POSIBLE SOLUCIÓN
Hay una baja presión de agua o
falta en el patrón de rociado. Las boquillas de rociado del cabezal de ducha
están obstruidas
Remoje el cabezal de ducha en una solución de agua y vinagre. Use una solución de 50%
de vinagre blanco y 50% de agua durante la noche. El vinagre descompondrá cualquier
depósito mineral o sedimento del agua dura y debería mejorar el ujo a través del cabezal
de ducha.
Los escombros han
obstruido el brazo de la
ducha o el cabezal de la
ducha.
Retire el cabezal de ducha y enjuague los desechos de las partes internas.
Abra el agua fría y caliente y déjela correr durante al menos 30 segundos para
eliminar los desechos de las salidas.
Vuelva a instalar el cabezal de ducha.
La conexión del brazo de ducha /
cabezal de ducha tiene fugas.
La conexión del cabezal

Apriete suave y rmemente el cabezal de ducha, pero no lo apriete demasiado.

Apriete suavemente y con rmeza el desviador al brazo de ducha de pared, pero no
lo apriete demasiado.
La cinta selladora de
roscas no está creando
un buen sello.
Retire el cabezal de ducha para conrmar que la cinta selladora de roscas se haya
aplicado correctamente. Retire y vuelva a aplicar la cinta selladora de roscas, si es
necesario.
La conexión del manguera de
ducha / cabezal de ducha tiene
fugas.
La conexión del cabezal
de ducha está suelta. Apriete suave y rmemente el cabezal de ducha de mano, pero no lo apriete demasiado.
