Lesen Sie bitte diese Broschüre mit wichtigen Informationen vor der Montage und
Verwendung der CurvePlates aufmerksam durch und achten Sie darauf, dass auch andere
Nutzer der CurvePlates diese Broschüre vor der Benutzung lesen.
Die CurvePlates sind ein Zubehör ohne zusätzlichen Platzbedarf für nahezu jeden
Fahrradergometer, Heimtrainer oder nahezu jedes Indoor Bike - weltweit. Ob im
Wohnzimmer, Fitnesscenter oder in Sport-, Gesundheits- und Rehabilitationseinrichtungen:
dieses Trainingserlebnis führt zu einem realitätsnahen, dynamischen und angenehmen
Fahrradfahren mit zusätzlichen positiven Gesundheitseffekten.

➢Beachten Sie, dass exzessives Training Ihre Gesundheit gefährden kann.
➢Jegliche andere Verwendung ist unzulässig und möglicherweise gefährlich. Der Hersteller und
Händler kann nicht für Schäden verantwortlich gemacht werden, die durch nicht bestimmungs-
gemäßen Gebrauch verursacht werden.
➢Kinder dürfen nicht unbeaufsichtigt in die Nähe des Gerätes gelangen (Verletzungsgefahr ist
beispielsweise bei seitlicher Neigung des Indoor Bikes/Ergometers möglich).
➢Achten Sie darauf, dass sich niemand während des Trainings im Bewegungsbereich des Gerätes
befindet.

AUFSTELLORT
➢Die Aufstellfläche des Gerätes muss eben und fest beschaffen sein, etwaige Unebenheiten im
Boden bitte ausgleichen.
➢Eine Bodenschutzmatte hilft, hochwertige Bodenbeläge (Parkett, Kork, Teppiche, etc.) vor
Druckstellen und Schweiß zu schützen.
MONTAGEHINWEISE, WARTUNG UND PFLEGE
Allgemeine Hinweise
➢Bitte prüfen Sie, ob alle zum Gerät gehörenden Teile im Lieferumfang enthalten sind und ob
Transportschäden vorliegen. Falls Teile fehlen oder beschädigt sind kontaktieren Sie bitte den
Lieferanten oder Hersteller.
➢Die Montage der CurvePlates muss von Erwachsenen durchgeführt werden. Im Zweifelsfall
nehmen Sie die Hilfe einer weiteren, technisch begabten Person in Anspruch.
➢Lesen Sie die Montageanleitung sorgfältig durch und montieren Sie das Gerät entsprechend der
Bilderfolge. Gehen Sie dabei sorgfältig und umsichtig vor.
WARTUNG UND KONTROLLE
➢Stellen Sie vor der Benutzung des Ergometers/Indoor Bikes samt CurvePlates sicher, dass
sämtliche Klettbänder festgezogen und gut fixiert sind.
➢Zur Reinigung der CurvePlates von Staub, Schmutz und Körperschweiß genügt zumeist ein
feuchtes Tuch bzw. allenfalls ein für Kunststoff verwendbares Reinigungsmittel. Bitte keine
Lösungsmittel verwenden.

MONTAGE
Montageanleitung
Lesen Sie vor dem Aufbau die einzelnen, unten angeführten Montageschritte genau durch bzw.
betrachten Sie die Abbildungen; und führen Sie den Aufbau gemäß der angegebenen Reihenfolge
durch.
Legen Sie die einzelnen Teile auf und beginnen Sie mit der Montage. Für die Montage der
CurvePlates empfehlen wir zwei Personen, insbesondere für das Anheben des Ergometers/Bikes.
Die orangen Markierungen helfen Ihnen, die CurvePlates mittig zu montieren.
Die Befestigungslöcher abhängig von der Breite des jeweiligen Standbeines wählen.
Die Stellfüße des Ergometers / Indoor Bikes auf das Minimum drehen.

SCHRITT 2
1. Legen Sie je eine CurvePlate vorne und hinten vor dem Indoor Bike / Ergometer auf.
2. Die 2. Person hebt das Rad beim Sattel bzw. Lenker an.
3. Die CurvePlates mittig unter die Stellfüße (Standbeine) stellen.
4. Der Abstand links und rechts soll grundsätzlich gleich sein. Bei Indoor Bikes mit einer
versetzten Schwungscheibe müssen die CurvePlates ausbalanciert werden; der seitliche
Abstand links und rechts kann somit unterschiedlich sein.
5. Die zweite CurvePlate montieren; siehe Schritt 2 - 4
6. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die CurvePlates ausbalanciert sind:
Stellen Sie durch sitzen auf dem Bike/Ergometer (ohne zu treten) sicher, dass das Indoor Bike /
Ergometer ausbalanciert ist, indem Sie leicht nach links und rechts schwenken. Korrigieren Sie
bei Bedarf die Position der CurvePlates.
7. Die Klettbänder mit der glatten Seite oben durch die gewählten Befestigungslöcher schieben.
8. Fixieren Sie die CurvePlates mit den Klettbändern, indem Sie diese fest anziehen und fixieren
GEWÄHRLEISTUNG
Die Gewährleistung beträgt 2 Jahre und beginnt mit dem Datum der Rechnung. Bitte bewahren Sie
Ihre Rechnung gut auf, da sie Ihr Nachweis für das Kaufdatum ist. Der Austausch oder Reparatur-
leistungen im Rahmen der Gewährleistung berechtigen nicht zu einer Verlängerung oder einem
Neubeginn des Gewährleistungszeitraums. Verschleiß und Abnutzung oder Beschädigung durch
unsachgemäße Pflege oder Handhabung sind nicht Gegenstand von Gewährleistung.
ENTSORGUNG
Achten Sie bei der Entsorgung auf die jeweiligen Länder- oder Regions-spezifischen Gesetze und
Entsorgungsbestimmungen.

IMPORTANT:
Please read this brochure with important information carefully before assembling and using
the CurvePlates and make sure that other users of the CurvePlates also read this brochure
before use.
The CurvePlates are an accessory that doesn´t require additional space and they are suitable for
almost any bicycle ergometer, exercise bike or indoor bike worldwide. Whether in the living room,
fitness center or in facilities for sports, health and rehabilitation, the training experience with the
CurvePlates leads to realistic, dynamic and pleasant indoor cycling with additional positive health
effects.

Safety and warranty information
➢Keep in mind that excessive exercise can put your health at risk.
➢Any other use is prohibited and potentially dangerous.
➢The manufacturer and retailer cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper use.
➢Children are not allowed to stay unattended within reach of the CurvePlates (e.g. risk of injury
when the indoor bike/ergometer swings sideways).
➢Make sure that nobody is in the range of movement of the device during training.
➢The manufacturer is not liable for any damage that may occur to bikes.
Placement
➢The floor should be level and firm; unevenness on the floor should be leveled out.
➢A floor protection mat helps to protect high-quality floor coverings (parquet, cork, carpets, etc)
from pressure points and sweat.

ASSEMBLY AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
General information
➢Please check whether all parts belonging to the device are included in the delivery package and
whether there has been any transport damage. If you have any complaints, please contact the
sales partner/manufacturer.
➢The assembly of the device must be carried out by adults. If in doubt, get the help of another
technically gifted person.
➢Read the assembly instructions carefully and assemble the device accordingly to the images.
Please do it carefully and prudently.
Maintenance and inspection intervals
➢Before using the device, check that all velcro straps are tightened and fastened well.
➢If necessary, a cleansing agent for indoor bikes is sufficient to remove dust, dirt and body sweat.
Don´t use solvents to clean the CurvePlates.
➢Check the CurvePlates and the assembly regularly.

Assembly instruction
Before assembling, look carefully at the assembly steps below and do the assembly in the given
order.
Place the parts next to the indoor bike / ergometer and start assembling. We recommend two people
to assemble the CurvePlates, especially for lifting the ergometer/bike.
The orange markings help you to mount the CurvePlates in the middle.
Select the mounting holes depending on the width of the respective bar.
Set all distance adapters of the Ergometer / Indoor Bike to minimum.

1. Set all distance adapters to minimum
2. Place a CurvePlate in front of the front bar and of the rear bar
3. Find a person to assist you and lift the bike/ergometer to place it on the CurvePlates (one
stabilzer bar after another)
4. Place the front bar / the rear bar of the indoorbike/ergometer on a CurvePlate
5. Try to place the bike well balanced on the CurvePlates. The orange marks help you to place the
CurvePlates correctly

7. Make sure the CurvePlates are balanced:
By sitting on the bike/ergometer (without pedaling), make sure that the indoor bike /
ergometer is balanced by swivelling slightly to the left and right. If necessary, correct the
position of the CurvePlates
8. Slide the velcro straps with the smooth side at the top through the selected holes
9. Fasten the CurvePlates by tightening and fixing the 4 velcro straps very well
WARANTY INFORMATION
The warranty begins on the date of purchase. Please keep the invoice because it is the confirmation
of the date of purchase. Replacement or repair services under warranty do not entitle the warranty
period to be extended or restarted. Wear and tear or improper treatment and care are not subject to
warranty.
DISPOSAL OF WASTE
For the disposal of waste observe the respective country- or region-specific laws and disposal
regulations.
