Failure to comply with the warnings listed below may result in electric
shock or serious injury.
This product should be used only in accordance with the specifications
outlined in this manual. Usage other than what has been specified here
may result in serious injury.
To reduce the risk of electrical shock, fire or injury to users: Read all
instructions before using the Air Purification System.
Always disconnect from power source before cleaning or performing
maintenance,including filter replacement.
Do not open the housing. Internal parts are not to be serviced by the user.
Repairs should be done by authorized service personnel only.
Do not allow liquids or any objects in any of the unit openings. Keep openings
free of excessive dust, lint, hair or debris that may reduce the air flow.
Do not expose the unit to rain, and do not use in a wet area. Do not place the
unit near a bathtub or a kitchen sink.
This appliance is not intended for use by people (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they are being supervised or instructed by a person
responsible for their safety.
Do not operate with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord or plug is damaged,
it must be replaced by a new cord and plug before use by qualified technicians
to avoid any electrical hazard.
Do not run the cord under carpeting. Do not cover with throw rugs, runners,
or similar coverings. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange
cord away from traffic area, where it will not be tripped over.
Do not cut, damage, or modify the cord. Do not place the cord underneath or
between heavy objects, and always keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
If the unit is not working properly or has been dropped or damaged, contact
Customer Support.

Do not insert fingers or foreign objects into the intake or air outlet.
Do not use water, solvents or chemicals to clean the unit. Do not spray
aerosols on the unit.
Do not let water or any other liquid or flammable substance enter the
appliance, in order to avoid electric shock and/or a fire hazard.
Please have at least 20cm of free space around the appliance and maintain
30cm free space above the appliance.
Please place the unit at least 2m away from televisions, radios or wave clocks,
in order to reduce electrical interference to such equipment.
Remove the power plug from the wall outlet before cleaning the unit and
when not in use, electrical shock from bad insulation and or fire from short
circuit may occur as a result.
When removing the power plug, always hold the plug and never pull the cord.

Do not use the Air Purification System if the power cord or plug is damaged
or the connection to the wall outlet is loose.
Do not use this Air Purification System near gas appliances or fireplaces.
Do not place the appliance directly below an air conditioner to prevent
condensation from dripping into the appliance.
Do not use this appliance when you have used indoor smoke-type insect
repellents or in places with oily residues, burning incense or chemical fumes.
Do not use the appliance in a room with major temperature changes, as this
may cause condensation inside the appliance.
Do not use the appliance in wet surroundings or in surroundings with high
ambient temperatures, such as the bathroom, toilet or kitchen.
Note: The AMBREEZE Air Purification System is not intended for use in
commercial environment, such as nail salon, shopping centers, factories, or
where continuous tobacco smoke is present, such as bars and restaurants.
Usage in these environments could result in poor performance and shortened
filter life.

AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM
Improve your indoor air quality with your new AMBREEZE Air
Purification System. Multiple levels of cleaning include a com-
bination HEPA filter that captures allergens, activated carbon
filter to remove odours. UV-C light technology enhances
germ-killing.
1. Washable pre-filter: Trapping big particles like human hairs and
pet hairs to help extend the life of the HEPA and activated carbon
filters.
2. True HEPA filter with anti-bacterial coating: The high-perfor-
mance composite HEPA filter is over 99.97% efficient in trapping
all allergens and airborne contaminant down to 0.3 micron in size
such as lung damaging dust, mould spores, plant spores, pet
dander, pollen etc.
3. Activated carbon filter: The activated carbon filter filters out
odours and other volatile organic compounds (VOCs) effectively.
4. UV-C: UV Light (254NM) destroys micro-organisms such as
germs, some bacteria and fungi.

BEFORE FIRST USE
PLACING THE FILTERS
The appliance comes with all filters fitted inside, but you must
remove the packaging of the filters before using the appliance.
Remove all filters, unpack them and place them back into the
appliance as described below.
Step 1. Place your fingers in the recesses of the side panels and
gently pull the top part of the front panel towards you. Then lift the
hooks at the bottom of the panel out of the bottom of the appliance.
Step 2. Remove pre-filter from the appliance.
Step 3. Remove HEPA filter from the appliance.
Step 4. Remove activated carbon filter from the appliance.
Step 5. Remove all packaging material from the filters.
Step 6. Place activated carbon filter back into the appliance, making
sure the side with strip faces towards you.
Step 7. Place HEPA filter back into the appliance, making sure the
side with strip faces towards you.
Step 8. Place pre-filter back in the appliance, making sure the side
with flange faces towards you.
Step 9. To reattach the front panel, insert the bottom hooks into the
bottom of the appliance first. Then, push the panel against the body
of the appliance.
Note:
Make sure you insert the filters in the correct position.

UV LAMP REPLACEMENT
OPERATION GUIDANCE
The UV-C bulb should be replaced approximately every 10,000
hours.
1. Open the UV lamp cover by a screwdriver.
2. The UV bulb is removed by carefully grasping the bulb
with a clean cloth or tissue and twisting the bulb 1/4 turn.
Remove from unit.
3. Install the new UV lamp and re-attach the cover.
Note:
DO NOT look into the UV lamp when it is ON.

Power button: press this button to start and shut
down the appliance. The device will remember
settings before the last shutdown.
Fan speed button: press this button one or more
times to select the desired fan speed. The corre-
sponding fan speed light indicates the fan speed
(MIN, MED, HIGH, MAX).
UV-C / child lock button: press this button to turn
the UV-C lamp on / off. Hold this button for 3-5
seconds to turn on / off the child lock function.
Note: When child lock is on, the control panel
will be locked and unresponsive.
Timer button: press this button one or more times
to toggle. The corresponding light will indicate the
operation time you set ranging from 1-12 hours.
Auto button: pressing this button will adjust the fan
speed according to the current air quality in the
room. The Air Purification System continually scans
the air quality and adjusts function to best purify
the air.
Sleep mode / Wi-Fi button: press once to turn on
sleep mode. The indicator will blink for 10 seconds
then switch of all lights on the LED display and the
speed will reduce to the lowest speed setting. The
appliance will still be operational. Press any button
on the LED display to turn on the lights again. To
turn off sleep mode, press the Sleep button again.
Hold this button for 5 seconds to activate
Wi-Fi function. The Wi-Fi icon should blink
rapidly and play a short tone to signify it is
ready to connect to your smart device.

Note: After turning on the device, the air quality sensor needs about 2 minutes to
detect the surrounding air quality. After 2 minutes of operation, the air quality indicator
will indicate current air quality.

The TuyaSmart application works as a remote control for the unit. Download the
free app to your smart device and use it when you are at home or away to:
• Adjust the settings
• Monitor the status of the filters
• Check your room’s air quality
TuyaSmart app is available through the Apple®, Android® and Google® app stores.

MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
SLEEP MODE WARNING
Press the Sleep mode / Wi-Fi button once to turn on sleep mode. The indicator
will blink for 10 seconds then switch of all lights on the LED display and the speed
will reduce to the lowest speed setting. The appliance will still be operational.
Press any button on the LED display to turn on the lights again. To turn off sleep
mode, press the Sleep button again.
FILTER CHANGE INDICATOR
HEPA filter and activated carbon filter change: when
there is a need to replace the filters, a red light will glow.
After replacing the HEPA and activated carbon filters, a
reset button needs to be pressed in order to reset the
indicator light. Use a long and thin object to push into
the reset button to turn the REPLACE FILTER light off.
To connect your smart device to the AMBREEZE Air Purification System,
follow these steps:
1. Download the app onto your smart device. Make sure your smart device is
connected to a Wi-Fi connection for the initial set up of the Air Purification
System.
2. Log in or sign up to the app. Allow notifications, allow access to your location,
access to your home data .
3. Turn on the Air Purification System and check the Wi-Fi icon on the Air Purifica-
tion System’s control panel. The Wi-Fi icon should be blinking rapidly as you
prepare to pair your devices. If the Wi-Fi light is off or stable, simply press down
on the SLEEP button for 5 seconds until you hear a tone. This will make the Wi-Fi
light flash and prepare you to connect to your smart device.
4. Follow the prompts on the TuyaSmart app to connect the Air Purification
System to the app.
5. Once the connection has been successfully established, the app will show
you a control panel where it shows air quality status, your location, filter life and
actions such as speed level, mode and settings. You can now control the Air
Purification System through the app whether you are at home on a Wi-Fi
connection, or out of home using mobile data.
Reset button
Note: The HEPA filter and the activated carbon filter have a similar lifetime.
Therefore, they must be replaced at the same time.

USE CAUTION DURING REGULAR MAINTENANCE
PRODUCT CLEANING
Depending on the environment and usage frequency, the pre-filter can be
cleaned every two-three months. The pre-filter can be used for up to two years
before replacing.
To gauge if the pre-filter needs to be cleaned, take off the front cover of the Air
Purification System to see if there is build up on the filter. If there is, the pre-filter
can be washed under running water. Ensure it is 100% fully dry before returning it
back into the appliance. Do not leave the pre-filter in direct sunlight to dry as this
will lessen the lifespan of the filter.
Do not use sharp objects to clean the pre-filter as this may cause damage.
Every three months or as required, take out the HEPA and activated carbon
filter and dry it in a clean area under direct sunlight using a vacuum cleaner under
low speed (only for the HEPA filter) or soft brush to clean off dust particles from
the filter. This will help to extend the life of both filters and provide optimum
performance.
The HEPA and activated carbon filter’s life and optimum performance is based
on air quality and regular maintenance, but on average, last 6 months.
Make sure to unplug the Air Purification System from power before cleaning.
Do not use any corrosive or flammable products to clean.
Use a soft cloth with mild cleaners such as diluted L.O.C. Multi-purpose
Cleaner or L.O.C. Towelettes and make sure the appliance is dry before using.
Regularly clean both outer and inner surface to prevent dust build-up.
Regularly clean both air inlet and outlet.
Regularly clean dust sensor with a soft cotton swab to maintain its sensitivity.

CAUTION
DUST SENSOR CLEANING
WHEN NOT USED FOR AN EXTENDED TIME
Clean the dust sensor every month for optimal functioning of the Air
Purification System. Clean it more frequently if you use the appliance in a
dusty environment.
1.Clean the dust sensor inlet and outlet with a soft brush.
2.Open the dust sensor cover.
3.Clean the dust sensor, the inlet and outlet with a lightly moistened cotton swab.
4.Dry them with a cotton swab.
5.Reattach the sensor cover.
Note: Do not use any corrosive or flammable products to clean the appliance, which
may cause permanent damage.
When not in use for an extended time, please pack and store well to protect
the appliance.
If using after an extended storage time, please follow as below:
1. Clean the pre-filter and make sure it is dry.
2. Use soft cloth/brush to clean the HEPA and activated carbon filter, and make
sure it is dry.
3. Use soft cloth to clean both air inlet and outlet.
Proper use and regular maintenance can optimize the life of this product.
Only a certified electrician is to disassemble this appliance.

WARRANTY
WARRANTY
Amway* warrants that the AMBREEZE Air Purification System (the “Air Purification System”) will
not prove defective (as defined below), under normal use for two (2) years from the date of
original purchase. An item will be considered “defective” if it is defective in materials or workman-
ship and if the defect materially impairs the performance or value of the Air Purification System to
the original purchaser (the “Purchaser”).
EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover:
(a) Any Air Purification System that has been subjected to any use that is different from, or
inconsistent with, the instructions for use.
(b) Any Air Purification System that has been subjected to any abuse, accident, physical
damage, misuse, alterations, neglect, or improper temperature.
(c) Any Air Purification System that presents a latent defect, i.e., a defect which existed at the
time of purchase but that the Purchaser could not identify at the moment of the purchase,
provided that Amway did not know the existence of such defect.
(d) Any Air Purification System that presents with regular wear and tear which has resulted from
using over a long period.
e) Any use of non-authorised parts or accessories resulting in damage to Air Purification System
or diminished performance, ie. replacement parts or accessory attachments not recommended
by the manufacturer or use of non-AMBREEZE Air Purification System parts or accessories.
RIGHTS OF THE PURCHASER
If any Air Purification System that has not been subjected to abuse, accident, physical damage,
misuse, alterations, neglect, or improper temperature, proves to have been defective during the
Warranty period, Amway will, at Amway’s option and subject to timely notification of the claimed
defect, either repair or replace the defective item at its expense, or refund an appropriate part of
the price of the item to the Purchaser.
WARRANTY REGISTRATION
Register your product warranty within 90 days after purchase. The 90-day satisfaction
guarantee begins on the date of purchase or at product registration. Simply follow these
steps:
1. Log in to the Amway Australia/New Zealand website.
2. Scroll to the footer of the home page and click on “Register Your Product”. Alternatively,
search myproducts.amwayglobal.com in your browser to be taken to the Warranty Customer
Portal.
3. Enter the Product Serial Number in the search box and click “Lookup”. The serial number
can be found on the product carton.
4. Your product will appear. Click on “CONTINUE” to proceed. Fill in the First Name and Last
Name fields and click on “REGISTER THIS PRODUCT”.
5. Your product is successfully registered.

ship of the warranty within 90 days of receiving the product, or if you are having difficulty

NINETY (90) DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
CLAIM
In order to make a claim under this Warranty, the Purchaser must notify Amway of the defect
in writing, within two (2) months after the defect has been discovered, but in all events no later
than two (2) months after the end of the applicable warranty period.
The Purchaser must provide proof of purchase, i.e., the invoice of the Air Purification System
or other proof of purchase.
LIMITATIONS
This Warranty is limited to the value of the Air Purification System.
This Warranty will not be valid if a third party has manipulated the item to repair it.
Unless otherwise required under Australian or New Zealand law, this Warranty sets forth the
Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedies for any defect in the Air Purification System.
Unless otherwise required under relevant Australian or New Zealand law, THE WARRANTIES
STATED HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR
OTHERWISE, EXCEPT FOR THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY,
THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY
OTHER NONDISCLAIMABLE WARRANTIES IMPOSED BY AUSTRALIAN OR NEW ZEALAND LAW.
NO SUCH NON-DISCLAIMABLE WARRANTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED
WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDI-
TION OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE FOR TERMS EXTENDING BEYOND
THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY DESCRIBED ABOVE.
Insofar as it is permitted under Australian or New Zealand law, Amway limits its liability for incidental
or consequential damages. This warranty does not affect the Purchaser’s statutory rights under
applicable Consumer Protection Legislation.
Unless otherwise required under Australian and New Zealand law, no person is authorized to
modify or expand the Warranty provided herein, waive any of the conditions and limitations of this
Warranty, or make any different or additional warranties with respect to the Air Purification System.
Any statements to the contrary shall be of no effect unless made in writing and signed by an
authorized representative of Amway. This warranty is applicable in Australia and New Zealand.
In addition to the warranty, you, the original user, have the right to use the new AMBREEZE Air
Purification System for ninety (90) days from the date of the purchase to determine if it is satisfac-
tory and you want to keep it. If, within such ninety (90) day period, you decide it is not satisfactory,
you may return it to the Amway distributor from whom you purchased it. The product must be
returned in a resaleable condition and accompanied by original packaging, manuals and other
parts (where applicable). The distributor will offer you the choice of replacement without charge, or
full credit toward the purchase of another AMWAY product, or a refund for the full purchase price.
