M764 – MONOBLOC - 4SW (4 Swivel Wheels)
The 4/5 parts with 4 swivel wheels monobloc, or M764 it is an equipment with fixed
stretcher and manually operated. Its main objective is the transport of patients with
mobility difficulties and post- operation condition. This product is developed and
produced by Auto Ribeiro Lda.

and rear legs.

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
The equipment needs regular maintenance to work properly. You must follow a
regular maintenance plan to avoid failures. The following table lists recommends
minimum maintenance intervals for your equipment. Use original replacement parts
recommended by your manufacturer. Read the manufacturer's safety data for each
product. Make maintenance records for your equipment.

Disinfection/Cleaning (On each use)
•Use detergent/disinfectant compatible with aluminium, stainless steel and rubber.
•To clean, carefully check the composition suggested by the manufacturer on the
product, to avoid damaging the equipment material.
•Clean with limited amount of water, dry as much as possible and lubricate bars
and sliding parts.
•When operating in an aggressive environment (eg saline environment), daily
cleaning/lubrication of the equipment is recommended to protect exposed parts.
•The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of a
cleaning product that could damage the surface material.
•Do not use any type of solvent or thinner to clean the equipment.
•Do not use water jets.

Inspection (every 3 months)
•It is necessary to check used parts for immobilization purposes.
•Checking the tightness of the connecting elements. Make adjustments if
necessary.
Lubrication (every 3 months)
•Clean the guides using a soft cloth removing the lubricant and residue (before
lubrication).
•Lubrication of mechanical elements with high viscosity lubricant.
