consumer, and, if necessary, conduct a quality check of the goods. The consumer has
the right to participate in quality control goods
In the event of a dispute about the causes of deficiencies of the goods, the
manufacturer or organization that performs the functions of the manufacturer must
examine the goods at its own expense. The consumer has the right to challenge the
conclusion of such an examination in court.
If, as a result of the examination of the goods, it was found that the defects
arose after the goods were transferred to the consumer due to their violation of the
established rules for using, storing or transporting the goods, actions of third parties
or force majeure, the consumer must reimburse the manufacturer or organization
performing the functions of the manufacturer to bear the costs of the examination,
also associated with its holding costs for storage and transportation of goods.
2.2 Manufacturer's warranty
Technical requirements, subject to the terms and conditions of use, transport and
storage.
- 1,5-year warranty applies only to the spare parts of the machine;
- 6 months’ warranty applies only to the accessories and probes.
In case of machine damage, the customer has the right for warranty repair of
the machine during the warranty period, subject to the rules of usage and proper
operation.
Warranty repair shall be provided only in authorized warranty repair service
center. Service repair center has the right to refuse warranty service in case of:
- Improper storage, commissioning and operation.
- Mechanical damage.
- Damages caused by deliberate actions of the user.
- Applying the damage caused by ingestion of foreign objects, liquids, insects.
- Intervention or repair by unauthorized service center.
- Changes to the design.
- Damages caused by transportation.
- Expiration of a guarantee period
2.3 Terms of delivery
Delivery and shipping to the warranty service center at the expense of the
buyer.
