1GENERALITY
1.1 Gen eral warnings
This manual is an integral part of the MANUAL FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE of volumetric
dividers mod. CALYBRA and CALYBRA L and concerns specifically the use of the controls and the
operator of the machine control panel with "Memory Interface Pack" software; Therefore, before you
start using the machine you must have read and understood the contents of the main manual,
especially (but not only) because in it you will find the necessary information for the safe and proper
use of the machine.
In the event of failure of the main contents of the manual and this manual, either by the user

operations provided on the machine in accordance with the instructions contained in this Manual
and in compliance with the general safety rules.
OPERATOR
Employee of the customer carrying out the normal operation of the machine.
QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN
Personnel made available by the customer in possession of technical and professional
requirements to perform specialized interventions in the various phases of the life cycle of the
machine. For each operation requiring his intervention, the required specialization will be
indicated.
MANUFACTURER’S ENGINEER
Personnel of the Manufacturer or authorized by him, or personnel of the Dealer /
Distributor, in possession of the technical and professional requirements to perform specialized
interventions requiring a thorough knowledge of the machine and its operation.

1.6 Gen eral rules –Bans
For employees governed by the following prohibitions:
The machine must not be operated with different parameters from those set by the
manufacturer and determined by the purchase contract.
You may request, by written notice to the manufacturer, the change in these parameters, only
after verification by the technical personnel of the manufacturer.
The user is responsible for any damage resulting from failure to observe the operating conditions laid
down in this manual;

The digital control panel "touch screen" to be used by pressing lightly with the tip of your fingers,
close to the icon corresponding to the various functions that gradually the panel proposes, subject to
availability of operations that can be enabled in the state in which the machine is located in that moment.

3STATING OPERATIONS
3.1 Prelimi nary o pera ti on s
Press the “RESET” button to starting up the machine, the HOME screen will appear.
Choose the program to be used among the list on the display. If necessary, slide the vertical slider
to view the programs not included in the current display.
Press the button “DOWNLOAD” to load it (see next pictures)
