GENERAL NOTES
SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS DEVICE
• The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for the envisaged purpose.
This appliance is not t for commercial use.
• Do not use it outdoors. Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity
(never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet
hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately.
• When cleaning or putting it away, switch o the appliance and always pull out the
plug from the socket (pull the plug itself, not the lead) if the appliance is not being
used and remove the attached accessories.
• Do not operate the machine without supervision. If you leave the room you should
always turn the device o. Remove the plug from the socket.
• The device and the mains lead have to be checked regularly for signs of damage. If
damage is found the device must not be used.
• Use only original spare parts.
• In order to ensure your children’s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags,
boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.
WARNING! Do not allow small children to play with the foil. There is a danger of
suocation!
• As additional protection we recommend the installation of a fault current protection
device (FI/RCD) with a rated current of not more than 30 mA in the wiring system of
the bathroom. Please contact an authorised electrician for advice.
• The nozzles become hot during operation. Risk of burns!
• Please ensure that the inlet grille remains free of u and hairs. Danger of re!
• Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always contact an authorized
technician. To avoid the exposure to danger, always have faulty cable be replaced
only by the manufacturer, by our customer service or by a qualied person and with
a cable of the same type.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years old and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use
of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children must not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children, unless they
are supervised.
• Do not immerse the device into water for cleaning. Please follow the instructions as
stipulated in the chapter “Cleaning”.
WARNING OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!
Do not use this device near baths, wash basins or other vessels containing
water.
WARNING: If the appliance is used in the bathroom, disconnect it from the
mains after use as nearby water presents a hazard. This also applies if the
appliance is switched o.

Unwind the mains cable completely.
Electrical Connection
• Before inserting the plug into the socket. Make sure that the mains voltage to be
used matches that of the device. You can nd this information on the nameplate.
• Connect the appliance to a properly installed earthed socket.
Set the switch on the handle to the desired heating/ blower setting:
Position 0: o
Position I: gentle air ow and medium temperature
Position II: strong air ow and high temperature
Switch-o
After use, set the switch to the “0” position and disconnect the mains plug.
Leave the device to cool before putting it away! To do so, place the appliance onto
one side of the housing or hang it up by the storage hook.
Mains Cable
• The mains cable should only be wound up loosely.
• Never tie the cable tightly round the device, as over time this may result in the cable
breaking.
• Check the mains cable regularly for damage.
WARNING:
• Before cleaning remove the mains lead from the socket.
• Under no circumstances should you immerse the device in water for cleaning
purposes. Otherwise, this might result in an electric shock or re.
CAUTION:
• Do not use a wire brush or any abrasive items.
• Do not use any acidic or abrasive detergents.
Clean the housing with a soft, dry cloth without additives.
Air Intake Grill
Please clean the grill on the air intake side of the hairdryer regularly in order to avoid
excessive temperatures as a result of heat accumulation. Remove any dirt that is
present. If necessary, a ne brush can be used.

NOTAS GENERALES
INDICACIONES ESPECIALES PARA SU SEGURIDAD REFERENTES A ESTE APARATO
• Solamente utilice el aparato para el uso privado y para el n previsto. Este aparato
no está destinado para el uso profesional.
• No lo utilice al aire libre. No lo exponga al calor, a la entrada directa de rayos de
sol, a la humedad (en ningún caso sumerja el aparato en agua) y a los cantones
agudos. No utilice el aparato con las manos húmedas. En caso de que el aparato esté
húmedo o mojado retire al momento la clavija del enchufe.
• Desconecte el aparato y siempre retire la clavija del enchufe (por favor tire de la
clavija y no del cable), cuando no quiera utilizar el aparato, poner o quitar accesorios
o en caso de limpieza.
• No utilice el aparato sin vigilancia. En caso de salir de la habitación, desconecte
siempre el aparato. Retire la clavija del enchufe.
• El aparato y el cable de alimentación de red se deben controlar regularmente para
garantizar que no estén dañados.
• Solamente utilice accesorios originales.
• Para la seguridad de sus niños no deje material de embalaje (Bolsas de plástico,
cartón, poliestireno etc.) a su alcance. AVISO! No deje jugar a los niños con la lámina.
Existe peligro de asxia!
• Como protección adicional, le recomendamos instalar un dispositivo protector
diferencial residual (FI/RCD) con una corriente de referencia de no más que 30 mA
en el circuito eléctrico del cuarto de baño. Para ello debe consultar un electricista
autorizado. •Las boquillas se calientan durante el funcionamiento. Peligro de
quemaduras! • Preste atención a que la rejilla de aspiración esté libre de pelusas
o pelos. ¡Peligro de incendio! • No repare el aparato por su cuenta, vaya a un
establecimiento autorizado. Para evitar peligros, se deje sustituir un cable defecto
por uno de la misma calidad solamente por el fabricante, nuestro servicio técnico
o una persona similar cualicada. • Este aparato puede ser usado por niños a
partir de 8 años de edad y por personas con capacidades físicas, sensoriales o
mentales reducidas, o falta de experiencia o conocimientos, siempre que lo hagan
con supervisión o hayan recibido instrucciones sobre el uso seguro del aparato y
comprendan los riesgos que implica. • Los niños no deben jugar con el aparato. • La
limpieza y el mantenimiento por el usuario no deben ser realizados por niños, salvo
si están bajo supervisión. • No sumerja el aparato en agua para su limpieza. Siga las
instrucciones según lo establecido en el capítulo “Limpieza”

PUESTA EN FUNCIONAMIENTO

DATOS TÉCNICOS
Desenrolle por completo el cable de corriente.
Conexión eléctrica: • Antes de introducir la clavija en el enchufe, asegúrese que la
tensión de la red sea equivalente a la de su aparato. Las indicaciones para esto las
encontrará en la placa de identicación. • Conecte el aparato a una toma de corriente
con toma de tierra correcamente instalada.
Coloque el interruptor del mango en el ajuste de calor/velocidad deseada:
Posición 0: Apagado
Posición I: caudal de aire suave y temperatura media
Posición II: caudal de aire potente y temperatura elevada
Desconexión
Después de utilizar el aparato, coloque el interruptor en la posición “0” y desconecte
el enchufe de la red de alimentación.
¡Antes de guardar el aparato deje que se enfríe! Para hacerlo, coloque el aparato de
lado o cuélguelo de la anilla para colgar.
Cable de la red
• Solamente enrolle el cable de la red de forma oja.
• No lo enrolle de forma tensa al aparato, con el tiempo el cable podría cortarse.
•Controle el cable de la red con regularidad para estar seguro que no está estropeado.
AVISO:
• Desconecte siempre el aparato antes de limpiarlo. • Para la limpieza, en ningún caso
sumergir el aparato en agua. Podría causar una descarga eléctrica o un incendio.
ATENCIÓN:
• No utilice un cepillo de alambre u objetos abrasivos.
• No utilice detergentes agresivos o abrasivos.
Limpie la carcasa con un paño suave y seco, sin emplear ningún agente adicional.

de aire del secador de pelo, de esta forma evitará un sobrecalentamiento por
acumulación de calor.
