NOTE: Theswitching-onofthefunctionoftheautomatic switchingoff (timer)
mustbecarriedoutwithin20seconds,sinceotherwise,wheninthemeantimeno
activity hasbeenexecuted,theextractionhoodchangesinto thenormalwork
modeautomatically.Theelectronic systemisprotectedwithaquick-acting250 V
~1,25Acut-out(glass fuseinsert5x20).
Regularmaintenance andcleaningof thedevice will guarantee itsgoodand
fault-less operation,and extenditslife.Attentionshouldbepaidtoreplacinggrease
andcarbonfiltersaccordingtomanufacturer’sinstructions.
1.Cleaning.
Greasefiltersshouldbecleanedeverytwomonthsduringnormaloperationof the
hood, inadishwasherormanually, usingmilddetergentorliquidsoap.
2. Replacement:
Todismantlethefilterproceedasfollows:
a) removethebottomcoverbyreleasing thelockcatch,
b) removethemetalgreasefilter

1.Functiondescription.
Activecarbonfiltersonlyareusediftheextractionhoodisnotconnectedtothe
ventilationtube.
Anactivecarbonfilterisabletoabsorbodoursuntilitssaturation. Itisneither
washablenorsuitablefortheregenerationand shouldbereplacedatleasteverytwo
months,andinthecaseof aparticularlyintensiveuseevenmoreoften.
