Derby LED eect - 2 x 4-in-1 10W LEDs
Derby Quad is a derby LED eect that sports 2
x 4-in-1 10W LEDs. Its four-color LED technology
allows a smooth blend without multicolored
shadows, achieving innumerable amount of deeply
saturated colors. Derby Quad has 4 modes of
operation (DMX, sound active, master/slave, and
auto).

Please read these instructions carefully, they
include important information about the
installation, usage and maintenance of this
product.
• Please keep thus manual for future reference. If
you sell the unit to another user, be sure that he
also receives this instruction booklet.
• Always make sure that you are connecting to
the proper voltage, and that the line voltage
you are conneting to is not higher than that
stated on the bottom of the xture.
• This product is intented for indoor use only.
• To prevent risk of re or shock, do not expose
xture to rain or moisture. Make sure there are
no ammable materials close to the unit while
operating.
• The unit must be installed in a location with
adequate ventilation, at least 20in (50cm) from
adjacent surfaces. Be sure that no ventilation
slots are blocked.
• The minimum distance luminaire from that part
of the luminaire or lamp to the lighted objects
is 0.5m.
• Maximum ambient temperature (Ta) is 104°F
(40°C). Don´t operate the xture at higher
temperatures.
• In the event of a serious operating problem,
stop using the unit immediately. Never try to
repair the unit by yourself. Repairs carried
out by inskilled people can lead to damage
or malfunction. Please contact the nearest
authorized technical assistance center. Always
use the same type of spare parts.
• Make sure the power cord is never crimped or
damaged.
• Never disconnect the power cord by pulling or
tugging on the cord.
• Avoid direct eye exposure to the light source
while it is on.

3. INSTALLATION
The unit should be mounted via its screw holes
on the bracket. Always ensure that the unit is
rmly xed to avoid vibration and slipping while
operating. Always ensure that the structure to
which you are attaching the unit is secure and is
able to suppor a weight of 10 times of the unit´s
weight. Also always use a safety cable that can hold
12 times of the weight of the unit when installing
the xture.

4. OPERATION
All functions and operations can be controlled
manually on display without DMX controller.
Enter into menu by pressing the menu button and
select the menu item via the up and down keys.
Press the Enter button to conrm your choice.
Increase or decrease the value via the UP/DOWN
keys. Press Enter to conrm and exit menu.
Set DMX Address code
1. Enter into the menu by pressing the menu
button. Select A001 via the up and down keys
and press Enter. Modify the value via the up
and down keys. Press Enter to save and exit, or
press the menu button to exit without saving.
2. Enter into menu by pressing the menu button,
select among a variety of operating codes via
the up and down keys. Press Enter to save and
ruc or menu to leave the menu and return to
the operating modes.

5. FIXTURE CLEANING
The cleaning of internal and external optical lenses
and/or mirrors must be carried out periodically to
optimize light output. Cleaning frequency depends
on the enviroment in which the xture operates:
damp, smoky or particularly dirty surrounding can
cause greater accumulation of dir on the unit´s
optics. Clean wih so cloth using normal glass
cleaning uid. Always dry the parts carefully. Clean
external optics at least every 20 days. Clean internal
optics at least every 30/60 days.

Por favor lea las instrucciones atentamente,
incluyen información importante acerca de la
instalación, utilización y mantenimiento del
producto.
• Converse este manual de usuario para futuras
referencias. Si vende este producto a otro
usuario, asegúrese de que el también reciba
este manual de usuario.
• Asegúrese de conectar el equipo al voltaje
correcto, y que el mismo no sea superior o
inferior al indicado en el dispositivo.
• Este producto fue diseñado especícamente
para su utilización en interior.
• Para prevenir riesgos de incendio o shock
eléctrico, no exponga el dispositivo a lluvia o
humedad. Asegúrese de que no haya materiales
inamables cerca de la unidad durante su
operación.
• La unidad debe de ser instalada en una
ubicación que provea la ventilación adecuada,
como mínimo a 50 cm. (20 pulg.) de supercies
adyacentes. Asegúrese de que los circuitos de
ventilación no estén bloqueados.
• La distancia mínima de la luminaria a la
supercie a proyectar debe de ser como
mínima de 0.5 m.
• La temperatura ambiente máxima es de 40ºC
(104ºF). No opere la luminaria a temperaturas
más altas.
• En el caso de de problemas de operación, deje
de usar el dispositivo de inmediato. Nunca
intente reparar la unidad por usted mismo.
Reparaciones realizadas por personas sin
la capacitación correcta pueden generar
daños mayores o mal funcionamiento. Por
favor contacte a personal calicado para
asistencia. Utilice siempre las mismas partes
para reparar.
• Asegúrese de que el cable de alimentación no
esté roto o dañado.
• Nunca desconecte el equipo desde el cable.
Hágalo desde el toma.
• Evite exposición ocular de forma directa con
los haces de luces mientras la unidad esté
encendida.

3. INSTALACIÓN
La unidad deberá de ser montada a través de los
oricios ubicados en su manija. Asegúrese de
que el dispositivo se encuentre rme para evitar
vibraciones y movimientos durante la operación.
Asegúrese de que el equipo esté debidamente
ajustada a lo estructura dónde será instalado,
y que la misma soporte un peso mayor a la del
equipo en diez veces. A su vez, utilice siempre el
cable de seguridad que puede soportar hasta 12
veces el peso de la unidad.

4. OPERACIÓN
Todas las funciones y operaciones pueden ser
controladas de manera manual por intermedio del
display o mediante una controladora DMX.
Ingreso al menu presionando la tecla MENU del
panel trasera. Escoja el modo a través de las teclas
UP y DOWN. Presione ENTER para conrmar la
selección. Una vez más, escoja el valor o función
deseada a través de las teclas UP y DOWN y vuelve
a presionar ENTER para conrmar la selección.
Seteo de la dirección DMX:
1. Ingrese al menu presionando la tecla MENU.
Seleccione A001 a través de las teclas UP y
DOWN y presione ENTER. Modique el valor a
través de las teclas UP y DOWN. Presione ENTER
para guardar y salir o presione MENU para salir
sin guardar.
2. Ingrese al menu a través del botón MENU,
seleccione el modo deseado a través de las
teclas UP y DOWN. Presione ENTER para
guardar y reproducir o MENU para salir del
menu y volver a los modos de operación.

5. LIMPIEZA
La limpieza interna y externa de las ópticas y/o
espejos debe de ser llevado a cabo de manera
periódica para optimizar la salida de luz. La
frecuencia de limpieza dependerá exclusivamente
del ambiente en donde el producto esté siendo
operado. Ambientes con humo, polvo o humedad
pueden causar gran acumulación de suciedad en
los lentes de la unidad.
Limpiar con telas suaves utilizando limpiadores de
vidrio convencionales.
Asegúrese siempre de secar todos las partes
cuidadosamente.
Limpie las ópticas externas cada 20 días mínimo.
Limpie las ópticas internas cada 30/60 días mínimo.
