VEILIGHEIDSAANWIJZING
Kijk NOOIT rechtstreeks in een lichtbron of in de zon, aangezien dit uw gezichtsvermogen
blijvend zou kunnen beschadigen.

Leg de kijker, met name de lens, NOOIT in direct zonlicht. De concentratie van licht en de

Verwijder het lensdeksel
Houd de kijker in uw ene hand en gebruik uw andere hand om de lens scherp te stellen op
een object.
SCHERPSTELLEN
Breng het object dat u wilt bekijken scherp in beeld door langzaam aan het met de vinger
bediende scherpstelwieltje te draaien tot u het object haarscherp ziet.
DRAAIBARE OOGSCHELP
Zonder bril: Draai met de oogschelp om hem omhoog te brengen, zodat hij het buitenlicht
blokkeert.
Met bril: Door de oogschelp te verlagen komen uw ogen dichter bij de lens. Hierdoor zult u
een beter gezichtsveld krijgen.

AANWIJZINGEN VOOR DE VERZORGING
Verzorging van de lenzen:
Houd de optische helderheid van de monokijker in stand door het opper-vlak van de lens
vrij te houden van vuil, stof en olie.
Bescherm de lenzen als u buiten bent.
Bewaar de kijker in zijn opbergtas.
Het schoonhouden van de lens:
Bij normaal gebruik moeten de lenzen van de kijker van tijd tot tijd worden gereinigd. Volg
onderstaande richtlijnen voor het schoonmaken:
- Verwijder alle stof of gruis van de lenzen alvorens ze af te vegen. Gebruik hiervoor een
zachte lensborstel (optische borstels van acryl werken ook goed).
- Ontdoe de lenzen van vlekken, vingerafdrukken of wimperolie. Bevochtig de lenzen met
uw eigen adem en veeg ze af met het niet-schurende lensdoekje dat u samen met de mo-
nokijker hebt ontvangen.

Tenez le monoculaire d’une main et utilisez l’autre pour faire la mise au point sur un objet.
MISE AU POINT
Faites la mise au point sur les objets visualisés en tournant lentement la molette de mise au
point avec un doigt jusqu’à ce que vous ayez une image claire.
ŒILLETON TORSADÉ
Sans lunettes : relevez l’œilleton en le tournant pour éliminer la lumière extérieure.
Avec lunettes : abaisser l’œilleton rapprochera vos yeux de la lentille monoculaire pour
améliorer le champ de vision.

INSTRUCTIONS POUR L’ENTRETIEN
Entretien des objectifs :
Maintenez la brillance optique du monoculaire en gardant la surface de la lentille exempte
de saleté, de poussière et d’huile.
Protégez les objectifs lorsque vous êtes sur le terrain.
Rangez le monoculaire dans son sac de rangement.
Gardez la lentille propre :
En plus de l’utilisation normale, il est nécessaire de nettoyer les objectifs du monoculaire.
Suivez les instructions de nettoyage ci-dessous :
- Enlevez la poussière ou les salissures des verres avant de les essuyer. Utilisez une brosse
à lentille souple (les brosses optiques acryliques fonctionnent également bien.)
- Nettoyez les objectifs des taches, des empreintes digitales ou des huiles des cils. Embuez
les objectifs avec votre propre souffle et essuyez avec le chiffon non abrasif fourni avec le
monoculaire.

WARTUNGSANLEITUNGEN
Objektive warten:

CURA e MANUTENZIONE

guida per la pulizia:
- Rimuovi polvere o sabbia dalle lenti prima di pulirle. Usa un pennello per lenti morbide
(anche i pennelli ottici acrilici funzionano bene).
- Rimuovi macchie, impronte digitali o sudore dalla lente. Appanna le lenti con l’alito e pulisci
con il panno per lenti non abrasivo incluso con il monoculare.

Hold the monocular with one hand and use the other to focus on an object.
FOCUSING
Bring viewed objects into focus by slowly twisting the finger-type focusing wheel until you
have a clear image.
TWIST-UP EYECUP
Without eye-glasses: Raise eye-cup by twisting to eliminate outside light.
With eye-glasses: Lowering the eye-cup will bring your eyes closer to the monocular lens to
improve field of view.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CARE
Caring for the Lenses:
Maintain the optical brilliance of the monocular by keeping the lens’s surface free of dirt,
dust, and oils.
Protect the lenses while out in the field.
Store the monocular in its storage bag.
Keep Lens Clean:
Along with normal use comes the need to clean the monocular lenses. Follow the guidelines
for cleaning:
- Remove any dust or grit from the lenses before wiping. Use a soft lens brush(acrylic optical
brushes also work well.)
- Clear lenses of smudges, fingerprints, or eyelash oil. Fog the lenses with your own breath
and wipe with the non-abrasive lens cloth included with the monocular.
