Inside this user manual you will nd informaon on how to use and maintain your Triple
Slow Cooker properly, including but not limited to, safety instrucons and precauons,
assembly and use instrucons, frequently asked quesons, and warranty condions.
Please store this user manual in an easily-accessible locaon for future reference.
Intended Use
Your Triple Slow Cooker has been designed for food preparaon as described in this user
manual. DO NOT use this appliance for any other purpose. This product is intended for
household use only. The Triple Slow Cooker comes equipped with a two-year parts and
labor warranty. Please contact our Aer Sales Support team toll-free at 1-888-775-0202
for more informaon or to request warranty service.

When using your Triple Slow Cooker, basic safety precauons should always be followed.
1. Read all instrucons before using the Triple Slow Cooker.
2. This product is for household use only. DO NOT use outdoors.
3. This unit should NEVER be operated by children and extreme cauon should be
used when children are present.
4. DO NOT use slow cooker for anything other than its intended use.
5. DO NOT place explosive materials in the slow cooker.
6. DO NOT place any part of the unit on or near a hot gas or electric burner.
7. DO NOT place any part of the unit in a heated oven.
8. DO NOT operate the unit on an unstable surface.
9. DO NOT operate unit near water or re.
10. DO NOT expose the unit to direct sunlight.
11. NEVER operate the unit on ammable materials, such as newspapers or paper
plates.

12. DO NOT immerse cord, plug, or slow cooker base in water. Allow slow cooker to
cool completely before cleaning the ceramic crocks or lids in water.
13. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
14. DO NOT let cord hang over the edge of tables or counters.
15. Make sure the control panel knobs are in the OFF posion before plugging the
cord into the wall outlet or removing the cord from the outlet.
16. Make sure to use the correct control knob if only using one or two ceramic crocks.
17. DO NOT operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug.
18. Unplug appliance from outlet when not in use, before removing parts, and before
cleaning.
19. If any part of the unit is damaged, DO NOT use unl it has been repaired by a
competent service technician.
20. Only authorized personnel should repair the unit to reduce the risk of re and
electric shock.
21. NEVER use unauthorized accessories or replacement parts, since they may cause injury.
22. To reduce the risk of electrical shock, cook only in the provided
removable ceramic crock.
23. DO NOT touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
24. DO NOT touch the outer surface of the slow cooker when it is running or before it cools.
25. Use handles when liing the lids. Use an oven mi or cloth when removing the lid
or handling the ceramic crocks.
26. Handle the ceramic crocks and lids with care.
27. DO NOT use metal scouring pads to clean the slow cooker. Parts of the pad can
break o, touch electrical parts, and create a risk of electrical shock.
28. Never cook directly in the slow cooker base. Always use the ceramic crocks provided.
29. DO NOT turn the slow cooker on if the ceramic crocks are empty.
30. DO NOT move slow cooker if it is on, warm, plugged in, or contains food. Use extreme
cauon when moving the ceramic crocks if they contain food, liquid, water, or oil.
31. DO NOT use the lid or ceramic crock if it is cracked or chipped.
32. DO NOT ll the cooking crock(s) more than ¾ of the way with food or liquid.
33. This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental
capabilies, or lack of experience and knowledge if they are under the supervision
of a responsible person or have been given proper instrucon.

Prong and Cord Instrucons
A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of becoming entangled in or
tripping over a longer cord. If an extension cord is used with this product the marked
electrical rang must be at least 20 amps and 120 volts. Arrange the extension cord
so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be tripped over
or pulled. DO NOT alter the plug of the appliance or any extension cord used with this
appliance.
This appliance has a 3-prong polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This
plug is intended to t into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not t fully
in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it sll does not t, contact a qualied electrician. Do
not aempt to modify the plug or outlet in any way.
Electric Circuit
Your appliances may not operate properly if the electric circuit is overloaded. Appliances
should be operated on separate electrical circuits from one another.
For your safety, the warnings below must be followed:
1. DO NOT leave your slow cooker unaended when it is connected to an electrical
outlet.
2. DO NOT operate or place the slow cooker near a heat source or near water.
3. Always use the lid handle to avoid burns.
4. DO NOT operate the unit on an unstable surface.
5. DO NOT pull on the supply cord to unplug the unit.
6. Always unplug the slow cooker:
a. When emptying or lling the ceramic crocks
b. When removing or inserng the ceramic crocks
c. Aer each use
d. If it appears to be damaged
e. Before any sort of cleaning or maintenance
7. Use extreme cauon when moving the slow cooker if it contains hot food, liquid,
water, or oil.

• Control knobs: Separate control knobs for each ceramic crock so you can select the
appropriate temperature to suit your needs. (Refer to gure B.)
• Spoon rest: Convenient spoon rest on each ceramic crock allows for easy serving.
(Refer to gure C.)
• Lid holder: Oers a spot for each lid to rest while serving. (Refer to gure D.)

1. Carefully unpack the slow cooker and remove all parts and packaging from the
box. There should be 3 lid rests, 3 glass lids, 3 ceramic crocks, the base, and the
Instrucon Manual.
2. Place the slow cooker on a level surface. Make sure the slow cooker base is at least
4 inches away from any cabinets, walls, or other objects on all sides.
3. Clean all parts of the slow cooker with a damp cloth or sponge, and then dry
with another cloth. This will ensure there is no dust that may have seled during
packaging.
4. Place the ceramic crocks in the base. Insert the lid rests into the holes on the base
behind each ceramic crock.
5. It is essenal to operate the slow cooker one me before cooking food in there. Pour
4 cups of water into each ceramic crock. Then place a lid on each ceramic crock.
6. Plug the slow cooker into a 120V AC outlet. Turn each knob on the control panel to
HIGH and allow it to heat for about 30 minutes. There will be a slight odor which is
normal and will dissipate.
7. Turn each knob to the OFF posion and unplug the unit.
8. Allow the unit to cool for at least 20 minutes. Use oven mis to remove each lid,
carefully remove the ceramic crocks, and pour the water out.
9. Wash all 3 ceramic cooking crocks and lids in warm soapy water, then rinse and dry.
10. Return the ceramic crocks and lids to the base for storage.

• This appliance gets hot during use.
• DO NOT preheat before adding ingredients.
• DO NOT ll the cooking crock(s) more than ¾ of the way with food or liquid.
• DO NOT operate unit on an unstable surface.
• DO NOT move slow cooker if it is on, warm, plugged in, or contains food. Contents
can become very hot.
• DO NOT touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
• Make sure the control panel knobs are in the OFF posion before plugging the
cord into the wall outlet or removing the cord from the outlet.
• DO NOT turn the slow cooker on if the ceramic crocks are empty.
1. Place the ingredients in the ceramic crock(s) and then place the crock in the base.
Place the lid on top.
2. Plug the power cord into the outlet. Turn the control knob to LOW, HIGH, or KEEP
WARM.
3. When the cooking me is complete, turn the knob to OFF and unplug the power
cord from the outlet.
NOTE: You may also turn the knob to KEEP WARM or LOW to keep food warm or
for serving.
4. To remove the lids, use oven mis and li the lid slightly away from you. This
allows the steam to escape before removing the enre lid. Place the lid on the lid
rest.
5. For serving, use oven mis to slide ceramic crocks so that the spoon rests are in
the front.
6. Allow the ceramic crocks to cool before cleaning. See Cleaning Instrucons for
further detail.

Slow Cooking Tips
• For best results, do not remove the lid during cooking. This will allow the slow
cooker to build up heat and maintain a constant cooking temperature.
• Most recipes with meat and vegetables cook for 8-10 hours on LOW or 4-6 hours
on HIGH.

• Arrange vegetables in the lower half of the ceramic crock because vegetables take
longer to cook than meat.
• All food should be cooked using a liquid, gravy, or sauce.
• Foods that are cut in small, uniform pieces will cook quicker and more evenly.
• Once cooking is complete, turn the knob to OFF. Leaving the lid on will keep the
food warm for 30 minutes. If you need to keep the food warm longer, turn the
control knob to KEEP WARM.
• If there is too much moisture/liquid aer slow cooking, remove the lid and change
the seng to HIGH. Aer 30 to 45 minutes, the liquid will be reduced.
• For best results, the slow cooker should be at least half full.
• Meats will not brown during slow cooking. Brown the meat before placing it in the
ceramic crock. Browning meats will seal in the juices and add avor.
• Do not use frozen poultry or meat unless it is thawed completely.
• When cooking meat, keep it in the lower 2/3 of the ceramic crock and add some
sort of liquid. If necessary, cut into two pieces and use mulple crocks. The meat
weight should be no more than 2 pounds for one of the 2.5 qt. ceramic crocks.
• Certain ingredients are not appropriate for slow cooking. Seafood, pasta, milk,
cream, and cheese should be added towards the end of the cook me.
• When cooking soups, leave at least 2 inches of head space to allow for simmering.
• When storing in the refrigerator, allow the ceramic crock and lid to come to room
temperature before refrigerang. Also, before placing the crock and lid in the base
from the refrigerator, allow both to come to room temperature, about 45 minutes.
Make sure it is completely dry before placing it in the slow cooker base.
• Never use the ceramic crock on the stove.
• This slow cooker can be used like a buet to keep cooked foods warm.

• DO NOT immerse cord, plug, or slow cooker base in water.
• Always unplug unit from the power outlet before performing any maintenance or
cleaning.
• Allow slow cooker to cool completely before submerging the ceramic crocks or lids
in water, or before storing the unit.
1. Unplug unit from outlet and allow it to cool completely.
2. The crock and glass lid are both dishwasher safe. To clean by hand, wash the
ceramic crocks, glass lids, and lid rests in warm, soapy water.
3. If food is stuck to the ceramic crock, ll it will warm, soapy water and allow to
soak, but do not soak enre crock in water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
4. Use a so, moistened cloth with a mild soap to clean the base. Never use abrasive
cleaners or scouring pads to clean the base, as it may damage the surfaces.
Storage
• Be sure all parts of the slow cooker are clean and dry before storing.
• Store slow cooker in its box or in a clean, dry place.
• Do not store slow cooker if it is dry or wet.
• Do not place any heavy items on the slow cooker during storage, as it may damage the
unit.
• Make sure the cord is stored away from metal objects. Before using, make sure there
are no metal items aached to the plug.
• Never wrap the cord ghtly around the appliance, keep it loosely coiled.
• To store the slow cooker, place the ceramic crocks in the base. Place the lid rests
inside the crocks and put the lid on top of the crock. To protect the glass lid, it may be
wrapped in a so cloth and placed upside down over the crocks.
