Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für die AquaOne Teich Fontäne inkl. Filter entschieden
haben. Lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung vor der Verwendung sorgfältig durch,
um sicherzustellen, dass Sie das Gerät ordnungsgemäß verwenden.
Warnhinweise
CUF ist ein Kombinationsgerät aus Teichpumpe und UVC-Klärer. Bei
Beschädigungen des Gehäuses darf das Gerät nicht betrieben werden, da UV-
Strahlung austreten könnte, welche schädlich für Haut und Augen ist.
Aus Sicherheitsgründen darf das Gerät von Personen unter 16 Jahren nicht genutzt
werden.
1. Das Gerät darf nur unter Wasser betrieben werden. Bitte stellen Sie sicher,
dass es sich vollständig unter Wasser befindet, die Tiefe sollte maximal 2m betragen.
2. Sollte sich das Gerät nicht vollständig unter Wasser befinden, nehmen Sie es
nicht in Betrieb, da die Pumpe trockenlaufen könnte und das Gerät dadurch
beschädigt wird.
3. Vermeiden Sie Erschütterungen, da UV-Lampe und Quarzglas beschädigt
werden können.
4. Das Gerät darf erst angeschlossen werden, nachdem alle Teile korrekt
zusammengebaut wurden.
5. Bei Beschädigungen des Stromkabels, der UV-Lampe oder des Gehäuses,
darf das Gerät nicht betrieben werden.
6. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass die Stromversorgung mit den Angaben auf dem
Typenschild übereinstimmt.
7. Bitte beachten Sie die Installationsanleitung.
8. Ziehen Sie niemals am Stromkabel. Das Kabel muss vor Hitze und scharfen
Gegenständen geschützt sein.
9. Bei ungewöhnlichen Geräuschen der Pumpe unterbrechen Sie bitte die
Stromversorgung und prüfen Sie die Ursache.
10. Vor Frosteinbruch bauen Sie bitte den UVC-Klärer aus, um Materialschäden
zu vermeiden.
11. Das Quarzglas muss regelmäßig gereinigt und auf Beschädigungen geprüft
werden. Verschmutzungen beeinträchtigen die Wirkung des UVC-Klärers. Ein
Wassereintritt beschädigt das Vorschaltgerät und könnte einen Kurzschluss
verursachen.
12. Verschmutzungen am Gehäuse können den Wasserdurchlauf beeinträchtigen
und so Pumpe und UVC-Klärer beschädigen.
13. Bitte setzen Sie den Filterschwamm am Einlass ein und reinigen Sie ihn
einmal im Monat.
14. UV-Licht ist schädlich für Augen und Haut. Bitte vermeiden Sie direkten Haut
und Augenkontakt.
15. Vor der Installation oder Wartung muss der Strom abgeschaltet werden.

Eigenschaften
-Filterschwämme, Bio-Filtersystem, UVC-Klärer und Wasserpumpe sind
integriert. Der Wasserdurchlauf ist regelbar. Für Gartenteiche, Zuchtbecken,
Springbrunnen usw. geeignet
-Während des Betriebes der Pumpe läuft das Wasser durch das Gehäuse über
die Filterschwämme an der UV-Lampe vorbei. So werden schädliche
Bakterien und Algen abgetötet
-Der UVC-Klärer befindet sich im verschlossenen Gehäuse. Eine UV-Strahlung
tritt nicht aus
-Das Gerät kombiniert Filterung, Bio-Filtersystem, UVC-Klärung, Teichpumpe,
Fontäne in einem kompakten Gehäuse
-Durch die große Oberfläche der Filterschwämme und durch den regelbaren
Wasserdurchlauf verbessert sich die Wasserqualität
-Die Filtermedien befinden sich in einem leicht zu öffnenden Behälter und
können einfach herausgenommen, ausgetauscht und ergänzt werden
Inbetriebnahme und Wartung
Bitte stellen Sie immer den Strom ab, wenn Sie den Filter reinigen oder die UV-
Lampe wechseln.
Bauen Sie das Gerät gemäß der Anleitung zusammen. Stellen Sie das Teleskoprohr
in der gewünschten Höhe ein und platzieren Sie den Filter, so dass er sich
vollständig unter Wasser befindet. Soll das gefilterte Wasser herausgepumpt werden,
entfernen Sie bitte den Fontänenaufsatz und montieren stattdessen die mitgelieferte
Tülle. Daran kann dann ein Schlauch befestigt werden.
Wartung der Filtermedien
1. Demontieren Sie den Fontänenaufsatz und öffnen Sie die Clips, um das
Gehäuse zu öffnen.
2. Entnehmen Sie die Filterschwämme und Filtermedien und reinigen Sie diese
oder tauschen Sie aus. Eine wöchentliche Reinigung wird empfohlen.
Wartung der Pumpe
1. Öffnen Sie das Pumpengehäuse durch Drehen entgegen des Uhrzeigersinns
2. Entfernen Sie den Impeller und reinigen Sie ihn mit einer kleinen Bürste. Eine
gelegentliche Entkalkung wird empfohlen.

Austausch der UV-Lampe
1. Öffnen Sie den Clip am Vorschaltgerät und ziehen Sie die UV-Lampe
vorsichtig aus dem Gehäuse.
2. Entnehmen Sie die alte Lampe und setzen Sie die neue Lampe ein. Sie
können die Funktion der Lampe und des Vorschaltgerätes prüfen, indem Sie die
Metalllasche unterhalb der Lampenfassung eindrücken. So wird die Sicherung
ausgelöst und die Lampe leuchtet.
3. Um das Quarzglas zu reinigen, entfernen Sie die Überwurfmutter und ziehen
das Glas vorsichtig aus dem Gehäuse.
Überwinterung
1. Nehmen Sie das Gerät aus dem Wasserdurchlauf
2. Reinigen Sie alle Teile gründlich
3. Prüfen Sie alle Teile auf Beschädigungen
4. Lagern Sie das Gerät frostgeschützt

Thank you for purchasing an AquaOne CUF Series uv fountain pump. Read the user
manual carefully before use to ensure you use the device properly.
Warning
Please read the operating instructions and familiarize yourself with the equipment
before placing it in service. Correct and safe use of the system requires strict
compliance with the safety instructions. For safety reasons children and young
people under 16 years of age, as weil as people that cannot recognize potential
hazards, or people that are not familiar with these instructions, may not use this
device.
Caution
CUF is UV-C clarify equipment which can be combined. lt contains water pump and
one piece of UV-C lamp. Any damage on the equipment or unmerited operation will
bring dangerous radiation to the skin and eyes. So if there is any damage of the
equipment, it can not be used any more. This equipment is not intend for use by
person (including children) with reduced physical, sensory of mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the equipment by a person responsible for their safety.
The equipment should be placed out of children reach. For the consideration of
security, people under 16 years old and those who can not identify danger or grasp
the instruction can not use the equipment.
1. This equipment should be placed under the water. Be sure the equipment is
submerged completely in the water and the depth should not be greater than 2m.
2. When the water is not enough to submerge the equipment, please never
connect power of the equipment to avoid running without water and cause damage.
3. As the UV-C lamp is made of quartz glass, please avoid drop of it or wallop on
it.
Before all parts are installed completely, the equipment can not be plugged in.
4. If there is any damage on the power cable, UV-C lamp or shell, the equipment
can not be used . And it should be discarded as useless.
5. Please make sure that the electrical voltage, frequency used are consistent
with the indication on the label of the equipment.
6. When installing the equipment, the installation regulation of pond pumps
should be followed.
7. The equipment should be earthed. And the professional person should check
the condition of earthed. For the considered of safety, we advise customer to install
leakage protector.
8. Pull the connecting cable is forbidden. And please keep the connecting cable
away from heat, greasiness or sharpness.

9. When the pump have any unusual noise, please unplug to check the reason.
10. When know the frost is coming, please move away UV-C filter to avoid frost
crack.
11. The dirtiness on the quartz glass tube will influence the effect of the
equipment, please clean the quartz glass tube in time.
12. When the body shell is blocked with the sands and rubbish, it is possible to
destroy the quartz glass tube and water pump. So please add the filter sponge to the
inlet of the water. And the sponge should be cleaned timely. (once a month).
13. UV-C is harmful to the eyes and skin. Please do not watch UV-C directly or let
the skin approach to the UV-C.
14. When install or repair this equipment, the electrical source of the equipment
must be switched off.
Instruction
1. This equipment built-in filter sponge, biochemical basket, UV-C lamp and
water pumps. This equipment adopt reasonable water channel, suitable for both
indoor, outside pond garden, aquatic breeding, clean water sterilization and water
fountains.
2. Through the working of water pump, water flow from the filter cover to filter
sponge, and then to the UV-C lamp. Inside of the UV-C lamp the harmful bacteria
and algae will be killed. Then the water flow to outside finally.
3. The UV-C lamp was designed as a closed device, no UV-C will scattering. And
UV-C light 253.7nm will kill the harmful bacteria and algae to keep a good condition
of water.

Installation and Maintenance
Please switched off the electrical power when you clean the inside or change the UV-
C lamp. When clean the inside or change the UV-C lamp, please take below part list
as your reference.
Installation
After assembling the fountain parts according to the structure diagram, adjust the
extension tube to the appropriate height and immerse the equipment und er the
water. If you need to pump clean water, you can remove the fountain assembly and
install the water outlet pipe for using.
Maintenance for filter sponge and filter material
1. Take of the fountain parts, and open the two clips on the side of the filter
cover, then you can open the filter cover.
2. Take out the filter sponge and filter material(boxes), clean or change
these.(suggest to clean the filter sponge every week)
Maintenance for UV-lamp
1. Open the pump, remove the UV-C lamp from the pump, open the safety
buckle, and rotate the lamp head counterclockwise to remove the quartz glass tube
assembly. At this time, the UV-C lamp can be replaced (the CUF-3800 series does
not need to open the pump, rotate the lamp head directly counterclockwise to
remove).
2. If you want to clean the quartz glass tube, remove the fixing nut and take it out
for cleaning.
Maintenance for Water Pump
1. Rotate the impeller cover counterclockwise to the stuck position and open it
outward to separate the impeller cover from the pump body.
2. Remove the rotor and clean all parts with the small brush.
Storage in winter
1. Take out the equipment from water.
2. Clean the equipment thoroughly.
3. Check the parts and conditions of the equipment.
4. Keep this equipment in a area that free from frost. And in a container that with
clean water.
Easily broken parts
1. UV-C lamp.
2. Filter materials (bio-ball, gravel, filter sponge).
