ALYSEUM - Q-MIXI, Q-MIX & Q-MIXO - User manual V2.0
1 Introdu tion
On e upon a time, needed a ompa t audio mixer for my
personal Eurora k, in luding 4 inputs with LEVEL & PAN
ontrols and an adjustable stereo audio level output, all in
6HP maximum!
The hallenge of this new module was multiple:
● Strong fo us on ergonomi s in maximum 6HP.
● Pro audio omponents for ex ellent performan e.
● LINE IN & OUT onne tors on the rear panel, whi h
allows to add future extension modules.
● Large MASTER stereo output potentiometer.
● Quality apa itors on the audio path.
I made it and, following the positive omments from my
entourage, I said to myself "what about marketting it"?
I have sin e added a sub-mixer (Q-MIXI) and a balan ed
output module (Q-MIXO) with two independent
headphone outputs.
Depending on your use and needs, Q-MIXI, Q-MIX and Q-MIXO modules an be used in several ombinations:
● Individually
● In pairs (3 ombinations)
● All three together
Q-MIX, Q-MIXI and Q-MIXO use quality apa itors in the audio signal path.
No DC signal an pass through the modules.

If you use only one of the modules, pla e it where you want a ording to your personal ergonomi s.
If you use 2 or 3 of these modules, it is important to pla e jointly the Q-MIXI on the left, the Q-MIX in the middle and
the Q-MIXO on the right.
This is important regarding the rear wiring (see the hapter 2.5)
Choose the installation lo ation of your unit arefully:
● Avoid pla ing it in dire t sunlight or lose to a sour e of heat.
● Avoid lo ations subje t to vibrations, ex essive dust, heat, old, moisture or rain.
Pro edure:
1. Only onne t the module to a Eurora k bus board powered by a spe ified A-100 power supply.

4. Carefully pla e the module on an appropriately spa ed spot on your Eurora k and fasten it firmly in pla e with
the supplied s rews and nylon washers. Repla e any overs or blanking plates that you removed to install the
module and s rew them in firmly.
5. Re onne t the Eurora k ase power able ba k into the main power supply and swit h the ase power on.
6. If it doesn’t seem to be working as expe ted, immediately dis onne t the system from the main power supply
