Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für eine AquaOne Eco Aquarium -Teichpumpe
der CTP Serie entschieden haben. Lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung vor
der Verwendung sorgfältig durch, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie das Gerät
ordnungsgemäß verwenden.
Garantie
Die Garantiezeit beträgt 2 Jahre, gültig ab Rechnungsdatum. Die
Verschleißteile fallen nicht unter die Gewährleistung. Der Schaden, der
durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch verursacht wird, ist von der Garantie
ausgeschlossen.
Beschreibung
Unsere CTP - ECO Aquarium & Teichpumpen sind sehr energiesparende
Pumpen. Sie sind sehr leise und mit einer Keramik-Achse ausgestattet.
Zudem haben sie auch einen Motorschutz, falls sich mal eine Blockade im
Laufrad befindet, schaltet sich die Pumpe ab. Ausserdem befördert sie
Schmutzpartikel bis zu 6 mm ohne Probleme. Geeignet sind die Pumpen
für alle Zwecke um Wasser zu befördern wie z.B. Aquarium Filterbecken,
Teichfilter, Bachläufe etc.
Die Pumpe kann trocken aufgestellt und mit einem Skimmer über
Schläuche betrieben werden. Sie kann aber auch direkt in den Teich
gesetzt werden, sodass sie das Wasser über das Gehäuse ansaugt. Sie ist
somit sehr vielfältig einsetzbar und kann flexibel genutzt werden.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Pumpe bei einer "Trockenaufstellung"
außerhalb des Wassers nicht selbstansaugend ist, die Schläuche müssen
also mit Wasser gefüllt und ein Kreislauf geschlossen werden. Bei dieser
Art des Betriebs fällt die Regelung weg, da der Ansaugstutzen an die Stelle
gesetzt wird, wo sich im Normalfall der Regler befindet.
Sicherheitshinweise
1. Zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit wenden Sie sich bei Fragen und Problemen
bitte an eine Elektrofachkraft.
2. Bevor Sie ins Wasser greifen, ziehen Sie immer alle Netzkabel der im
Wasser befindlichen Geräte ab.
3. Schließen Sie die Pumpe nur an eine Steckdose mit Erdungskontakt an.
Diese Art von Steckdose muss gemäß den jeweiligen nationalen Richtlinien
(VDE, EN--·IEC usw.) ausgeführt sein. Achten Sie darauf, dass der
Schutzleiter bis zur Pumpe reicht.

4. Niemals Installationen, Adapter, Verlängerungskabel oder
Verbindungskabel ohne Erdkontakt verwenden.
5. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Pumpe über einen Fehlerstromschutzschalter
(FI oder RCD) mit einem gemessenen Fehlerstrom von nicht mehr als 30
mA versorgt wird.
6. Elektroinstallationen an Gartenteichen müssen den internationalen und
nationalen Installationsrichtlinien entsprechen.
7. Betreiben Sie die Pumpe nur, wenn sich niemand im Wasser befindet.
8. Tragen oder ziehen Sie die Pumpe nicht am Anschlusskabel.
9. Halten Sie den Netzstecker und alle Anschlussteile trocken.
10. Die Pumpe darf nicht betrieben werden, wenn das Kabel oder das
Gehäuse defekt ist.
11. Wenn das Netzkabel der Pumpe beschädigt ist, muss es vom Hersteller
oder seinem Kundendienst oder einer ähnlich qualifizierten Person ersetzt
werden, um Gefahren zu vermeiden.
12. Verdrängen Sie niemals andere Flüssigkeiten als Wasser.
13. Achtung: Die Pumpe stoppt automatisch, wenn ohne Wasser oder bei
Überlastung gearbeitet wird. Nach dem Einstecken des Steckers
funktioniert sie wieder.
Inbetriebnahme
1. Lesen Sie die Sicherheitshinweise durch und machen Sie sich mit ihnen
vertraut, bevor Sie das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen.
2. Vergleichen Sie die Netzspannung (V) und Frequenz (HZ) Ihres
Stromkreises mit den Angaben auf dem Typenschild. Diese Daten müssen
übereinstimmen.
3. Befestigen Sie ein Transportseil an der Pumpe. Mit diesem Seil können
Sie die Pumpe bei Bedarf aus dem Wasser ziehen.
4. Stellen Sie die erforderlichen Schlauchverbindungen her (falls
erforderlich) oder installieren Sie einen Springbrunnenaufsatz. Stellen Sie
nach der Installation sicher, dass sich keine Luftblasen im Schlauchsystem
befinden (Schlauchleitungen geneigt verlegen).
5. Installieren Sie die Pumpe horizontal auf einem festen Träger
mindestens 20 cm unter der Wasseroberfläche. Beachten Sie die maximal
zulässige Eintauchtiefe (siehe Angaben auf dem Typenschild).
6. Platzieren Sie die Pumpe nicht direkt im Teichbodenschlamm, sondern
auf einer erhöhten Oberfläche.
7. Verlegen Sie das Netzkabel geschützt, um Beschädigungen
auszuschließen.
8. Schließen Sie die Pumpe an den Stromkreis an.

Wichtiger Hinweis:
Betreiben Sie die Pumpe niemals ohne Filterkorb. Der Filterkorb schützt die
Pumpe vor grobem Schmutz, der zum Verstopfen der Pumpe führen kann.
Betreiben Sie die Pumpe niemals ohne Wasser (Trockenlauf). Das
Pumpenlager wird zerstört.
Zusätzliche Installationsanweisungen:
1. Unsere angegebenen Leistungen werden immer direkt am
Pumpenausgang gemessen (ohne Schlauchanschluss und Zubehör).
2. Um eine möglichst hohe Pumpenleistung zu erreichen, halten Sie die
Schlauchverbindungen so kurz wie möglich. Bögen, Winkel und andere
Verbindungselemente sollten auf ein Minimum reduziert werden, da sie die
Pumpenleistung verringern.
3. Aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Produktmodelle, ausgestattet mit
unterschiedlichen Steckdosen. Teilprodukte sind mit gestuften
Wasserauslässen ausgestattet. Um Strömungsverluste zu vermeiden,
sollten die unbenutzten Wasserauslassanschlüsse entsprechend der
Schlauchgröße an den entsprechenden Stellen der
Stufenschlauchanschlüsse abgesägt werden (wie in der Abbildung
dargestellt).
Reinigung
1. Reinigen Sie das Filtergehäuse monatlich oder bei verminderter
Pumpenleistung mit einer weichen Bürste unter fließendem Wasser.
2. Reinigen Sie die Pumpe auch bei häufigem Gebrauch.
Reinigung der Pumpe
1. Pumpe demontieren.
2. Reinigen Sie die Pumpe mit einer weichen Bürste unter fließendem
Wasser.
3. Entfernen Sie eventuellen Schmutz im Rotor durch die Öffnungen.
Warnung: Öffnen Sie niemals das Motorgehäuse. Lebensgefahr.

Anweisungen
1. Passen Sie die Durchflussmenge in die durch den Pfeil angegebene
Richtung an.
2. Drehen Sie den Filterkorb in Pfeilrichtung und nehmen Sie ihn dann
heraus.
3. Stellen Sie den blauen Schalter auf OPEN, dann können Sie das
Pumpengehäuse öffnen, ansonsten ist das Pumpengehäuse verriegelt.
4. Drehen Sie das Pumpengehäuse in Pfeilrichtung und nehmen Sie es
dann heraus.
5. Reinigen und wechseln Sie das Laufrad nach dem Ausbau.
6. Achten Sie darauf, den O-Ring an der richtigen Stelle zu platzieren. Im
Bild dargestellt.

2012/19/EU) wurde mit dem Elektro-Gesetz umgesetzt.
Alle von der WEEE betroffenen AquaOne Elektro-Geräte, sind
mit dem Symbol einer durchgestrichenen Mülltonne
gekennzeichnet worden. Dieses Symbol besagt, dass dieses
Gerät nicht über den Hausmüll entsorgt werden darf.
Entsorgung von gebrauchten elektrischen und elektronischen Geräten
(Anzuwenden in den Ländern der Europäischen Union und anderen
europäischen Ländern mit einem separaten Sammelsystem für diese
Geräte). Das Symbol auf dem Produkt oder seiner Verpackung weist darauf
hin, dass dieses Produkt nicht als normaler Haushaltsabfall zu behandeln
ist, sondern an einer Annahmestelle für das Recycling von elektrischen und

requires strict compliance with the safety instructions.
For safety reasons children and young people under 16 years of age, as
weil as people that cannot recognize potential hazards, or people that are
not familiar with these instructions, may not use this device. This marking
indicates that this product should not be disposed with other household
wastes. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from
uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the
sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used device, please
use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the
product was purchased.
They can take this product for environmental sale recycling.
Guarantee
The warranty term is 2 years, valid from the date ofthe sales invoice (also
the date of purchase). Quick-ware parts of the pump are beyond the scope
of guarantee. The damage caused by incorrect use or the contrive damage
will be exempted.
Unpacking
Notily your dealer immediately il there are external damages.
Conventional use
You can displace clean and dirty pond water and aquarium with a
temperature of +4°C to +35°C.
You can use the pump as follows:
1. Operating a filter for garden ponds.
2. Operating a watercourse or a waterfall.
3. Operating a bottom filter for aquarium.
4. Operating a fountain.

Safety instructions
1. For your own safety, please contact an electrical specialist in case of
questions and problems.
2. Before reaching in the water, always unplug all power cords of devices in
the water.
3. Plug in the pump only to a power receptacle with ground contact. This
type of outlet must have been set up according to the respective national
directives(VDE, EN--·IEC etc.) lnsure that the PE conductor extends all the
way to the pump.
4. Never use installations, adapters, extension cords or connecting cords
without ground contact.
5. Insure that the pump is supplied via a residual current device (FI or RCD
with measured residual current ol not more than 30mA.
6. Electrical installations on garden ponds must correspond to the
international and national installation directives.
7. Only operate the pump if no one is in the water.
8. Do not carry or pull the pump by the connecting cord.
9. Keep the power plug and all connecting parts dry.
10. The pump may not be operated if the cable or the housing are
defective.
11. If the power cord of the pump is damaged then it must be replaced by
the manulacturer or his customer service or by a similarly qualilied person,
to avoid hazard.
12. Never displace any liquids other than water.
13. Caution: The pump will stop automatic if work without water or work
overload, it will work again alter plug in.

Placing in service
1. Read and familiarize yourself with the safety instructions before placing
in service.
2. Compare the line voltage (V) and frequency (HZ) of your electrical circuit
with the data on the model plate. These data must agree.
3. Fasten a hauling rope to the pump. With this rope you can pull the pump
out of the water as needed.
4. Make the necessary hose connections (if required), or install a fountain
attachment. Afterthe installation, insure that there are no air bubbles in the
hose system (lay hose lines on an incline).
5. Install the pump horizontally on a fixed support at least 20cm under the
water surface. Comply with the maximum permitted immersion depth (see
the information on the model plate).
6. Do not place the pump directly in the pond floor mud, place the pump on
a raised surlace.
7. Lay the power cord in a protected manner to exclude the possibility, of
damage.
8. Connect the pump to the electrical circuit.
lmportant note
Never operate the pump without the filter basket. The filter basket protects
the pump from coarse dirt that can lead to plugging up the pump.
Never operate the pump without water (dry run). The pump bearing will be
destroyed.
Additional installation instructions
1.Our specified outputs are always measured directly at the pump
outlet(without hose connection and accessories).
2.To achieve the highest possible pump output, keep the hose connections
as short as possible. Elbows, angles and other connecting elements
should be reduced to a minimum, as they lessen the pump output.
3.Because of the different product models, equipped with different outlets.
Part products are equipped with stepped water outlets. To avoid flow
lass, the unused water outlet connectors should be sawed oll at the
corresponding positions on the stepped hose connectors according to the
hose size (as shown in the figure).

Instructions
Note: There are differences in different types of products. The shown is take
CTP-2800 as an example.
1. Adjust the flow rate in the direction as indicated by the arrow.
2.Turn the filter basket in the direction as indicated by the arrow, then take
it out.
3.Move the blue switch to OPEN, then you can open the pump housing, on
the contrary the pump housing is locked.
4.Turn the pump housing in the direction as indicated by the arrow, then
take it out.
5.Clean and change the impeller alter taking out.
6.Make sure to put the O-ring at the right place. Shown in the pic.
Cleaning
1. Clean the filter housing monthly, or ifthe pump capacity is reduced, by
using a soft brush under running water.
2. Also clean the pump in the case offrequent use.
Cleaning the Pump
1.Dismantle the pump.
2.Clean the pump with a soft brush under flowing water.
3.Remove any grime in the rotor through the openings.
Warning: Never open the motor housing. Life threatening hazard.

Winter Care

5. Store the pump in frost-free conditions, in a container with water if
possible.

Regulations for waste disposal
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive,
2012/19/EU) of the EU was implemented in the German law related to
electrical and electronic equipment and appliances.
All AquaOne electric devices that fall under the WEEE directive
are labelled with the symbol of a crossed- out wheeled rubbish
bin. This symbol indicates that this electric device must not be
disposed of with the domestic waste.
Disposal of used electrical and electronic devices (in- tended for use in the
countries of the European Union and other European countries with a
separate waste collection system for these devices).
The symbol on the packaging or the product itself indi- cates that this
product must not be treated as normal domestic waste but must be
disposed of at a recycling collection station for electrical and electronic
waste.
By disposing of this product correctly, you contribute to the protection of the
environment and the health of your fellow people. Inappropriate disposal
threatens the en- vironment and health.
Material recycling helps to reduce the consumption of raw materials.
Additional information about the recycling of this product can be provided by
your local commune, the municipal waste disposal facilities, or the store
where you purchased the product.
