2. Precautions
1. Do not Use the product except a skilled person.
2. Do not touch with wet hands.
3. Do not apply excessive force, such as holding the wire in case of removing the
power cord.
4. Be careful of the following in case of installing the product:
1) Install in a well-ventilated place that there is no moisture and exposure to
direct sunlight.
2) Install away from heat generating objects.
3) Install on a hard and flat floor.
4) Connect the power cord exactly to AC 220V (60Hz) single-phase ground outlet.
5. Before using the product, the water-resistant cap of soft endoscope must be fastened.
6. Measure sequence in case of product malfunction or failure during the use of
product
1) Stop using the product and turn off the power switch.
2) Close the water supply valve.
3) Unplug the power cord.
4) Dry the moisture in case of water leakage.
5) Mark the failure and failure symptoms outside the product for other users and
technicians to see it.
6) Contact an expert engineer and take the measure.

7. Be careful of the following after using the product:
1) Turn off the power switch.
2) The water supply valve must be closed.
8. When reusing a product that has not been used for a long time, use it after checking if
the product is operating properly before use.

5. Using Method
1. Preparation Items Before Use
1) Check if there is any damage to the product in case of warehousing.
2) Installation Location
①Install in a well-ventilated place that there is no moisture and exposure to
direct sunlight.
②Install away from heat generating objects.
③Install on a hard and flat floor.
3) Product Installation
①Connect th water supply hose to faucet.
②Connect the end of drain hose to the water drain outlet.

③Connect the power plug to the AC 220V (60Hz) single-phase
ground outlet.
4) Be sure to read the manual before using the product, then use it after learning
how to use.
5) In case of using alcohol, supply an appropriate amount of alcohol into the inlet
of alcohol.
6) Supply appropriate amount of the disinfection solution tank.

2. Using Method & Operation Sequence

1) Turn on the power switch.
2) The inspection completed endoscope must be fastened by a water-resistant cap, roll,
and put it into the cleaning tank.
3) Set the process (cleaning, disinfection, air, rinsing) time in the operation Unit.
(1) Press UP or DOWN button of the operation unit to move the cursor to the
desired process (WASH, AIR, DISIN, RINS).

< Process Description >
(2) Press the Enter button.
(3) If the cursor blinks, press UP or DOWN button to set the desired time.
①The cleaning process, rinsing process time can be set in unit of 1 second
from 0 second to 5 minutes
②The disinfection process can be set in unit of 1 minute from 0 min to 1 hour
③The air process can be set in unit of 1 second 0 sec to 30 sec.
(4) Press the Enter button to save it.
4) Perform the water leak test of endoscope.
(1) The purpose of the scope leak test is to protect the endoscope by checking
the damage of the endoscope.
(2) Scope Leak Test
①Endoscopy must be fastened with a water-resistant cap.
(If there is moisture, foreign substances inside and outside the water-
resistant cap, remove them and use it)
②Connect the leak inspection plug of this product to the water-resistant cap.
③Press the leakage test button of operation unit,
④Then, execute the leakage test by pressing the start button of operation unit.
⑤The water supply stops when the cleaning tank starts to fill up and the
water is filled to the normal level. At this time, the user checks visually for air
bubbles in the endoscope.
⑥If air bubbles occur continuously, do not clean and disinfect, but take the
endoscope out of the cleaning tank to be able to dry, and contact an expert
technician to take appropriate measure.
⑦If there is no problem (leakage from endoscope) in the above, cleaning can
be performed.
5) Connect the channel connection to each channel of the endoscope. (Refer to
below picture)

6) Press the selection button to select the desired program mode.

- In Automatic Mode, press the alcohol selection button of operation unit to select
alcohol process, then supply alcohol to endoscopic channels for 5 seconds -

be filled with 10ℓor more within the disinfection tank)
Set the desired temperature according to the previous 3) Time
Setting Method.
7) Press the Start Button to execute it.

3. Method of Storage & Management After Use
1) Management Method
(1) Turn off after use.
(2) After use, keep the cleaning tank cover open to be dried.
(3) Keep the product clean not to make any trouble for the next use.
- In case that the cleaning tank is dirty, wipe it with a neutral detergent.
- Be careful not to contact to water for the interior and operation unit of the
product in case of cleaning.
(4) Wipe the product with a dry cloth to keep dry always.
(5) Be sure to lock the water supply valve.
2) Storage method in case of not in use for a long time
(1) Store the power cord by removing it.
(2) Empty the disinfection solution in the disinfection tank and the alcohol in the
alcohol tank.
(3) For the place of storage, be careful of the following:
- Store at the place away from water.
- No effect from dust, salt and etc.
- Without slope, vibration, impact (in case of transportation) and etc.
- Do not store in a place of chemicals or where gas or others is generated.
- Temperature: -20°C to +60°C, humidity: less than 95%.
6. Customer Service(A/S)
- Measure sequence in case of product malfunction or failure
①Stop using the product and turn off the power switch.
②Close the water supply valve.
③Unplug the power cord.
④Dry the moisture in case of water leakage.
⑤Mark appropriately on the outside of product for other users and technicians can
see it.
⑥Contact an expert engineer and take the measure.
- In case of failure, do not repair by yourself, but request to a sales shops or
manufacturer.

1. Preparation Items Before Use
1) Check if there is any damage to the product in case of warehousing.
2) Installation Location
①Install in a well-ventilated place that there is no moisture and

of alcohol.

①The purpose of the scope leak test
It has a purpose to protect endoscopy by detecting damage of endoscopy in
advance. If air bubbles appear continuously during endoscopy, do not proceed
cleaning and disinfection, and Immediately stop using it and contact an expert
technician to take an appropriate measure. If it is used in violation of this, it can
cause fatal damage to the endoscope.
②Scope Leak Test
A) For soft endoscope, be sure to close water-resistant cap on the electrical
connection portion. In case of closing the water-resistant cap, if there is moisture,
foreign substances inside the water-resistant cap, remove them and use it.
B) Connect the leak inspection connector of this product to the water-
resistant cap (Venting connector) (If water or foreign substances are on the
part that connects the Leakage tester's connector cap, remove and connect
it.)
C) Press the leakage test button of operation unit,
D) Then, execute the leakage test by pressing the start button of operation
unit.
E) The water supply stops when the cleaning tank starts to fill up and the
water is filled to the normal level. The user checks visually for air bubbles in the
endoscope. (At this time, turn the knob on the endoscopic handle to the left, right,
up and down, then press the switch parts once to check if air bubbles come out)
F) If there is no problem (leakage from endoscope) in the above, cleaning can
be performed.
G) If air bubbles occur continuously, do not clean and disinfect, but take the
endoscope out of the cleaning tank to be able to dry, and contact an
endoscope company to take appropriate measure.
(Request the endoscope repair.)
4) Connect the channel connection to each channel of the endoscope. (Refer to
below picture)
- Connect the channel plug to the air/water and suction with the endoscope that
the leakage test is completed. And connect the cleaning biopsy valve to the
instrument channel port.

5) Set the process (cleaning, disinfection, air, rinsing) time in the operation Unit.
(1) Press UP or DOWN button at the time control of the operation unit to move
the cursor to the desired process (WASH, AIR, DISIN, RINS).

(3) If the cursor blinks, press UP or DOWN button to set the desired time

3. Method of Storage & Management After Use
1) Management Method
(1) Turn off after use.
