Safety instrucons
When using any electrical
appliance, basic safety
precauons should always be
followed, including:
This appliance can be used by
children aged from 8 years
and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilies or lack of
experience and knowledge if
they have been given
supervision or instrucon
concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards
involved.
Supervise children to ensure
they do not play with the
appliance or supply cord.
Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be
made by children unless they
are older than 8 years old
and supervised.
The appliance is intended for
domesc use only. Industrial
or commercial use will void
the warranty. The supplier
cannot be held responsible
for injury or damage if the
appliance has been used for
anything other than its
intended use.
Incorrect operaon and use
can damage the appliance
and cause injury to the user.
Do not use the appliance if it
has malfunconed, been
dropped or damaged in
anyway. If the unit has been
damaged take the unit for
examinaon and or repair by
an authorised service agent
to avoid a hazard.
Do not aempt to repair or
modify the appliance, use the
appliance for unintended
applicaons or use accessory
aachments not
recommended by the
manufacturer. Failure to
follow these instrucons may
result in re, electrical shock,
or risk of injury to persons.
Do not immerse or expose
the appliance, plug or the
power cord in water or any
other liquid for any reason.
Check the power cord and
plug regularly for any
damage. If the cord or the
plug is damaged, it must be
replaced by a qualied

electrician or a service repair
centre to avoid a hazard.

Warning: This appliance does
not have a thermostat to
control the surrounding
temperature. Do not use in
enclosed areas or in areas
occupied by persons not
capable of leaving the area on
their own.
Cauon Hot Parts.
The surfaces of the
appliance become hot
during use and remain hot
for a period of me aer
use.
Do not touch or aempt to
move the appliance when it
is operang. Switch o and
allow it to cool.
Cauon: Do not cover the
heater head or push objects
through the grill when it is
operang.
Cauon: The appliance is
shower proof but is not
intended to be permanently
le outside or operated when
raining or in wet condions.
Immediately aer use,
before cleaning or
transportaon, switch o,
unplug and allow the
appliance to cool in a safe
place out of the reach of
children.
Do not leave the appliance
switched on and
unaended.
Warning: The appliance may
become unstable and fall over
if excessive weight is placed
on the table or if it is knocked.
Only use the appliance on a
rm, solid, horizontal surface
where all the feet come into
contact with the oor.
(Should the heater be lted
or fall over, the auto cut o
switch will acvate).
Outdoor use only. Locate the
appliance in a well venlated
area and at least 1metre
away from walls, surfaces or
materials that could be
aected by heat.
Do not use the appliance;

petrol or other substances
are stored.
Immediately above or
below an electrical socket.
As a room or sauna heater.
Do not use to dry clothing or
other materials.
This appliance is not
intended to be operated by
means of an external mer
or separate remote control.
The appliance could be
accidently covered and then
switched on by the remote
device.
Assemble the appliance
according to the instrucons
and extend the head at least
1.8 metres from the oor
Electrical Safety
WARNING: Check that the voltage
supply at the power outlet is the
same as marked on the appliance.
WARNING: This appliance must be
connected to an earthed electrical
power supply. The green/yellow
conductor in the supply cord must
be connected to the Earth terminal
in the plug. The power supply must
have an Earth connecon.
WARNING. The appliance must be
supplied through a residual current
device (RCD) with a 30 mA rated
residual operang current.
Precauons should be followed for
safe cable management and
connecon to the power supply
If a new mains plug needs to be
ed follow the ng instrucons
supplied with good quality
BS1363A plugs. If in doubt consult
a qualied electrician or appliance
repair agent.
Remove and safely dispose of
the old plug
Connect the brown lead to the
live terminal “L” in the new
plug
Connect the Blue lead to the
Neutral “N” terminal
Connect the green/yellow lead
to the earth “E” terminal
Recommended fuse: 13A.
If an extension cable is required, it
must have an earth conductor. To
avoid overheang the extension
cable should be rated no less than
13A and be fully unwound before
use
Before First Use
Read all of the instrucons
carefully before using the
appliance.

to the power supply outlet or
switch on unl the appliance is
assembled.
Unpack the box with care, keep
all the packaging materials unl
you are sased everything is
present and in working order.
Do not discard any packaging
unl all accessories have been
found.
Inspect the appliance before
use. The appliance, cord and
plug must not have any damage
that could aect operaon.
Note: The appliance may emit a
lile smoke and/or odour when
it is inially used. This is normal
and does not indicate a fault.
Appliance Assembly
1) The lower tube
has external
threads cut into
both ends.
Connect the
lower tube to the
base by screwing
it clockwise.
2) Align the hole in the table with
the lower tube and push the table
down over the tube.
3) The upper tube is located inside
the middle tube. Unscrew the plasc
clamp and pull the upper tube up
then ghten the plasc clamp.
Connect the middle tube to the
lower tube
4) Feed the power connector and
supply cord through the base and
tubes.
5) Raise the table
past the joint in the
lower and middle
tubes to the
desired height.
6) Secure the Table on the middle
Pole by ghtening the plasc collar.

7) Secure the collar in place by
ghtening the clamp locking screw.
8) Connect the power connector to
the plug aached to the heater
head. Secure the plug and socket
with the clamp provided. Note the
markings.
9) The heater head can be ed to
the upper pole by aligning the
locaons and then secure using the
two 8mm screws.
10) IMPORTANT: Set the height of
the heater head above 1.8m before
xing the supply cable to the base.
IMPORTANT: The cable clamps
must be released before increasing
the height of the heater head.
The power cord must be secured to
the base using the clamps and
screws provided.
Operang the appliance
Cauon: Although the appliance is
shower proof, do not use the
appliance when it is raining or in
wet condions.
Connect the power cable to a 13
amp earthed supply that is
located in a safe, dry area.
Ensure that the plug and power
socket are accessible when the
appliance is operang. This allows
the plug to be removed or the
power socket switched o if
required
The two switches on the heater
head are used to control the
three heat seng.
(I) = 900W
(II) = 1200W
(I & II) = 2100W

Always disconnect the power
cable from the electrical supply,
when the appliance is not in use.
Aer use, allow the appliance to
cool before transportaon and
store in a dry locaon.
Care and maintenance

cleaning or storage.
When disconnected from the
electrical supply, clean the
outside of the appliance with a
damp cloth. Never use corrosive
or solvent cleaners, never spray
or immerse the appliance in
water.
Any maintenance or repairs
including replacing the halogen
tube should only be carried out by
a qualied electrician or by a
recommended service centre.
Once the appliance has been
used, clean the appliance and
store in a dry, safe area. Cover the
appliance aer use to prevent the
appliance from rusng.
Do not store the appliance
outside as this may cause the
appliance to rust or water ingress
may damage the appliance.

comes with a 24 month guarantee
and a 2 year xed warranty,
eecve from receipt conrmaon.
Your receipt or order number is
required as proof of purchase date
so it is imperave that you keep it
safe. This guarantee only applies if
the item has been used solely for
the use intended, and all
instrucons have been followed
accordingly. Please note this
product is for domesc use only
and is not for commercial use.
Abuse of your product will
invalidate the guarantee. Returned
goods can only be accepted if
repackaged properly within the
original colour product box, and
presented with the original receipt
of sale/order number. This does not
aect your statutory rights.
Returned products must be cleaned
and returned to us in as close to
delivery condion as possible.
If your product develops a problem
within the rst 12 months of the
xed warranty, we will pay all
shipping costs to have it returned to
us. Aer 12 months the customer
will be liable for the cost of
returning the product to us. We will
then pay to have the repaired/
replaced item shipped back to the
customer.
If you wish to return your item for a
full refund, you have the right to do
so within the rst 7 days.

All of our prices are inclusive of

Once a product has been returned
to us, we will aim to repair or

cover any defect arising from
improper use, mechanical damage,
water ingress or repair aempts
made by third-pares. Also, the
guarantee does not cover normal
wear and tear of individual parts.
