1Safety Instructions
INTENDED USE
1. This appliance is not intended for use by people (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the
appliance by person responsible for their safety.
2. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children unless they are older
than 8 and supervised.
3. Use the appliance only for intended household purposes as described in this User
Manual. Any other use is not recommended that may cause fire, electric shock, or
injury to people.
ELECTRICITY SAFETY
1. Use the included adapter only. Disconnect the aroma diffuser when not in use
for long. NEVER plug / remove the adapter with wet hands.
2. Always check the intactness of the power cord before use. DO NOT use this
product if the adapter power cord or plug is damaged, or the diffuser is not
plugged in firmly.
3. DO NOT do any damage to the adapter power cord. Keep the cord away from
hot components, and never put weights on the cord.
4. DO NOT pinch the cord in other objects or attempt to modify the cord in any way.
5. DO NOT submerge, pour or splash water on this product or its adapter.

PLACING THE UNIT
DO NOT use this product in the following locations, which may result in product
breakage, malfunction, or damage to surrounding areas.
1. Locations that allow mist emitted from the product to have direct contact with
furniture, clothing, curtains, walls, documents or other paper goods, ceiling, etc.
2. Locations in direct sunlight, locations subject to extreme heat such as heaters or
sources of flame, or locations subject to direct wind such as near air conditioners,
or locations subject to high humidity.
3. Unstable / non-flat surfaces, soft cushions, shag / pile carpets, etc.
KEEP DIFFUSER SAFE
1. Never attempt to insert foreign objects into the mist diffuser outlet or seams /
gaps of the product.
2. Always hold this diffuser unit by its lower section when lifting it to move.
3. After use, dispose of any water left in the water tank. Periodically clean the
product and always keep it in a clean condition by following the methods
described in this User Manual, in case of odors and mould.
4. DO NOT attempt to disassemble, repair, modify or replace any part of your
product. All servicing should be performed by qualified personnel only.
5. DO NOT block the mist nozzle when the diffuser is working. DO NOT touch the
atomizer unit immediately after powered off.

1. Check if all the parts in Package Contents are included and intact.
2. Clean the diffuser before the first use, and wipe it down after rinse.
3. Always insert the essential oil tube into the tube holder vertically.
4. Ensure electricity specifications are in line with your local valid electricity
regulations.

- It is recommended to use purified or
distilled water.
- DO NOT operate the diffuser without
water.
- Water left overnight should be replaced
with fresh water.
- Never pour essential oil into the tube
when there is no water inside the tank.
- Leave enough circulation space around
the unit.

Note:
The diffuser will turn off automatically and quietly when water inside the tank has
been depleted. Once water is added back into the tank, the diffuser will resume
standby mode.
Mist Setting
Press once, the “ON”
indicator lights up and the
diffuser enters High Mist
mode. Press again,
switch to Low Mist mode.

seconds, mist will stop.
Timer Setting
When the unit is on, press
repeatedly to cycle through

(Timer OFF).
To cancel, press repeatedly
to ON (Timer OFF) or press

automatically. Press again,
cycle stops and light stays
at current color, changes
to next one with each

Add essential oil through the
essential oil tube until a trace of
oil appears on the water surface,
meaning water-oil balance. In this
way, the fragrance will stay longer.
Note:
- For high density oils such as cinnamon, fragrant time won’t be affected by either
way.
- DO NOT add clove essential oil too much at a time, since it will dissolve ABS
plastics somehow.

3. Fill the tank halfway
full with warm water,
stir it to fully dissolve,
and soak for 5 mins.
4. Wipe down the grime on the tank cover, muting
cover, atomizer, oil tube and in the tank. (Atomizer
is the slot at the center, and is the core for
diffusion.)

Clean the unit at least
twice a week for an
optimal performance.
Storage
For storage, you may leave the unit covered to
protect it from dust. Store it in a cool, dry location.
Outer Surface
Wipe with a damp cloth, then immediately dry.
Internal Water Tank
1. Empty the tank from
the drain side.
2. Add 3-5g baking soda
or 2-3 slices of fresh
lemon to the tank.
Note:
- DO NOT clean the
unit with abrasive
chemicals, white
vinegar or flammable
cleaning agents
which will damage the
atomizer permanently.
- DO NOT rinse the base
directly with water.

Q6 - LED light not on when diffuser powered on.
A6 - Press to turn on the light.
Q7 - Failed to select one color.
A7 - When the light is off, double press to enter color
selecting mode. Then select the desired color with each press.
Other Questions
Q9 - Diffuser not working.
A9 - Ensure that the oil tube is inserted to the oil tube holder. Damage to the
atomizer would cause water leakage.
- Always drain water from the drain side in case that water goes into the
buttons or ventilation inlet.
Q10 - No leakage but table surface wet.
A10 - If the misting space is not enough, please lower the mist level or move the
diffuser to somewhere with enough space for diffusion.
Q11 - Diffuser makes noise while working.
A11 - This product is designed with a muting unit for noise reduction, which provides
a muting operation. Check if the muting cover falls off, and put it back on.

Related to Misting
Q1 - No misting, with the light flashing red as over-temperature alarm.
A1 - Turn off the unit.
- Check the environmental temperature and place the unit in a well-ventilated
place.
- DO NOT add warm water into the tank during use.
Q2 - Mist output becoming low.
A2 - Add water if there is not enough water in the water tank.
- Keep the water clean or use purified or distilled water.
- Switch to the High Mist mode.
- Clean the atomizer regularly.
Q3 - The misting sometimes high, sometimes low.
A3 - Check if there is a fan aside or the voltage is unstable.
Related to Fragrance
Q4 - Strange odor after long idle time or smell of used essential oil remains in the
unit.
A4 - Clean the unit thoroughly before use. (See "Cleaning and Maintenance")
Q5 - No fragrance after adding cinnamon essential oil.
A5 - The cinnamon essential oil is of higher density and viscosity than that of water,
so it will sink to the bottom after being added, then slowly dissolves and
diffuses. Wait for a while and there comes with fragrance.

Thanks for choosing Anjou Aroma Diffuser. This product is covered with Anjou
product and labor warranty for 12 months from the date of its original purchase.
The warranty will not apply in cases of:
-Accident, misuse, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
-Any unit that has been tampered with or used for commercial purpose.
-Use of force, damage caused by external influences.
-Damage caused by non-observance of the User Manual, e.g. connection to an
unsuitable mains supply or non-compliance with the instructions.
-Partially or completely dismantled appliances.
-Defects caused by or resulting from damages from shipping or from repairs, service,
or alteration to the product or any of its parts that have been performed by a repair
person not authorized by Anjou.
