1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
• Astro Pneumatic Tool Co. warrants our products to the
original user against defective material or workmanship
for a period of 1 year (except where noted on our price
schedule) from the date of 1st use. Astro reserves the
right to determine whether the product failed because of
defective material, workmanship or other causes and to
charge back for missing parts. Astro Pneumatic Tool
Co., at its discretion, will repair products covered under
this warranty free of charge. The distributor should
direct the original user to return the product (with the
exceptions listed below) with the distributor’s name,
address, adequate proof of date of purchase or a copy
of warranty card, and a short note explaining the
problem. Failures caused by accident, alteration, or
misuse are not covered by this warranty.
• Astro Pneumatic Tool Co. or its authorized service
representatives must perform all warranty repairs. Any
repair to the product by unauthorized service represen-
tatives voids this warranty. The rights under this warran-
ty are limited to the original user and may not be trans-
ferred to subsequent owners.
• This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed
or implied, including warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not
allow the exclusion of limitations of incidental or conse-
quential damages so the above limitations may not

The 98SL worklight is designed to illuminate work spaces
with its flood or focused spot beam, mount to locations
using its base magnet, hook or M8 threaded socket, and
charge USB devices at 1amp. Do not use this tool
outside of the designed intent. Never modify the tool for
any other purpose or use.

• This light can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the light in a safe way and understand the hazards involved and are aware
of the potential risks.
• Children must not play with the light.
• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• This light is not a toy and should be kept out of the reach of children.
• Before use, check the light for signs of visible external damage. Do not put into operation an light that is
damaged. There will be the risk of a fatal electrical shock.
• Do not use optical instruments such as a magnifying glass or magnifier to look directly into the beam.
There is a risk of receiving severe eye damage.
• Keep the light away from moisture and humidity. Never immerse the light in water or other liquid.
• The LED light source is not replaceable. Once the LED light source has reached the end of its lifespan or broken,
the entire lamp must be replaced.
• Protect the LED light from extreme heat and cold.
• Do not stare at the LED light during operation.
• Do not direct the light beam at people or animals.
• Do not use the light and / or USB charging cable if they are damaged.
• Repair the light only by authorized specialist or by the Service Centre. Incompetent repairs can result in
significant risks for the user.
• Only use indoors.
• Do not cover the light during operation. The LED light heats up during operation and may cause burns.
• Do not attach the hook to hot objects. The weight of the product could deform the shape of the hook.
• Keep the light away from magnetically sensitive devices and magnetic data media.
The magnet may cause irreversible loss of data.
• Before charging, make sure that the output of the charger corresponds to the input that stated in the
"technical specifications" 5V d.c.. Do not use the charger with output over than 5V.
• This light has built-in rechargeable battery which cannot be replaced by the uer. The removal or replacement
of the rechargeable battery may only be carried out by the manufacturer or his customer service or by a similarly
qualified person in order to avoid hazards. When disposing of the light, it should be noted that this light
contains rechargeable battery.
• Recharge the batteries indoors only.
• Use the supplied USB charging cable to charge the LED lamp.
• To reduce the electric shock hazard, unplug the battery charger from the mains before cleaning the charger.
• Do not subject the battery appliance to strong sunlight over long periods and do not leave it on a heater.
Heat damages the battery and there is a risk of explosion.
• Allow the LED light to cool before recharging.
• The batteries are not replaceable. Do not open up the battery and avoid mechanical damage to the battery.
Risk of short circuit and fumes may be emitted that irritate the respiratory tract. Ensure fresh air and seek
medical assistance the event of discomfort.
• Do not use non-rechargeable batteries.
• The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped.
• The appliance must be disconnected form the supply mains when removing the battery.
• The battery must be disposed of safely.

ADDITIONAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR BATTERY-OPERATED APPLIANCE
CHARGING THE BATTERY
INITIAL USE
Do not expose the battery to extreme conditions such as heat and shocks. There is a risk of injury caused
and by leaking electrolyte solution! In the case of contact, rinse with water or neutralizer.
Seek medical advice if the solution has come into contact with the eyes etc.
The battery must only be charged up in dry areas.
Never charge the light when the temperature is below 4 ºC or above 40 ºC.
Charging indoors only!
Never operate the charger with a damaged power cord or power plug or USB cable.
Damaged cord or plug or cable can result in danger to life due to electric shock.
• Do not expose the light or battery to excessive temperature.
• Be aware of the risk of terminals of the battery-operated light or battery being short-circuited by metal objects.
• The exhausted battery should be removed from the light and safely disposed of.
• Do not use non-rechargeable batteries in place of rechargeable batteries.
• Do not use modified or damaged batteries.
1. Uncover the cover of USB-C Connect the Micro USB-C plug of the charger cable
to the USB-C socket on the light.
2. Connect the plug of the charging cable to the usb-c socket on the charger.
3. Insert mains plug of the charger into a socket. The Battery charge indicator lights up, When the battery charge
indicator full lights, the charging process has completed and the LED light is ready to use.
4. After charging, first remove the mains plug of the charger from the socket. Then disconnect the USB-C
plug of the charger cable from the light.

2. Press the on/off button
LED switch:
switch on the LED light at its full light intensity mode (100%);
twice: switch on the side COB LED light at its half light intensity mode (50%);
three times: switch off.
COB switch:
switch on the COB light at its half light intensity mode (50%);
twice: switch on the side COB LED light at its full light intensity mode (100%);
three times: switch off.
Position the LED Light
• The LED light may be secured hanging by using the pothook on the end of the LED light.
Pull out of the pothooks from the end and hang the LED light.
• Alternative, set up the LED light to a flat, ferromagnetic surface by using the magnet.
