Andreani Group MISANO cartridge kit

RACE USE ONLY
Unscrew the upper cap of the fork, take off the spring, the
spacer and take off the oil inside it. (Pic. 1 and 2).

Separate the innertube from the outertube. Unscrew the
cap from the innertube that closes the spring. Take off the
spring and and its parts included. Unscrew the axle clamp
from the innertube. (picture 3). Take off the washer and o-
ring (picture 4).
Insert the dedcated plate included in the kit using the original
O-ring or the one provided in the kit (Picture 5 and 6 ).

Screw back in the innertube to the axle clamp (picture 7) and
insert the Andreani damper into the innertube and screw it in
the plate previously sobstituted. (Picture8 ).
Procede with assembly of the outertube and the oil level as indica-
ted on the label outside the box, where the code of the kit is. (Pictu-
re 9 e 10 ), Insert the spring and nally the upper cap with an adju-
ster phase of 4 turns.

Compression 2 turns (From fully closed to open)
Rebound 2 turns (From fully closed to open)
Springs preload 4 turns (from fully open to close)
