1.4 Installation
To install the T-12 machine, proceed as follows:
1. Place the unit on a flat surface.
2. Connect the machine to the mains using the power cord.
3. Connect the working handpieces (active and passive) into the handpiece
connectors on the back panel of the device.
4. Make sure that all connections are firmly in place and the machine is ready
for operation.
5. Power up the device by pressing the switch on the back of the device to the
“1” position.
6. Switch on the machine by pressing the Power button on the front panel.
7. Set the necessary treatment time (from 1 to 99 minutes). Use TIMER
buttons.
8. Set intensity level by pressing INTENSITY buttons on the front panel;
9. Now the machine is ready for operation;
10. Press START button and start the treatment.
1.5 Operation cautions, warnings and instructions
1. Connect the handpieces to the main unit ONLY when the machine is
switched off.
2. It is forbidden to wipe the acrylic parts of the device with alcohol-
containing liquids or detergents.
3. Do not allow the unit and its accessories to fall.
4. Do not install near any heat sources. Do not expose the unit to direct
sunlight.
5. Do not let liquids, gels, etc. sip into the handpiece or input connectors of
the machine.
6. During operation, keep free tension of the handpiece wires.
Avoid bending the wires.
7. Parts of the device in contact with the patient's body (tip of the treatment
handpiece) should be disinfected before and after operation.
8. Perform the treatment only with necessary skin care products, produced for
this type of treatment.
9. The device is used in the conditions of treatment rooms of medical clinics
and beauty salons at working temperature scope from +10 to +35 ° C and relative
humidity up to 80%. It is prohibited to use the device in hydrotherapy rooms;
10. It is forbidden to repair and maintain the device outside authorized service
centers.

11. After transportation at a low temperature, before starting operation, the
device must be kept for at least 3 hours at a temperature of from +10 to +35 ° C.
12. During operation, the patient and service personnel are prohibited to touch
the metal parts of other equipment that is powered by the building's power supply
network, as well as metal parts that are grounded or have a large capacity relative to
the ground.
13. Be cautious to patients with thermal sensitivity and sensitivity to electric
current.
14. It is not allowed to perform the procedure on areas of the body containing
metal implants and other metal objects.
15. It is not allowed to treat patients with pacemakers.
16. It is forbidden to operate the device in the same room with another
working SHF or UHF therapy equipment.
17. It is forbidden to use working tools that are not included in the package
content.
18. Do not operate the machine with a damaged casing, power cord,
handpiece wires or work tool itself.
19. Before the procedure, the patient and the cosmetologist must remove all
jewelry (watches, earrings, necklaces, etc.).
1.6 Sterilization/Disinfection
1. Use soft tissue to clean the surface of the machine. DO NOT wipe the
machine casing with alcohol-containing liquids or detergents.
2. The electrodes can be disinfected with a soft tissue soaked in methyl, ethyl
or isopropyl alcohol.
3. Do not use disinfectants containing chlorine components.
1.7 Regular maintenance
1. When cleaning the surface of the device, wipe it with a soft tissue
moistened with water or soapy water.
2. Clean the treatment room on a regular basis to avoid dust and
contamination, which can damage the device.
3. Before starting work, make sure that there are no mechanical damages to
the machine (cables, handpieces, tips, main host). Ensure that all connections are
firmly in place.

In case that a malfunction does not relate to the ones considered above or that
it was not possible to eliminate one in accordance with the indicated
recommendations, be sure to contact the service center.
2.1 Warranty scope
1. This warranty is valid only if the warranty card is correctly filled out by the
seller, in particular, if there is a clear seller stamp and the date of sale. The warranty
period of the product is calculated from the date of purchase. The conditions of the
guarantee operate within the framework of the Law "On Protection of Consumer
Rights", are governed by the legislation of the country and in no way restrict the
rights of consumers.
2. The warranty expires in the following cases:
- use of the device in violation of the requirements of the Operation Manual;
- at damage as a result of deliberate or erroneous actions of the consumer;
- the presence of mechanical or other damage to the product;
- penetration of liquid, dust, insects and other foreign objects into the product;
- disassembly or any other intrusion into the design of the device.
3. The warranty does not cover defects (malfunctions) of the product due to
the following reasons:
- normal wear and tear of parts with a limited service life, as well as
consumables (batteries, cuffs, etc.), damage that was caused by improper or careless
use, storage, maintenance of equipment, improper use or improper installation;
- the use of low-quality components that have developed their working life;
- The action of force majeure (accident, fire, flood, mains failure, etc.).
In accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" "... a
manufacturer or organization that performs the functions of a manufacturer on the
basis of an agreement with him is obliged to accept goods of inadequate quality at the

consumer, and, if necessary, conduct a quality check of the goods. The consumer has
the right to participate in quality control goods
In the event of a dispute about the causes of deficiencies of the goods, the
manufacturer or organization that performs the functions of the manufacturer must
examine the goods at its own expense. The consumer has the right to challenge the
conclusion of such an examination in court.
If, as a result of the examination of the goods, it was found that the defects
arose after the goods were transferred to the consumer due to their violation of the
established rules for using, storing or transporting the goods, actions of third parties
or force majeure, the consumer must reimburse the manufacturer or organization
performing the functions of the manufacturer to bear the costs of the examination,
also associated with its holding costs for storage and transportation of goods.
2.2 Manufacturer's warranty
Technical requirements, subject to the terms and conditions of use, transport and
storage.
- 1,5-year warranty applies only to the spare parts of the machine;
- 6 months’ warranty applies only to the accessories and probes.
In case of machine damage, the customer has the right for warranty repair of
the machine during the warranty period, subject to the rules of usage and proper
operation.
Warranty repair shall be provided only in authorized warranty repair service
center. Service repair center has the right to refuse warranty service in case of:
- Improper storage, commissioning and operation.
- Mechanical damage.
- Damages caused by deliberate actions of the user.
- Applying the damage caused by ingestion of foreign objects, liquids, insects.
- Intervention or repair by unauthorized service center.
- Changes to the design.
- Damages caused by transportation.
- Expiration of a guarantee period
2.3 Terms of delivery
Delivery and shipping to the warranty service center at the expense of the
buyer.

2.4 Disposal information
This equipment doesn't contain components that can adversely affect human
health and pollute the environment. After the end of their service life (5 years), they
can be recycled without special disposal methods. Component parts (chips, resistors,
capacitors, etc.) that are operable after the end of their service life may be used as
spare parts for repairs of such and similar devices.
