IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING
1. Read all instructions.
2. WARNING: This appliance must be earthed.
3. Do not immerse in water or other liquids. Danger of short-circuit!
4. Never operate damaged appliance.
5. Do not place the appliance on a polished wood surface, it could
damage the wood.
6. Never touch live parts.
7. Operate appliance only through a professionally installed socket
supplying the correct voltage.
8. Do not use extension cables.
9. Never let main cable hang loose, nor remove plug with wet hands, nor
lay or hang on hot surfaces, nor contact with oils.
10. Unplug the appliance after each use, or when the appliance is not in
use or before changing accessories or cleaning the appliance.
11. Do not touch the metal parts, or its housing when the appliance is in use,
as this may cause burning or scalding.
12. Do not operate this appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the
supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by manufacturer, or its
service agent, or similarly qualified person in order to avoid hazard.
13. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) who
are with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
14. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the milk
frother.
15. Do not operate in outdoor environment.
16. Do not operate without milk in the jug.

18. Turn the appliance and main power off when not in use.
19. Never touch rotating parts. Risk of injury!
20. By exceeding the maximum mark, the milk may overflow.

21. Appliance to be used only in conjunction with the basic accessories provided.
22. Never operate appliance on uneven surfaces.
23. Use only fire blankets to extinguish fires on appliance.
24. The appliance is not designed for commercial or industrial use; it is for
household use only.
25. Do not insert any objects and/or fingers in the appliance aperture.
26. Disable appliance prior to disposal, cut off main cable and take to an
official refuse site.
27. This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To
reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the
plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
28. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
29. To protect against fire, electric shock and injury to persons, do not immerse
cable, plug, power base with cord and frother in water or other liquid.
30. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near
children.
31. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool
before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
32. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner. Return
appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair
or adjustment.
33. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance
manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
34. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
35. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
36. Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet.
To disconnect, turn any control to ”off”, then remove plug from wall outlet.
37. Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
38. Scalding may occur if the lid is removed during the heating cycles.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Unpack the box with care, keep all the packaging
materials until you are satisfied everything is present and
in working order.
Remove all packaging and foils and store it for later use.
Check if the appliance has been delivered completely
and that it is in perfect order.
Before using the appliance for the first time please
clean the jug and the accessories, as described under
the chapter “Cleaning and Caring” to remove dust or
production residues.

Press the button to start the machine:
A. Frothing & Heating / Heating:
The indicator light will on after pressing the
top button. After finish working, the indicator
light will keep flashing for 30s.
B. Frothing the cold milk: Pour the cold milk
into the jug and press the bottom button
then the indicator light on. After 60s the
machine finish working, indicator light will
keep flashing for 30s.
C. Error status: The indicator light keeps
flashing. It means the machine is overload.
You should turn off the power and pour the
milk out (the milk level must be below the
max mark), then try to start again.
Pour the milk into the
jug below the mark.

HINTS AND TIPS
Here are some handy tips to help you get the best out of
your frother：
Always use your frother first to froth or heat your milk.
While it is operating prepare your coffee or hot chocolate
and serve immediately.
Use whole milk (fat content >3.0%) for best results.
Cold milk can be frothed with this frother. But it doesn’t
mean you can cool down the milk with it. The frother
works in normal temperature in this condition.
Milk heats to approximately 65+/-5oC. This is the ideal
temperature to ensure the flavor of your coffee is not
impaired and so you don’t have to wait too long until you
can start sipping on your drink.
Keep the whisks in a safe place. Parts are small and can
be misplaced easily.
After frothing or heating allow 2 minutes to reset and the
frother is ready for use again. To shorten this time, rinse
with water and wipe dry after each use.
The frother is designed to heat and froth milk. If you add
flavorings, coffee granules or chocolate powder into the
frother, ensure it is cleaned immediately and thoroughly
after using.

Here is a selection of quick and easy drinks you can make
using the frother.
WITH FROTHED MILK WITH HOT MILK
Cappuccino
1/3 espresso
Add 2/3 frothed milk
Top with cocoa powder.
Latte Macchiato
Pour frothed milk in a tall glass
Add espresso carefully
along rim of the glass.
Instant Frothy Coffee
Make instant coffee
Add frothed milk.
Caffè Latte
1/3 espresso shot
Add 2/3 heated milk and stir.
Hot Chocolate
Pour heated milk into a large mug
Add chocolate powder and

Place instant coffee granules in a cup

CLEANING AND
CARING
Remove the jug from the power base before cleaning.
Separate the lid and the silicone ring from the jug.
Never immerse the jug or the base into water.
THE JUG
Clean immediately after each use.
Flush and clean the inner walls with warm soapy water
and a non-abrasive cloth. Then wipe dry with a
soft cloth.
THE LID
Separate the lid and the silicone ring from the jug. Washing
out with water directly.
THE BODY
Clean with a soft cloth.Never use sharp cleaning agents,
such as hard nylon brush or metal brush to avoid scratches
on the surface! Never clean with metal objects
and never use abrasives.
THE WHISKS
Remove from the jug and wash with warm water.
Dry and store in a safe place. Do not use the dishwasher.
