BEFORE YOU START
• Ensure your iPhone’s Bluetooth and Wifi are both
turned on.
To check: Settings > Wi-Fi
Settings > Bluetooth
• Some vehicles may need CarPlay to be enabled
on their infotainment system before use.
Consult vehicle’s user manual for information.

UPDATING FIRMWARE
Connect your iPhone to the CarPlay Adapter and wait
until the CarPlay UI appears on your car’s display.
1. Enter
“192.168.50.2” in
your web browser
on your iPhone
and click “Go.”
2. Select update
if available.
3. Wait until the
update bar
reaches 100%.
When CarPlay
reappears on vehicle
infotainment screen,
you’re done!
3. Press X to delete individual users or the cog to
remove all phones (see step 4)
