Connect your Amazon
Fire TV Stick Lite
Connect one end of the USB cable into your Fire TV Stick
Lite and the other end into the power adapter. Plug your
Fire TV Stick Lite into the HDMI port on your TV, then plug
the poweradapter into a nearby outlet. Turn on your TV,

Complete the on-screen setup
Using your Alexa Voice Remote Lite, follow the on-screen
instructions to choose your language, select your wifi
network, and register your device.
Note: If your wifi network is password protected, have
your wifi network password handy to connect your Fire TV
Stick Lite to the internet. If your network is hidden, select
the Join Other Network tile from the list. If required, enter
your network password using the on-screen keyboard.
Wifi tips and troubleshooting
• For best wifi performance, use the 5 GHz band on your
wireless router if available.
• If you see a lock icon, your wifi network requires a
password, so make sure you have it available.
• If you need help finding your wifi password, go to
www.amazon.com/wifi.
• Ensure your internet is working properly. Restarting
your router and modem will solve most wifi
network issues.
• Do not place yourwireless router or Fire TV Stick Lite in
a cabinet, as it may impact wifi signal strength.
• Some wifi issues may be improved by connecting the
included HDMI extender.

Having trouble with your remote?
Unplug your Fire TV device from the power cord or
adapter, then plug it back in. Wait for the home screen to
appear. Remove and reinsert the remote's batteries. The
remote should automatically pair with your device. If your
remote isn't discovered, press and hold the Home ®
button for 10 seconds to pair your remote.

Maintaining Your Fire TV Stick Lite
Do not use your Fire TV Stick Lite or accessories (collectively
referred to as "device" or "devices") nearsinks or other wet
locations. Take care not to spill any food or liquid on your
devices and do not put any object filled with a liquid, such as a
vase, on or near your devices. If your Fire TV Stick Lite does get
wet, carefully unplug all cables without getting your hands wet
and wait for the device to dry completely before plugging it in
again. If your Alexa Voice Remote Lite does get wet, use rubber
gloves to remove the batteries and wait for the remote to dry
completely before re-inserting the batteries. Do not attempt to
dry your devices with an external heat source, such as a
microwave oven or hairdryer. Do not drop, throw, disassemble,
crush, bend, puncture, or paint your Alexa Voice Remote Lite.

Only handle your devices with clean hands. Clean your devices
only with a soft cloth that Is slightly damp with water and a
touch of rubbing alcohol; be careful not to wipe it with
anything abrasive or to use any harsh chemicals. Don't expose
your devices to steam or extreme heat or cold. For example, do
not installyour device near any heat sources such as space
heaters, heater vents, radiators, stoves. or other things that
produce heat. Store your devices in cool, dust-free areas out of
direct sunlight.
Use of third-party accessories may impact your devices'
performance. In limited circumstances, use of third party
accessories mayvoid your devices' limited warranty. In addition,
use of incompatible third-party accessories may lead to
damage to device or the accessory. Read all safety instructions
for any accessories before using with your Fire TV Stick Lite.
Your Fire TV Stick Lite may get hot during normal use. If you
find the device has become hot to the touch, unplug it from the
power supply and let it cool down for a few minutes
before handling.
Battery Safety
• This
product contains alkaline batteries. The
remote requires batteries for use. Only use new
1.SV alkaline or 1.2 NiMH rechargeable AAA-sized
batteries. Never mix old and new batteries. Keep all of the
batteries out of the reach of children. Do not open,
disassemble, puncture, cut, bend, shred or heat the batteries
and do not allow metal objects to touch the battery terminals
on the remote as they can become hot and cause burns.

Remove all batteries if they are worn out or before storing your
remote for an extended period of time. Dispose of all batteries
in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and do not
dispose of batteries by throwing them into afire. If any
batteries begin to leak, take steps to prevent the fluid from
coming into direct contact with skin or clothes as the fluid
could be corrosive and may be toxic. Remove the batteriesand
clean the battery compartment in accordance with the battery
manufacturer's recommendations.
Other Safety Considerations
A small percentage of people may be susceptible to blackouts
or seizures (even if they have neverhad one before) when
exposed to flashing lights or light patterns, such as when
watching video or playing games. If you have experienced
seizures or blackouts or have a family history of such
occurrences, you should consult a doctor before watching
videos or playing games.
Engaging in repetitive motions such as pressing buttons or
playing some games may cause you to experience occasional
discomfort in your hands, arms, shoulders, neck, or other parts
of your body.
Discontinue use of your device and consult a physician if you
experience headaches, blackouts, seizures, convulsion, eye or
muscle twitching, loss of awareness, involuntary movement,
disorientation, or other discomfort. To reduce risk of these
symptoms avoid prolonged use, watch your television from a
far distance and in a well-lit room, and take frequent breaks.

Handle your device and its accessories with care. Your device or
its accessories may have pointed edges which can lead to
scratches, cuts, or other physical injury.
