SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS
Installation
WARNING: To avoid a hazard due to
the instability of the appliance, it must
be xed per instructions.
The appliance should work under an
environment of temperatures from
4°C-40°C.
The inlet water pressure should be in
the range of 1 bar (14.2 psi) to 8 bar
(116 psi).
Do not place the device close to strong
magnetic devices as it may cause re,
product damage, or circuit fault.
Please install the device near a oor
drain.
Ambitious DIYers can independently
conduct the installation work providing
they possess the necessary skills and
experience.
Installation specialists are authorized
to conduct installation work in line with
existing regulations.
Cleaning and maintenance
If you leave the system idle for more
than three days, it is recommended
to disconnect the power and close
the inlet water ball valve. When using
the device again, ush the system for
3-5 minutes before normal use.
To ush the lter, touch the Flush
button on the front of the device. The
ushing will last 60 seconds. The
ushing will stop and be deemed
invalid if you push the Flush button
again within the 60 seconds interval.

If the cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent, or similarly qualied
persons to avoid a hazard.
The device must not be cleaned by a
water jet.
One 220V power socket is required
in the 1-meter range of the device.
Please ensure that the power socket
and adapter are kept clean and dry.
Use as intended
The device is applicable to lter
and purify municipal tap water. It is
suggested to use the puried water
produced by this device for drinking or
making food or beverages such as tea
and coffee.
If the inlet water does not meet
the municipal tap water standards
(including high content of sand and
mud, residue chlorine exceeding
the standards), please install a
pretreatment device.
The device is suitable for indoor use only.
Usage
After long time water production
(2 hours), the water purier enters
overtime protection mode. The display
screen will ash, and the water ow
will stop. Disconnect the power until
the indicator turns off. The machine
will recover normal operation after
connecting to power again.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
If the inlet water (tap water) connection
to the device is closed, disconnect the
power supply to prevent that no water
pressure will be detected. The device
will recover normal operation after
connecting to power again.
When there is no water supply or the
pipe is under repair, please disconnect
the power and close the ball valve.
After recovering the water supply,
please open other faucets to drain
out sand and mud before opening the
ball valve to the device again. This will
prevent possible lter jam caused by
sand.
If the device is faulty, quickly cut off
the power and water supply.
If the environment temperature is low,
the ow rate will drop.
It is normal that the product will vibrate
and make a light noise when it is
purifying water.
If the product is not used for a long
period of time the system will ush
automatically.
Storage
Avoid storing or exposing the device to
environments below 0°C. Avoid storing
the device in a place with intensive
sunlight, as it may cause aging of
components.
A damp or dusty environment may
possibly cause device damage.

Please do not place heavy object on
the device.
Please do not connect the power plug
with a step-up transformer.
User
Please be sure that persons using the
appliance have been given supervision
or instruction concerning the use
of the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved.
The appliance can be used by
children aged 8 and above as well
as people with reduced physical,
sensory, or mental capacities or lack
of experience and/or knowledge if they
are supervised or have been instructed
how to safely use the appliance and
understand the resultant risks. Children
must be supervised.
All safety and warning information and
handling instructions in the installation
instructions must be complied with.
Children shall not play with the
appliance.

Before you start, please be sure to
clean your hands thoroughly as well as
any tools used during the installation of
your ONE.
Before installation, ensure that
the cold water valve is turned
off/closed.

Before installation, remove the
white IN and OUT plugs as well
as the DRAIN plug. Keep the
plugs as they will be reused if
the device is relocated.
How to remove the plugs
1. Use a at device, e.g. a
screwdriver to push down
the grey release collar.
2. You can now pull the plug
upwards with your ngers.
Note that the length of the
1/4″OD PE pipe is 5 meters. This
length is to be used for multiple
connections so use only what
you need for each connection
and save the remaining for later
installation steps.
When you cut the PE pipes
be aware that the pipe is not
compressed when you insert it
into connections.

Unscrew the nut from the
ball valve.
Insert the 1/4″OD pipe onto
the ball valve.
Tighten the nut with
a 11 mm key or a
exible spanner.

Cut 5 cm of the 1/4″OD
PE pipe with a pincer and
insert it in the pressure
reducer. Push in a small
retaining ring between
the yellow ring and the
pressure reducer.
Insert a new 5 cm piece
of 1/4″OD PE pipe at the
other end of the pressure
reducer and place a small
retaining ring between
the blue ring and the
pressure reducer.
Note that the direction
of the pressure
reducer! The arrow
should be pointing
towards the ONE
(away from the inlet
water ball valve).

Add the push-in reducer
to connect the 1/4″OD
and 3/8″OD PE pipe
with retaining rings
before and after.
Insert the 1/4″ OD PE
pipe from the pressure
reducer into the smallest
end of the push-in
reducer. Push in a small
retaining ring between
the grey ring and the
push-in reducer.
Cut the length of the
3/8″OD PE pipe to t
your installation.
Insert the 3/8″mm OD
PE pipe to “inlet water”
on ONE. Push in a large
retaining ring between
the grey ring and the
machine.
