Safety and Compliance
Before using this product,read this manual and follow all its safety rules and operating
instructions. When using this air compressor,basic safety precautions should always be
followed to reduce this risk of fire, electric shock and personal injury.
1. Do not overinflate products beyond manufacturer’s recommendations.
2. Do not allow the compressor or its components to get wet.
3. Do not leave the air compressor unattended while in operation.
4. Do not allow children to handle or operate this compressor.
5. Do not use this product for other than its intended use.
6. Do not disassemble or tamper with this compressor.
7. If the air compressor emits abnormal sounds or overheats, turn it off immediately and let it cool
off for at least 30 minutes.
8. Inspect air compressor before use. If cracked, broken or damaged parts are found, qualified
technicians should repair damaged parts.
9. Never expose the air compressor to rain, frost or temperatures above 30 oC or below -30 oC.
10. Never use on people or animals.
11. Make sure the cord is not exposed to hot objects, oil or sharp edges.
12. Warning! For your own safety, you should only use accessories and parts specified in the
instructions, or recommended for use by the manufacturer.

Operation
This product is equipped with an auto shut-off digital pressure gauge. The digital gauge can be
used to monitor air pressure when inflating your desired objects, and can automatically shut off
once pre-set desired pressure is reached.
IMPORTANT
• The product records latest pre-set pressure. For example, if your pre-set pressure
gauge is 35 psi, the product records the pre-set pressure at 35 psi for the next time.
• If the pressure in the tire is higher than the set pressure the compressor will not
start. If this happens, back off the thread connection to release air from the tire
until the pressure is lower than the set pressure or increase the set pressure higher
than in the tire.
• Allow air compressor to cool for 10 minutes after 10 minutes of continuous operation.
• After using, disconnect the 12 V adaptor from the power outlet and store the 12 V cord in the
compartment area.
• To reduce risk of damage to cigarette lighter connector and cord, pull by cigarette lighter
connector rather than cord.
• Make sure cord is located so that it will not be stepped on, tripped over, or otherwise
subjected to damage or stress.
Pressure Pre-set
• The pre-set pressure is at 35 PSI when manufactured.
Inflating A Car Tire And Bicycle Tire
1. Turn on the car engine and roll out the 12 V cord and connect the 12 V adaptor to the outlet.
2. Screw the thread connector onto tire’s valve stem.
3. Adjust your desired pressure by pressing button ‘ ’/ ‘ ’. Press button ‘ ’ to increase the
pressure gauge and press button ‘ ’ to decrease the pressure gauge. Once the desired
pressure is reached, the displayed figure will flicker for several times, then return to 0.0 PSI.
That means the pressure is pre-set successfully. The product is ready for inflating.
4. Press the button ‘set’ to display pressure in PSI/BAR.
5. Remove the thread connector from the tire and disconnect the 12 V adaptor from the power
outlet.
Note: To avoid over-inflation of tires, please check the recommended car tire pressure in the
vehicle’s owner’s manual. For bicycle tires, please check the tire marking.

Inflating Sporting Equipment (i.e. basketball, football)
1. Turn on the car engine and roll out the 12 V cord and connect the 12 V adaptor to the outlet.
2. Screw the ball/balloon adaptor into the thread connector.
3. Insert the ball/balloon adaptor into the valve of the object to be inflated.
4. Adjust your desired pressure by pressing button ‘ ’/ ‘ ’. Press button ‘ ’ to increase the
pressure gauge and press button ‘ ’ to decrease the pressure gauge. Once the desired
pressure is reached, the displayed figure will flicker for several times, then return to 0.0 PSI.
That means the pressure is pre-set successfully. The product is ready for inflating.
5. Press the button ‘set’ to display pressure in PSI/BAR.
6. Remove ball/balloon adaptor from the inflated object’s valve and unscrew ball/balloon adapter
from the thread connector.
7. Disconnect the 12 V adaptor from the outlet and store the 12 V cord in the compartment area.
How To Replace The Fuse In The 12 V Plug
1. To replace the fuse in the plug, twist off the upper cover.
2. Remove the faulty fuse and insert a new 15 A fuse.
3. Twist the cover back on the plug.
