Use: Tankers and Freighters for hoisting injured men and various materials from
tanks, holds,etc.
BEFORE WORK
1．Be sure all nuts,bolts,hook are tightly secured prior to use.
2. Be sure the Wire(Part 5) always in good condition.
INTRODUCTION
A) Automatic Brakes: The brakes systems will automatically stop
when air source break off or overweight.
B) Suitable for ship repair, oil drilling, warehouse, mines, worksho
ps and other explosion-proof areas to use

HOW TO USE
1. At least need 3 men work together to install the winch.
2. Open the 3 legs(Part 1),adjust the suitable height of legs, each legs fix
by 2pcs of fastener(Part 7), At last fix by Chain(Part 5).
3. Install the winch (Part 2), fix by 2pcs of fastener(Part 7).
4. Connect the air source to air motor(Air pressure 7bar), turn on the
Switch(Part 6) to up or down the wire.
5. The switch can adjust lifting speed.

MAINTENANCE
1. The air motor should inspect by 3 moth. When maintenance, the
lubrication should be injected from motor air inlet, then turning on the air
source, making the motor running, repeat it three times and paying
attention to the grease come out from oil outlet.

2．The winch used frequently should be inspected completely at least
once a year. It must be washed and checked within stipulated period even
in normal operation.
3．Wire rope should be inspected frequently, if found the abrasion
exceeds the technical specification limits, it should be removed and
replaced immediately
