Place the kit onto the installation
surface. Use a marker to mark the
installation holes.
A For Wood, Drywall or Soft Surfaces:
Align the installation slots with the marked
installation holes and secure the screws to
the surface using a Phillips head
screwdriver.
BFor Concrete, Stucco or Brick:
Using your previously marked holes as a
guide, drill holes into the mounting surface
using a 15/64” masonry drill bit. Then, insert
wall anchors and secure the kit to the
mounting surface. If using multiple layers
use the included ST4 35mm (long screw) to
secure the kit.
Step 2: Installing the Corner Kit
Step 1: Mark the Installation Holes
Introduction
The corner kit allows you to angle your Amcrest doorbell at either a
15°, 30°, or 45° angle. The kit is typically used to angle your Amcrest
doorbell away from a wall which helps to improve motion detection
and get a better view of visitors approaching the door.
What’s Included:
The corner kit comes with 3 stackable layers, 3 ST4 35mm (longer
screws), 3 ST4 25mm screws, and 3 wall anchors. A marker, a drill
with a 15/64” bit, and Phillips head screwdriver may be required to
install the kit.
Adding Stackable Layers
The corner kit comes in 3 stackable layers. Using one layer provides
a 15° angle, adding a second layer achieves a 30° angle, using all
three layers will angle your Amcrest doorbell 45°. Use the longer
screws to secure the corner kit to the mounting surface if multiple
layers are being used. Use the smaller screws if using a single layer.
NOTE The 15/64” masonry drill bit may be
required if installing on concrete stucco or brick. 3 4
