Important Safety Information
CAUTION
1. Isolate the electrical and water supplies before commencing installation. The electricity must
be isolated at the consumer unit.
2. This equipment is “Class 1” type electrical appliance, and must be Earthed.
3. The equipment is an electrical appliance, do not install in areas with high humidity or where
it can be easily splashed with water or exposed to high temperatures. (eg. Steam rooms and
Saunas). Ensure that an extractor fan is installed to aid good ventilation when using the bathroom.

Important Information
CAUTION
1. Do not tilt or turn the bidet upside down if there is any water in the tank. See page 13.
2. Only connect to mains cold water supply.
3. After the installation, make sure to check all water supply connections for leaks.
Rubber washers should be in place for the water connection hoses and Tee junction.
4. Do not open/close the seat/seat lid cover using excessive force.
5. Ensure that the user is familiar with the operation of the bidet and leave the user manual
with the owner.
6. Exercise caution that urine does not come into contact with the warm air dryer outlet.
Failure to do so may result in bad odours or malfunction.
7. If the appliance is not to be used for a long period of time (more than a few weeks), switch
off the appliance at the mains, isolate the water supply and drain the heater tank. See page
13.
8. When this appliance has reached the end of its serviceable life, it should be disposed of
in a safe manner in accordance with current local authority recycling or waste disposal
policy.
These instructions are provided to advise the minimum standards of installation and recommends
what the best practice for the installation is. Due to the very wide variability of possible installation
conditions, Kaizen Solutions EU Limited cannot provide all circumstances for the installation.

use. This information is provided on the condition that the person receiving it shall make his/her
own tests to determine the suitability for the particular purpose. Failure to install this product in
accordance with supplied instructions or the making of unauthorised modifications will invalidate

Draining the water tank
Do not turn the appliance over to drain
the tank. Only drain from underneath
and catch the water.
Insert and turn to close
Turn and pull out to open.
Isolate the power and water supply before attempting to uninstall the bidet.


damages. it does not cover installation issues with water pressure, electrical or isolation
issues. This guarantee does not cover damages caused by malfunctions resulting from
incorrect use or damages caused by the lack of maintenance including the build up of dirt
, filth or water borne contaminants. it does not cover damages that result from unintended
use or modifications. This guarantee excludes defects caused by extreme temperature
changes or damages resulting from inappropriate cleaning with harsh chemicals or
staining by foreign objects, substances, general wear and tear through usage and does
not apply to surface finishes.
It is the customers responsibility to disconnect the main housing, drain, box and return
to us
for repair during the warranty period. We recommend you retain the box
the main housing
was shipped in for this purpose

with this product, please contact us to report any issues. see the Terms & Conditions on
our website for further information. none of the preceding affects your statutory rights.
