Troubleshooting
Operating System requests for Device Driver installation
If AT77UR200 has been connected to the PC before software installation,
then uninstall the device in device manager and restart the setup in the
correct order.
Fingerprint image poor quality
Improve finger swipe by:
•starting at last knuckle joint and swiping to finger tip,
•keeping finger flat against sensor
•maintaining consistent pressure over sensor throughout swipe
