Congratulations on the purchase of your new appliance.
You have selected a high-quality product. The operating instructions
are part of this product. They contain important information on
safety, usage and disposal. Before using the product, familiarise
yourself with all handling and safety guidelines. Use the product
only as described and for the range of applications specified.
Please also pass these operating instructions on to any future
owner(s).
Intended use
This lint remover is intended exclusively for the removal of lint
and fluff from clothing in domestic environments. Do not use it
in commercial or industrial environments.
Safety instructions
■ This appliance may be used by children aged
8 years and above and by persons with limited
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge, provided
that they are under supervision or have been
told how to use the appliance safely and are
aware of the potential risks. Children must not
use the appliance as a plaything. Cleaning
and user maintenance tasks may not be carried
out by children unless they are supervised.
■ To avoid damage, do not allow liquids to
penetrate the appliance and do not submerge
it in water.

■ Ensure that no foreign objects penetrate the
appliance.
■ Never open the housing, except the battery
compartment to replace the batteries, there
are no user-serviceable parts inside.
■ In the event of malfunctions or obvious
damage, please contact our Customer
Service department.
■ If you do not intend to use the appliance for
an extended period, remove the batteries –
batteries can discharge themselves and then
leak.
■ Should the batteries leak: Put on protective
gloves and clean the battery compartment
with a dry cloth.
■ Use ONLY the type of battery detailed in the
Technical Data as replacements for discharged
batteries.
■ Do not throw the batteries into the fire. Do not
short-circuit the batteries. Do not attempt
to recharge the batteries. There is a risk of
explosion!
■ Keep batteries away from small children.
Infants can put batteries into their mouths and
swallow them. If a battery is swallowed, seek
medical assistance IMMEDIATELY. There is a
risk of fatal injury!

Inserting batteries
1) Pull off the battery compartment cover 4.
2) Insert the batteries as shown in the polarity diagram in the
battery compartment.
3) Slide the battery compartment cover 4back on so that it
clicks into place.

Usage
NOTE
► This lint remover can damage structured fabrics or very
soft materials such as angora. Therefore, always test the
lint remover on an inconspicuous part of the garment and
turn the transparent part of the spacer 1first to the level
"Thick" and then set the speed to level I. In this way you can
gently test whether the setting is sufficient for the garment
without damaging it.
► This appliance should not be brought into contact with
moisture. Therefore, do not use the lint remover on moist
fabrics.
1) Lay the garment on a flat surface, such as an ironing board.
Ensure that the surface to be processed has no wrinkles.
Otherwise, the garment could be damaged.
2) Turn the spacer 1to the desired position or remove it com-
pletely (see Chapter "Removing/replacing the spacer"):
–"Thick" for large bobbles and coarse textiles (large
distance to the cutter knives)
–"Thin" for small lint/bobbles and fine textiles (small
distance to the cutter knives)
–Remove the spacer, only for very fine lint (virtually no
spacing to the cutter knives).
3) Using the On/Off switch/Speed switch 5, switch the lint
remover to the speed level I.
4) Guide the shaver foil 2lightly and without pressure over
the garment. The fluff and bobbles will be shaved off and
collected in the fluff collector 3.
5) If you are feeling confident and the results are satisfactory,
you may want to place the On/Off switch/Speed switch 5
to speed level II so you can work faster.

6) When you want to stop, switch the lint remover off using the
On/Off switch/Speed switch 5.
NOTE
Empty the fluff collector 3regularly. If the fluff collector 3 is
overfilled, the cutting blades will work more slowly even
though the batteries are not yet weak.
Removing/replacing the spacer
♦ To attach the spacer 1, place it on the cutting head and
press it firmly.
♦ To remove it, pull the spacer 1off with a slight twist.
♦ To protect the shaver foil 2, you should remove the spacer 1
when not using the appliance and place the protective cap 6
on the shaver foil 2.
Cleaning and care
Emptying the fluff collector
1) Pull the fluff collector 3off straight downwards.
2) Empty out the textile fluff.
3) Replace the fluff collector 3so that it is firmly in place.
Cleaning the housing and cutting head
ATTENTION! MATERIAL DAMAGE!
Do not use abrasive, aggressive or chemical cleaning agents.
These could damage the surface of the appliance!
♦ Clean the housing, the removed spacer 1and the protective
cap 6with a moist cloth.

♦ Unscrew the shaver foil 2from the appliance. Clean the
shaver foil 2with a slightly damp cloth.
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
Be careful when handling the blades under the shaver foil 2.
These are very sharp and can easily be damaged.
♦ Brush fluff and lint remnants from the cutter knives with the
cleaning brush 7.
♦ When all parts are well dried, screw the shaver foil 2back on.
♦ Replace the spacer 1so that it is seated firmly.
Disposal
Under no circumstances should the
appliance be disposed of in standard
domestic waste. This product is subject
to the provisions of European Directive
2012/19/EU.
Dispose of the appliance via an approved waste disposal
company or your municipal waste disposal facility. Please
observe applicable regulations. Please contact your waste
disposal facility if you are in any doubt.
Disposal of (rechargeable) batteries
Used (rechargeable) batteries may not be
disposed of in the domestic waste. Consumers
are legally obliged to dispose of (rechargeable)
batteries at a collection point in their community/
city district or at a retail store.
The purpose of this obligation is to ensure that (rechargeable)
batteries are disposed of in an environmentally congruent
manner. Only dispose of (rechargeable) batteries when they
are fully discharged.
The packaging is made of environmentally friendly
materials which you can dispose of at your local
recycling centre.

Warranty and service
You are provided a 3-year warranty on this appliance, valid
from the date of purchase. This appliance has been manufac-
tured with care and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the event
of a warranty claim, please contact your Customer Service
unit by telephone. This is the only way to guarantee free
return of your goods.
The warranty only covers claims for material and manufacturing
defects, not for damage sustained during carriage, components
subject to wear and tear or damage to fragile components such
as switches or rechargeable batteries. This appliance is intended
solely for private use and not for commercial purposes.
The warranty shall be deemed void in the case of misuse or
improper handling, use of force and interventions which have
not been carried out by one of our authorised Service centres.
Your statutory rights are not restricted by this warranty.
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs effected under
the warranty. This also applies to replaced and repaired com-
ponents. Any damage and defects present at the time of pur-
chase must be reported immediately after unpacking, but no
later than two days after the date of purchase. Repairs effected
after expiry of the warranty period shall be subject to charge.

Time ste se odlučili za visokovrijedan proizvod. Upute za ruko-
vanje predstavljaju sastavni dio ovog proizvoda. One sadrže
važne napomene za sigurnost, rukovanje i zbrinjavanje. Prije
uporabe uređaja upoznajte se sa svim pripadajućim uputama
za uporabu i svim sigurnosnim napomenama. Proizvod koristite
isključivo na opisani način i u navedenim područjima uporabe.
U slučaju predaje proizvoda trećim osobama priložite i predajte
i svu dokumentaciju.
Namjenska uporaba
Uređaj za odstranjivanje čvorića služi isključivo za odstranjivanje
vlakana i čvorića s tekstila u privatnim područjima. Uređaj ne
koristite u komercijalne svrhe niti u u industrijskim područjima.
Sigurnosne napomene
■ Ovaj uređaj smiju koristiti djeca stara 8 godina
ili više, kao i osobe sa smanjenim fizičkim,
senzornim ili mentalnim sposobnostima ili
pomanjkanjem iskustva i/ili znanja, ukoliko
su pod nadzorom ili su primile poduku o
sigurnom rukovanju uređajem te su razumjele
opasnosti koje proizlaze iz uporabe uređaja.
Djeca se ne smiju igrati uređajem. Čišćenje
i servisiranje ne smiju obavljati djeca bez
odgovarajućeg nadzora.
■ Ne dopustite da tekućine prodru u unutraš-
njost uređaja, a uređaj ne uranjajte u vodu,
kako biste izbjegli oštećenja.

■ Izbjegavajte prodiranje stranih tijela.
■ Nikada ne otvarajte kućište, osim pretinca za
baterije u svrhu zamjene baterija; u uređaju se
ne nalaze dijelovi koji trebaju biti servisirani.
■ U slučaju funkcionalnih smetnji ili vidljivih
oštećenja se obratite servisu za kupce.
■ Izvadite baterije, ako uređaj duže vrijeme
ne koristite – baterije se samostalno prazne
i mogu onda iscuriti.
■ U slučaju curenja baterija: Navucite zaštitne
rukavice i pretinac za baterije očistite pomoću
suhe krpe.
■ Uvijek koristite isključivo nove baterije tipa
navedenog u tehničkim podacima.
■ Baterije ne bacajte u vatru. Ne izazivajte
kratak spoj baterija. Ne pokušavajte baterije
ponovo napuniti. Postoji opasnost od eksplozije!
■ Baterije držite izvan dohvata male djece.
Mala djeca bi baterije mogla staviti u usta
i progutati. Neizostavno zatražite liječničku
pomoć, ako je došlo do gutanja baterije.
Postoji opasnost po život!

Umetanje baterija
1) Povlačenjem skinite poklopac pretinca za baterije 4.
2) Umetnite baterije u skladu s polaritetom prikazanim u
pretincu za baterije.
3) Poklopac pretinca za baterije 4ponovo gurnite tako da
ulegne u ležište.

Uporaba
NAPOMENA
► Uređaj za uklanjanje čvorića može oštetiti strukturirani
tekstil i vrlo mekane materijale kao što je angora-vuna.
Stoga uređaj uvijek prvo ispitajte na neupadljivom mjestu
i okrenite transparentni dio odstojnika 1prvo na stupanj
„Thick“ i pritom podesite stupanj brzine I. Na taj način
možete oprezno isprobati, da li je podešenje za dotični
tekstilni materijal dostatan, bez da tkanina bude oštećena.
► Uređaj ne smije doći u dodir sa vlagom. Stoga uređaj ne
koristite na vlažnim tkaninama.
1) Tkaninu postavite na ravnu podlogu, na primjer dasku za
glačanje. Obratite pažnju na to, da površina koja treba biti
obrađena ne bude nabrana. U protivnom može doći do
oštećenja tkanine.
2) Okrenite odstojnik 1u željenu poziciju ili ga potpuno skinite
(vidi poglavlje „Postavljanje/Skidanje odstojnika“):
–„Thick“ kod velikih čvorova i grubih tkanina
(veliko rastojanje prema noževima),
–„Thin“ kod malih vlakana/čvorića i finih tkanina
(malo rastojanje prema noževima)
–Skidanje odstojnika samo kod sasvim finih vlakana
(gotovo bez rastojana prema noževima).
3) Na uređaju na prekidaču Uklj/Isklj/Podešavanje brzine 5
postavite stupanj brzine I.
4) Sa brijaćom površinom 2blago, bez pritiska, prelazite
preko tkanine. Vlakna i čvorići će biti odstranjeni i u prihvatnoj
posudi 3sakupljeni.
5) Kada ste ovladali sa rukovanjem i postigli zadovoljavajući
rezultat, možete prekidač Uklj/Isklj/Podešavanje brzine 5
po želji postaviti na stupanj brzine II, kako biste mogli brže
raditi.

6) Kada želite dovršiti rad, uređaj pomoću prekidača Uklj/
Isklj/Podešavanje brzine 5isključite.
NAPOMENA
Ispraznite prihvatnu posudu 3blagovremeno. Prenapunjena
prihvatna posuda 3 može dovesti do toga, da noževi posta-
nu sporiji, iako baterije još nisu oslabile.
Skidanje/Postavljanje odstojnika
♦ U svrhu postavljanja postavite odstojnik 1na brijaću glavu
i čvrsto pritisnite.
♦ Skidanje odstojnika 1izvršite povlačenjem prema dolje
laganim okretom.
♦ Da biste zaštitili brijaću površinu 2, trebali biste za vrijeme
mirovanja uređaja odstojnik 1skinuti i umjesto njega zaštitnu
kapu 6 na brijaću površinu 2postaviti.
Čišćenje i održavanje
Pražnjenje prihvatne posude
1) Prihvatnu posudu 3skinite ravnim povlačenjem prema dolje.
2) Ispraznite ostatke vlakana tkanine.
3) Prihvatnu posudu 3ponovo postavite tako, da čvrsto stoji.
Čišćenje kućišta i brijaće glave
POZOR! OŠTEĆENJE PROIZVODA!
Ne koristite abrazivna, agresivna ili kemijska sredstva za
čišćenje, jer mogu oštetiti površinu uređaja!
♦ Očistite kućište i skinuti odstojnik 1i zaštitnu kapu 6pomoću
vlažne krpe.

♦ Odvijanjem skinite brijaću površinu 2sa uređaja. Očistite
brijaću površinu 2sa blago navlaženom krpom.
UPOZORENJE! OPASNOST OD OZLJEDA!
Budite oprezni prilikom rukovanja sa brijaćim noževima ispod
brijaće površine 2. Oni su vrlo oštri i lako mogu biti oštećeni.
♦ Četkanjem odstranite ostatke vlakana ili konaca s noževa
pomoću kista za čišćenje 7.
♦ Kada su se svi dijelovi dobro osušili, zavrtanjem brijaću
površinu 2ponovo vratite na uređaj.
♦ Postavite odstrojnik 1ponovo tako, da ima čvrsti oslonac.
Zbrinjavanje
Uređaj nikako ne bacajte zajedno
s ostalim kućnim otpadom. Ovaj
proizvod podliježe europskoj
direktivi 2012/19/EU.
Uređaj zbrinite preko ovlaštenog poduzeća za zbrinjavanje
otpada ili preko nadležnog komunalnog poduzeća za zbrinja-
vanje otpada. Poštujte aktualno važeće propise. U slučaju
dvojbe obratite se mjesnom poduzeću za zbrinjavanje
otpada.
Zbrinjavanje baterija/akumulatora
Baterije/akumulatori ne smiju biti zbrinuti zajedno
s kućnim otpadom. Svaki potrošač ima zakonsku
obavezu baterije/akumulatore predati na sabirnom
mjestu svoje općine/svog kvarta, ili u trgovini.
Svrha ove obveze je da se baterije/akumulatore zbrinjava na
način neškodljiv za okoliš. Baterije/akumulatore vratite isključivo
u ispražnjenom stanju.
Ambalaža se sastoji od materijala neškodljivih za
okoliš, koje možete zbrinuti preko mjesnih ispostava
za recikliranje.
