DESCRIPTION
1. DESCRIPTION
It is designed to signal about the blocking of operation to the control unit of loading equipment
when the sectional doors are closed. The transmitter and receiver are located in a common
compact Nickel-plated sensor body. The sensor output switches as soon as the door leaf enters
the sensor operating area and the light is reected.

3. INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
Install the sensor in the vertical guide of the sectional doors. Before installation, determine the
height of the sensor. The sensor must be installed at a height not lower than the maximum lift of
the dock leveller; the maximum height of installation is limited to the full opening of the doors.
To install the sensor at the selected height, drill a hole Ø 12 mm in the guide opposite the end
surface of the door leaf. Determine the depth of the sensor installation on the guide and x the
sensor with two nuts. After installation, connect the sensor to the loading equipment unit (Fig.2)
and check its operation. When the light is reected LED (Fig. 1) illuminates, in the absence of
reection — does not illuminate.
If it is necessary to adjust the range (sensing range) of the sensor, turn the VR screw. The end
position of the VR screw during rotation anti clockwise is ~ 50 mm, the end position during
rotation clockwise is ~ 150 mm.

Yhe installation location of the sensor must ensure continuity of signal when the door leaf
is in the area of the sensor operation.
The sensor must be installed at a sucient distance from the moving parts of the doors.
Contact between the moving parts of the doors and the sensor must be excluded. Keep
in mind that light objects reect the light better than dark ones and therefore they can
be detected from a greater distance.
Before starting the work on connection, make sure that the loading equipment unit is
deenergized.
The connection cable must be protected from contact with any rough and sharp surfaces.
4. STORAGE, TRANSPORTATION, DISPOSAL
Storage of the product should be carried out in a packed form in closed dry premises, air tem-
perature is 0 ... + 25°C, relative humidity is not more than 80 %, in the absence of acidic, alkaline
and other aggressive impurities in the air. The possibility of exposure to atmospheric precipitation
and direct sunlight should be excluded. Shelf life is 5 years from the date of manufacture. Trans-
portation can be carried out by all types of covered ground transport providing the exception
of impacts and movements inside the vehicle.
Disposal is carried out in accordance with the regulations and legal acts on processing
and disposal in force in the country of the Customer. The product does not contain
precious metals and substances that pose a danger to life, health of people and the
environment. Service life is 8 years.
5. WARRANTY OBLIGATION
In compliance with the rules of storage, transportation and operation the operability of product
is guaranteed. The warranty period is 1 year and it is calculated from the date of transfer of the
product to the Customer or from the date of manufacture, if the date of transfer is unknown.
During the warranty period, malfunctions caused by the fault of the Manufacturer are eliminated
by the Service Department that provides warranty maintenance.
Note: Parts replaced under warranty become the property of the Service Department that carried out
the repair of the product.
The Manufacturer’s warranty is not provided in case of::
• violation of the operation and storage rules of the product;
• changes in the design of the product by persons not authorized to perform these works;
damage by the Customer or third parties to the design of the product;
• damage of the product;
• actions of force majeure (fires, lightning, floods, earthquakes and other natural disasters).
