PREPARATION
Before beginning the assembly of this product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with
the package contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.
Contact customer service for replacement parts.
Estimated Assembly Time: 120 minutes.
Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Thread Sealant Tape, Silicone Sealant, Pipe Wrench,
Phillips Screwdriver, Pliers.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the existing showerhead by turning it in a
counterclockwise direction. Note: A wrench (not included)
may be required. Clean any debris or old thread sealant
from the threads of the shower arm after the showerhead
has been removed.

2. The slide bar (A) can be mounted using the preassembled
suction cup or by using an optional adhesive pad (AA), or
by using mounting screws (DD) to attach permanently.
The suction cup and adhesive pad can only be used on
smooth, flat surfaces. If your shower wall has a rough
surface or if there is a grout line present, you'll need to use
the mounting screws (DD) to attach,as described in steps
2.1 and 2.2. Note: Some tub-surrounds will appear to have
a smooth, flat surface, but will actually have light texture
that is not noticeable at first. If this is the case, it will prevent
the suction cup and adhesive pad from maintaining a hold
and you will need to use the mounting screws (DD) to attach.

Remove the suction cup and plastic ring from slide bar (A)
by turning it in a counterclockwise direction as shown in
diagram 2.2.

3. Attach slide bar (A) to shower arm and tighten by turning clockwise
until slightly firm. Do not overtighten.
Using base of slide bar as a guide for centering on the wall, affix
suction cup to the wall at approximately 26-1/16 in. below the
shower arm. Make sure the wall is clean. Lightly moisten suction
cup, firmly press suction cup to wall. Note: When using an adhesive
pad (not included), make sure wall is clean and dry. Remove
adhesive backing, firmly press adhesive pad to wall approximately
26-1/16 in. below the shower arm.
5. Hand-tighten the showerhead (B) onto the slide bar (A). Do
not overtighten.
6. Insert one of the rubber sealing washers into the end
of the hose connector (D) and hand tighten to the outlet on
the slide bar (A).Hand tighten only.
4. Place plastic ring (1) inside flange (2) in the base of the slide
bar and attach base of slide bar to the suction cup or adhesive
pad by threading the flange onto the suction cup or adhesive
pad turning in a clockwise direction until firmly tightened. Do
not overtighten.

7. Insert one of the rubber sealing washers into the end of the hose
connector (D) and hand tighten to the hand shower (C).
Hand tighten only.

8. Turn the hand shower holder to the widest opening side facing
up and set hand shower into the hand shower holder.
Note: Hand shower should fit securely into hand shower
holder as shown in step.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
• Clean carefully by gently wiping with a grit-free damp cloth.
• Use only mild soap with water.
• Never use acids, harsh chemicals, or abrasive detergents to clean the faucet surface.
TROUBLESHOOTING

nut of the slide bar is missing.

This slide bar has been manufactured under the highest standard of workmanship. All parts of this slide
bar are warranted to be free from leaks or drips during domestic use for as long as the original purchaser
owns this product. THIS EXCLUDES INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL, OR BUSINESS USE. The
manufacturer will replace FREE OF CHARGE, under the warranty conditions the entire unit or any part
(at our option) which proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use
and service. This warranty is limited to defective parts as stated. All costs of removal and installation of
the slide bar, including the replacement of warranty parts are the responsibility of the purchaser. The
manufacturer shall not be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages arising at or in
connection with product use or performance except as may otherwise be accorded by law. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state
to state. Any damage to this faucet as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation,
or any use violating instructions furnished by us, WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY. When requesting

PREPARACIÓN

1. Retire el cabezal de ducha existente al girarlo en dirección
contraria a las manecillas del reloj.
Nota: es posible que se requiera de una llave (no se incluye).
Limpie cualquier desecho o sellador para roscas anterior del
brazo de la ducha una vez que haya retirado la cabeza.
2. La barra deslizable (A) se puede instalar con la ventosa preensamblada
o con una almohadilla adhesiva opcional (AA), o con tornillos de
montaje (DD) para fijarla de manera permanente. La ventosa y la
almohadilla adhesiva solo se pueden usar en superficies planas y
lisas. Si la ducha tiene una superficie áspera o si hay líneas de
lechada de cemento, deberá usar los tornillos de montaje (DD) para
conectarla, como se describe en los pasos 2.1 y 2.2. Nota: algunos
entornos de bañera parecen tener una superficie lisa y plana, pero
en realidad tienen una textura suave que al principio no se ve. De
ser así, esto impedirá que la ventosa y la almohadilla adhesiva se
sujeten y deberá usar los tornillos de montaje (DD) para conectarlas.

2.1 Marque la ubicación de los orificios, como se muestran en el
diagrama 2.1
2.1 a Si realizará la instalación en una viga, fije la almohadilla adhesiva
(AA) a la pared con tornillos de montaje (DD).
2.1 b Si realizará la instalación en un panel de yeso, taladre orificios
guía de 6,35 mm. en la pared y coloque las anclas de expansión
plásticas (CC) con un destornillador Phillips (no se incluye).
Inserte los tornillos de montaje (DD) a través de la almohadilla
adhesiva (AA) y en las anclas de expansión plásticas (CC).
Retire la ventosa y el anillo de plástico de la barra deslizable (A),
girándolos en dirección contraria a las manecillas del reloj,
como se muestra en el diagrama 2.2.

3. Fije la barra deslizable (A) al brazo de la ducha y apriétela girándola
en dirección de las manecillas del reloj hasta que quede
ligeramente firme. No apriete demasiado. Use la base de la barra
deslizable como guía para centrar en la pared y fije la ventosa en la
pared a aproximadamente 66,19 cm por debajo del brazo de la
ducha. Asegúrese de que la pared esté limpia. Humedezca
ligeramente la ventosa y presiónela firmemente a la pared.
Nota: cuando use una almohadilla adhesiva (no se incluye),
asegúrese de que la pared esté limpia y seca. Retire el refuerzo
adhesivo, presione firmemente la almohadilla adhesiva a la pared
a aproximadamente 66,19 cm por debajo del brazo de la ducha.
5. Apriete a mano el cabezal de ducha (B) en la barra deslizable (A).
No apriete demasiado.
6. Coloque una de las arandelas selladoras de goma en el
extremo del conector de manguera (D) y apriete a mano
hasta la salida en la barra deslizable (A). Apriete a mano
solamente.
4. Coloque el anillo de plástico (1) dentro de la brida (2) en la base
de la barra deslizable y fije esta base a la ventosa o almohadilla
adhesiva enroscando la brida en la ventosa o almohadilla
adhesiva y girando en dirección de las manecillas del reloj hasta
que esté firmemente apretada. No apriete demasiado.

7. Coloque una de las arandelas selladoras de goma en el otro
extremo del conector de manguera (D) y apriete a mano hasta la
ducha de mano (C). Apriete a mano solamente.
8. Gire el soporte de la ducha de mano hasta la máxima abertura
mirando hacia arriba y coloque la ducha de mano en el soporte
de la ducha de mano. Nota: la ducha de mano debe encajar de
forma segura en el soporte de la ducha de mano, como se
muestra en el paso 8.

CUIDADO Y MANTENIMIENTO
• Limpie cuidadosa y suavemente con un paño limpio.
• Lave solo con agua y jabón suave.
• Nunca limpie la superficie con ácidos, agentes químicos fuertes ni detergentes abrasivos.
