Instructions for Installation and Care of
Arctic Cat / Textron Prowler Pro
Soft Door Rear Kit
AC-PRO-SDK01
Notice: Do not smoke inside the cab or expose the enclosure to direct flames. Cab is Flammable.
Be sure to read these instructions thoroughly before opening and installing the enclosure. The installation is
best done when the temperature is 70 degrees F. or warmer. The temperature affects the adhesive Velcro, if
conditions prevent installing in warmer weather it helps to store the adhesive Velcro at roomtemperature
prior to installation.
1. Check over the parts included in the carton with the parts list shown below:
1" Adhesive Velcro Strip 2 each 16” long
2" Adhesive Velcro Strip 2 each 5” long
“ “ 2 each 8” long
“ “ 2 each 20” long
4 each 32" long
4 each 34" long
Snap studs 11 each ( 1 extra )
Door Panels 2 each

2. Begin by cleaning the roll cage and plastic that surrounds the doors. Using rubbing alcohol is preferable. This step
is very important for the Velcro strips to properly adhere.
3. Now start installation by placing the 2"adhesive Velcro strips around the outside edges of the upper door frame.
Starting at the front of the frame first place the 34" strip as shown in the photo below.

4. Next place the 32" strip across the top of the frame as shown below.
5. Next place the5"strip in the rear corner as shown below.
6. Next place the 18" strip down the back of the cage as shown in the photo on the next page.

7. After all the Velcro is in place take the door and place it on the vehicle. The following series of photos show how it
should look after being installed.

8. Next attach the 8” adhesive Velcro strip to the bottom of the front top portion of the door as shown in the photos
below.

10. Now take the 18” Strip that is 1” wide and place it on the inside front portion of the factory door. Then take the
bottom front section of the soft door and wrap it around the factory door and attach the two together as shown in the
photos below.
11. Lastly install the snap studs into the plastic for the bottom rear portion of thee door. It works best to put the screw
studs into the snap sockets on the door first. Then one by one pull the door in place and push the screw into the
plastic making sure to put enough pressure to leave a mark. Thenremove the screw stud from the door and install it
where the mark was left behind at. The following picture show what it looks like.
