1.Security Instructions
Warning! Read the safety instructions carefully. Failure to follow the safety
precautions could result in serious injury or damage. Keep the operating
instructions in a safe place.
Take special care when using this article.
Please read the following safety and warning instructions carefully and completely before installing
or using your new garden trolley. This is for your own safety! We accept no liability for damage and
injury resulting from failure to respect the safety instructions!

Risk of suffocation –Acute danger to life! The product includes packaging materials and small parts
that can be swallowed, such as screws and nuts. If children put these in their mouths, they can choke
on the individual parts! Therefore, keep your children and pets away from all small parts and
packaging material. Never let them play with them.
Risk of injury –Do not let children play with the car! The garden trolley is not a toy! Do not allow
children to operate the garden trolley and make sure that children do not play with the trolley or its
parts! The trolley could tip over and injure your children. Point out the dangers to your children!
Keep the garden trolley out of reach of children.
Risk of injury –You could injure yourself and others! Make sure that the garden trolley is fully and
securely assembled before using it. Do not try to play with the garden trolley and never roll down
slopes. –Always drive the garden trolley slowly and carefully and never start running. You could lose
control of the trolley and injure yourself.
Risk of damage –Follow the instructions in this manual! Before use, make sure that the tyre
pressure is sufficiently high. The tire pressure should not exceed 2 bar (30 PSI). Observe the
maximum load weight of 550 kg! Only transport your load well secured inside the garden trolley.
Never attach your load to the drawbar. Garden trolley and load could otherwise be damaged.
Weather conditions, such as rain, snow or strong wind can damage the product. Do not use any
pointed, scratching or sharp objects to open the packaging. They could damage the product and
parts. Have repairs carried out only by the manufacturer. Do not use abrasive, corrosive, solvent-
based, alkaline or acidic cleaning agents for cleaning. Sharp-edged, pointed or scratching cleaning
utensils should also not be used. Incorrect storage causes damage to the product and shortens its
life. Store the product dry, well ventilated and away from heat sources.
Intended use Always follow the instructions in this manual exactly when installing and using the
device. Pay particular attention to the safety and warning notes, as well as the instructions for use
and commissioning. Any deviations are considered improper use and may result in personal injury
and damage to property. We accept no liability for this. The garden trolley is used exclusively for
transporting garden utensils, waste and other materials for garden, house and yard. Do not use it for
other purposes. It has been developed for private use and is not suitable for commercial purposes.
Faulty repairs impair the functionality and safety of the product.

2.Assembly
2.1 Content

2.2 Assembly
1. Place the rigid axle on the grid floor and fasten it with two washers and nuts (M10, spanner
size 17mm).
Mount the drawbar on the steering axle. The screws (M10x60) are passed through the
steering axle from above, through the drawbar and fixed with washers and nuts (M10,
spanner size 17mm).
Figure 2 shows the current status.

2. Place the wheels (the valve point outwards) on the axles. Fasten them with washer and
safety splint.

3. Put the trolley on its wheels. Attach the handle to the drawbar. The handle can be mounted
vertically or horizontally, as desired. Use the supplied M8x60 screw, washers and nut M8
(spanner size 13 mm)

4. Assemble the front, rear and side parts with the supplied cotter pins.

5. Mount the “L-bolts”with washer and nut (M8, spanner size 13 mm) on the upper corners.

6. In the last step the fabric inlay and the storage compartment are inserted.

4.Disposal Instructions
4.1 Disposal of the packaging
•Please make reference to the guidelines and standards for appropriate disposal of the
packaging valid in your region. In part, the package may consist of plastic bags - watch this
respect, with special care to ensure that this is out of the reach of children. There is a risk of
suffocation!
4.2 Disposal of waste equipment
•Equipment must be disposed of in accordance with the rules and regulations of the local
waste disposal.
