BEFORE OPERATING
Please, read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.
SAFETY MEASURES
• Do not allow water or any other liquid to go into the unit, as it can damage the
appliance.
• After transportation in lower temperature conditions leave the appliance in a
warm room for at least two hours before switching it on.
• The hair curling tongs is adjusted to function with the power supply specified in
the instruction.
• Do not operate the appliance near objects that can be easily deformed by high
temperature.
• Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels
containing water.
• THE DEVICE IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS (INCLUDING CHILDREN)
WITH REDUCED PHYSICAL, SENSORY OR MENTAL ABILITY OR IF THEY HAVE
NO EXPERIENCE OR KNOWLEDGE, IF THEY ARE NOT UNDER CONTROL OR NOT
INSTRUCTED ON THE USE OF THE INSTRUMENT THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR
THEIR SAFETY.
• DO NOT LEAVE THE APPLIANCE UNATTENDED WHEN THEY IS PLUGGED IN OR
WHEN CHILDREN ARE AROUND. A POWER SUPPLY CORD MUST NOT BE HUNG
DOWN AS CHILDREN CAN PULL IT, THROW THE APPLIANCE AND GET BURNT.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its
service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
• Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used near children. Never
leave the appliance unattended when in use. Do not allow children to use the
appliance unsupervised.
• Do not put the hair curling tongs on soft, uneven or thermo unstable surface
when in use.
• Do not use any attachments or accessories not recommended or sold by this
appliance manufacturer.
• Do not touch the styling plates with finger tips; the operating temperature goes
up to 200° С.

• Do not twist the cord or wind it round the appliance.
• Disconnect the appliance from the power supply after use.
• In order to reduce the risk of fire and electric shock:
- do not scrape the body of the kettle;
- do not expose the electric part of the kettle to rain or water exposure;
- do not submerge the appliance into water or other liquid;
- KEEP THE APPLIANCE PLUGGED OUT IF IT IS NOT USED, THE DEVICE IS
DANGEROUS EVEN IF IT IS UNPLUGGED;
- do not cover the hair curling tongs with anything;
- do not use this appliance in damp rooms;
- do not hold the appliance with wet hands;
- do not plug or unplug the appliance if your hands are wet;
- do not allow the plug to overheat; make sure the appliance is properly plugged;
- do not use the hair curling tongs if the supply cord is damaged or wet;
- switch off and remove the plug from the power outlet before cleaning;
- never pull the power supply cord to disconnect the plug from the socket; instead,
grasp the plug and pull to disconnect;
- store the appliance in a cool dry place.
• This product is intended for personal use only.
• If the appliance is damaged during use, disconnect it from the power supply
immediately. Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself; instead, take it to your
nearest Authorized Service Centre for repair and show your warranty ticket.
• After transportation under low temperature conditions, the device can be
connected to the mains only after two hours in a warm room.
• Do not use any chemically active liquids (petrol, kerosene, alcohol, various
solvents) for cleaning the housing of the device.
• Any faults in storage, transportation or operation of the device are not covered
by the warranty.

STYLING
1. Completely unwind the electric cord.
2. Plug the cord into a suitable power supply and slide the on /off switch to position
“on”, then let the hair curling tongs heat up.
3. Take a section of dry hair, clamp it between the styling plates and quickly reel the
lock on the working surface of tongs. Wait a few seconds and then release the lock.
4. Slide the on/off switch to the “0” (off) position after use. The power indicator
light should go out.
5. Unplug the unit. Before storing the hair curling tongs let it cool down.
NOTES
1. Different hair types require different intensity of the impact. If your hair is fine or
weak, you should fix a strand of hair for a short period of time. If your hair is coarse
and flyaway, the impact time should be increased. Choose the best time of fixing
the lock suitable specifically for your hair type, start with a few seconds, gradually
increasing the time until you get the desired effect.
