Apply and release brake
Adjust armrest width
Apply brake Release brake
Remove armrest
Rotate armrest to
vertical position (B),
pull out and remove (C).
Rotate armrest to
vertical position.
Slide armrest onto the connection rod (A).
Fold down armrest (B).
Hold armrest, pull out and hold spring
lock knob (A). Raise or lower armrest (B).
Release spring lock knob (A).

Tilt the armrest slightly
backwards (A).
Grab the bar (B) and pull or
push the armrest to adjust
width. Fold down armrest.

Pull out spring lock (A).
Raise or lower foot support plate (B).
Release spring lock (A).
Push and pull to secure.
Adjust length
of foot support
Adjust width
shoulder support
Fold up shoulder support
Pull out spring lock (A).
Position shoulder support (B).
Release the spring lock (A).
Push and pull to secure.

Pull catch forward (A).
Raise or lower foot plate (B).
Release catch (A).
Push and pull to secure.
Adjust additional
length of foot support
Push in spring lock on right side (A).
Shoulder support (B) folds down.

Pull out spring lock on left side
(A).
Shoulder support (B) folds down.
Fold down shoulder support

Remove foot support

Pull catch forward (A).
Remove foot plate (B).
Release catch (A).
Lift up shoulder support until it
locks into place.
Push and pull to secure.
Battery
Battery is located on the back of
Sara Combilizer.
Remove battery
Pull battery straight out.

Mattress attachment points
Head mattress has two (2) attachment straps.
Body mattress has eight (8) attachment straps.
The attachments straps have slip locks at the end.
Mattress attachment straps
Slip lock
Attach mattress attachment strap Remove mattress attachment strap
Insert attachment strap
through inner short slot.
Turn slip lock (A).
Pull mattress to secure
attachment.
Push attachment strap
further into slot and turn
slip lock (A).
Pull attachment strap
out through slot.
