Simple steps to a flawless
Home Stream TV Experience:
Hooking up the Hardware:
lUsing the supplied Ethernet cord, plug one side into the
Home Stream TV Media Streamer device and the other into
an available port on your PRISM gateway.
lPlug device into a nearby power outlet
lWait for the two LED lights to turn white on
the front of the media player signaling software
update completion before continuing
On your Mobile Device:
lImportant! Your mobile device must be connected to the same Wi-Fi
as your Home Stream TV Media Streamer Device.
Supported devices include:
lApple iOS 7 +
lAndroid 4.1 +
lDownload the Arris Whole Home Solution App from the
App Store or Google Play
lOnce installed, launch the application and follow the
on-screen instructions to complete set-up!
On Your TV:
lGo to Settings
lSelect Mobile App
lSelect “Add” to the right
lLocate the 8-digit pairing code (ex. 15458624)
