Neuen Tank vorbereiten/ Prepare new tank
Gelieferte Kabel an
Heizung und Thermostate anstecken/
Connect the wire
supplied to the heater and thermostats.
Langes blaues (braunes) und
langes schwarzes Kabel mit Heizung verbinden./
Connect the
long blue (brown) and long black wire to the heater.
Steckkontakte mit Glasfaser-Schlauch
(GF) schützen./
Protect the plug contacts with
glass fibre sleeve (GF).
Erdkabel gelb-grün, wenn vorhanden,
mit Tank verbinden./
Connect the yellow-green earth wire,
if available, with the tank.
Alle Kabel vom Tank mit
GF-Schlauch schützen./
Protect all wires from the
tank using the glass fibre sleeve.
Schwarzes/rotes Kabel von der Heizung
auf Thermostat 150°C stecken./
Attach the black/red
wire of the heater to the 150°C thermostat.

Ein kurzes schwarzes Kabel auf anderen
Kontakt am Thermostat 150°C stecken./
Attach a short black wire to the other contact to the
150°C thermostat.
Ein Kurzes und ein Langes schwarzes Kabel
auf den Thermostat 185°C stecken./
Attach a short and a long black wire to
the 185°C thermostat.
Alle Kabel mit GF-Schlauch schützen./
Protect all the wires with glass fibre sleeve.
Alten Tank ausbauen/ Removing the old tank
Wasser ablassen./
Drain the water.
Zwei Inbusschrauben hinten oben
am Kunststoffdeckel entfernen./
Remove the two Allen screws on
the plastic cover at the top of the
back panel.
Gerät auf den Rücken legen
und Abdeckung für die Kabel entfernen./
Place the unit on its back and remove
the cover for the wires.
Die 4 Inbusschrauben
für das vordere Gehäuse entfernen./
Remove the 4 Allen screws for the
front housing panel.

Alle Kabelstecker abziehen
und Erdungsöse lösen./
Pull out all the cable connectors
and earth lugs
Gerät aufstellen und vorderes Gehäuse
noch oben schieben und abnehmen./
Place the unit upright, slide the front housing
panel upwards and remove.
Schläuche vom Tank abschrauben./
Unscrew the hoses from the tank.
Gerät auf den Rücken legen und die
drei Inbusschrauben der
Tankbefestigung entfernen./
Place the unit on its back and remove
the three Allen screws retaining
the tank.
Gerät aufstellen und Tank nach
oben herausnehmen./
Place the unit upright and remove
the tank upwards.

Neuen Tank einbauen/ Fitting the new tank
Vorbereiteten Tank in Gehäuse setzen.
Gerät auf den Rücken legen
und den Tank mit den drei M6x10
Inbusschrauben befestigen. /
Place the prepared tank in the housing.
Place the unit on its back and secure
the tank using the three M6x10
Allen screws.
Die Kabelstecker mit den Kabelschuhen
laut Schaltplan verbinden./
Connect the cable connectors with the
cable lugs according to the circuit diagram.
Rotes Kabel vom Thermostat 150°C
mit Kabel Nr.13 für Kontrollleuchten verbinden./
Connect the red wire from Thermostat 150°C
with wire No. 13 for the signal lamps.
Schwarzes Kabel vom Thermostat 150°C
mit Kabel Nr. 25 vom Druckwächter verbinden./
Connect the black wire from Thermostat 150°C
with wire No. 25 from the pressure control unit.
Schwarzes Kabel vom Thermostat 185°C
mit Kabel Nr.22 vom Netzschalter verbinden./
Connect the black wire from Thermostat 185°C
with wire No. 22 from the power switch.
Schwarzes Kabel vom Thermostat 185°C
mit Kabel Nr.23 vom Transformator verbinden./
Connect the black wire from Thermostat 185°C
with wire No. 23 from the transformer.

Blaues (braunes) Kabel von der Heizung
mit blauem Kabel Nr.15/16 vom
Netzschalter verbinden./
Connect the blue (brown) wire from the heater
with the blue wire No. 15/16 from the
power switch.
Grün/gelbes Kabel mit grün/gelben Kabel Nr.19/20
verbinden, oder wenn vorhanden, Öse von
Kabel Nr.19/20 mit Inbusschraube am Tank befestigen./
Connect the green/yellow wire with the green/yellow wire
No. 19/10, or if available, secure the lug from wire
No. 19/10 onto the tank using the Allen screw.
Gerät aufstellen, Schläuche mit Anschlüssen verbinden,
wenn notwendig alten (22mm hohen)
gegen neuen (29,5mm hohen) Druckschalter tauschen.
2,5l Wasser einfüllen und Gerät einschalten./
Place the unit upright, connect hoses with the ports,
if necessary replace the previous pressure switch
(22 mm high) with the current switch (29.5 mm high).
Fill with 2.5 L of water and switch on the unit.
Auf alle Funktionen und Dichtheit prüfen./
Check all functions and that the unit is watertight.
Wenn ok, Dampf und Wasser ablassen,
Gehäuse und Abdeckung am Boden montieren./
If everything is functioning correctly, drain steam
and water, assemble housing and base cover.

9 Einbau des Vakuum Wächters / mounting the vacuum switch
Schlauchanschluss am Druckschalter entfernen,
Schlauchanschluss und Vakuumschalter wie im Bild ersichtlich
zusammenbauen und mit Gewindedichtung verkleben /
remove the Hose connection at the pressure switch;
assemble the hose connection and the vacuum switch,
as it is shown in the picture, and glue it with the thread seal
Beide Steuerungskabel des Vakuumschalters durch den
Glasseidenschlauch zur Elektroklemme führen
und dort verschrauben /
Put both control cables of the vacuum switch through the
Glass silk insulation tube and screw them into the insulated clamp
Einen 10-15mm langen Schlitz in die Isolierung des Kessels schneiden /
Cut a 10-15mm long slot into the insulation of the boiler
Temperaturfühler mit Vakuumschalter und Steuerungskabel
verbinden und zwischen Isolierung und Gewebe platzieren.
Das zweite Steuerungskabel direkt am Vakuumschalter anstecken /
Connect temperature sensor with vacuum switch and control cable and
place the sensor between tissue and insulation.
Then connect the second control cable directly to the vacuum switch
