THEORY
Blade control
Difference of knife center and tip makes the machine move different with cutting line.

INSTALLATION
Compressor installation
1. Connect the compressor with 8mm tube.
2. Set the pressure up to 4 bar.

INSTALLATION
Blower installation
1. Connect the blower with enclosed pipe.
2. Connect the power cable on the left side of machine.
3. Turn on the blower
4. Test the blower and compressor in [other] –[manual] –[pump]

INSTALLATION
Network setting
1. Connect the data cable between computer and machine.
2. Set IP address on the machine. (Settings –data trans)
3. Turn off/on the machine.
4. Check the status of connection from the software.

SOFTWARE
Software Installation
Run ‘VALLOY DuoBlade Die-Cut Setup v15.exe’
‘VALLOY AI2PLT’ and ‘VALLOY DuoBlade Die-Cut’ program will be installed.

Track mark
You can choose single mark tracer or double mark tr
acer. Single mark tracer can be used when tracing pri
nted line or single side of media edge. Double mark t
racer will trace bilaterally printed lines or double side
of media edge.

Polarity
You can choose which color to trace and which color
to sense and react. When right LED turned on, sensor
is tracing dark color and give signal to the
synchronous motor to move it forward or reverse on
light color. When left LED turned on, sensor is tracing
light color and give signal to the synchronous motor
to move it forward or reverse on dark color.
