Unpacking Instructions
As receiving a fixture, carefully unpacking the carton, checking contents to ensure that all parts are
in good condition. Informing the shipper immediately and retaining packing material for inspection
if any parts damaged from shipping or device damaged. Keeping packing materials as evidence for
shipper’s confirmation.

This unit is in perfect condition before delivery, please check all accessories hen unpacking the
unit. User should follo this user manual to operate this unit, and make sure that you are clear on
all laser safety information and unit operation before po er it on. Any rong operation ill make

Laser Safet Warnings
According to EN 60825-1:2007, this product belongs to class 3R. Direct eye contact may cause

This product is for laser sho only. The class 3R laser light should be operated by professional ope-
rator only.

International laser safety regulations require that the vertical height from installment to ground is
more than 3 meters, horizontal distance is 2.5 meters from audience.

user is responsible for the legal requirements at the location/country of use.

Overhead Rigging
Caution! The installation must be carried out by qualified service personal only. Improper
installation can result in serious injuries and /or damage to property. Overhead rigging re-
quired extensive experience! Working load limits should be respected, Certified installation
materials should be used, the installed device should be inspected regularly for safety.
Make sure the area belo the installation place is free from un anted persons during rigging, de-
rigging and servicing.

Before rigging make sure that installation area can hold the 10 times eight of device.
Using the steel rope hich can hold 12 times eight of device, through the eye-bolt for assisting
hang installment.

Please use the attached po er, note that po er voltage and frequency are the same as the mar-
ked voltage and frequency of device hen connecting po er. Every device’s po er should be con-
nected separately, so that device can be controlled individually.

Overhead Rigging
DMX-512 connection
Connection bet een laser lights and DMX must use the shied cable of diameter more than
0.5mm. Please use the attached 3 pin XLR plug/socket to connect the DMX output/input inter-
face. The connection bet een socket and cable as belo ( note the plug/socket‘s 3 pin number
and position).
Note, XLR plug/socket‘s 3pin can not be touched by inner hull, connection bet een pins is not allo-
ed. Except above connection, XLR plug/socket can not be connected ith XLR control line.
Device receives international standard DMX512(1990) control signal.
When using standard DMX512 control signal, the last devi- ce‘s output interface must
be connected to a DMX plug. This plug is putting a 120 ohm resistance bet een
“canon” plug‘s 2 pin and 3 pin. Sho ing as belo pic. Sticking this plug into the
last device‘s signal output interface, it ill avoid the in- terference during the pro-
cess of signal transmission.

Menu operating instruction
Once after every po er on laser, the VERSION and MANUFACTURE INFORMATION ill be sho-
n in LCD monitor of rear panel. When laser is po ered on, LCD monitor on rear panel sho s
the current operating standalone mode or DMX address of DMX mode. With help of LCD con-
trol panel, is very easy to set and change the operating mode of laser. After every resetting
and saved, the ne mode information ill be sho n on LCD monitor at next po er。

NORME DI SICUREZZA Laser Class 3B
1 Avvertenze generali
Non utilizzare il proiettore laser senza lettura e comprensione sulla sicurezza laser e sulle istruzioni operati-
ve contenute in questo manuale.
Secondo la norma EN 60825-1:2007, questo prodotto appartiene alla classe 3B. Laser che sono normal-
mente pericolosi in caso di visione diretta del fascio, ma le cui riflessioni diffuse non sono nor-
malmente pericolose.
I prodotti a cui questo manuale si riferisce sono conformi alle Direttive della Comunità Europea e pertanto
recano la sigla.
Il prodotto deve essere alimentato con tensione 230V 50-60Hz
È obbligatorio effettuare il collegamento ad un impianto di alimentazione dotato di una messa a terra (se-
condo norma EN 60598-1). Si raccomanda, inoltre, di proteggere le linee di alimentazione delle unità dai
contatti indiretti e/o cortocircuiti verso massa tramite l’uso di interruttori differenziali opportunamente di-
mensionati.
Le operazioni di collegamento alla rete di distribuzione dell’energia elettrica devono essere effettuate da un
installatore elettrico qualificato.
1.1 Acqua ed umidità: l’apparecchio non deve essere utilizzato all'aperto in caso di pioggia in
prossimità di acqua o in ambienti particolarmente umidi.
1.2 Ventilazione: L’apparecchio deve essere posto in modo da avere adeguata ventilazione, non
deve essere coperto con panni o teli .
1.3 Calore:
L’apparecchio deve essere posto lontano da fonti di calore e comunque tra i -10° e i 40°.

1.4 Alimentazione:
L’apparecchio deve essere collegato solo al tipo di alimentazione descritto nelle istruzioni d’uso o
segnalato sull’apparecchio. Il prodotto deve essere alimentato con tensione 230V 50-60Hz. Per
evitare il danneggiamento del cavo d’alimentazione dell’apparato, assicurarsi che questo non venga
calpestato o schiacciato da oggetti pesanti.
Le operazioni di collegamento alla rete di distribuzione dell’energia elettrica devono essere
effettuate da un installatore elettrico qualificato.
1.5 Messa a terra:
È obbligatorio effettuare il collegamento ad un impianto di alimentazione dotato di una messa a
terra (secondo norma EN 60598-1). Si raccomanda, inoltre, di proteggere le linee di alimentazione
delle unità dai contatti indiretti e/o cortocircuiti verso massa tramite l’uso di interruttori
differenziali opportunamente dimensionati.
1.6 Pulizia:
E’ possibile eliminare la polvere utilizzando un getto d’aria compressa o un panno inumidito. Non
Utilizzare mai solventi o altri liquidi infiammabili.
1.7 Spostamento dell’unità:
prima di ogni spostamento, verificare che l’apparecchio sia spento e scollegato dalla rete elettrica,
in caso di dubbi, affidarsi a personale elettrico qualificato.
2 Resposabilità
2.1 Compiti del Propietario o Direttore della Struttura o Evento dove l'apperecchio opera
Il Direttore della Struttura (Locale, piazza, etc.), in qualità di Dirigente, svolge le seguenti funzioni:
Autorizza l’accesso alle zone regolamentate.
Nomina il Tecnico Sicurezza Laser (TSL).
Acquisisce le indicazioni del TSL, fornendogli tutte le informazioni necessarie.
Provvede all’esposizione dei cartelli di sicurezza e delle segnalazioni previste.

Provvede alla delimitazione e segnalazione delle aree controllate, comprese quelle temporanee e ne regola-
menta l'accesso.
Attua le indicazioni e le prescrizioni fornite in sede di installazione del sistema dal TSL e dal Servizio
Sicurezza;
Predispone le misure di prevenzione e protezione necessarie.
Cura l’osservanza delle norme.
2.2 Resposabile o Tecnico Sicurezza Laser
Dove sono installati:
Laser di Classe 3R, che emettono energia ad una lunghezza d’onda esterna all’intervallo da 400 nm a
700 nm.
laser di Classe 3B.
Laser Classe 4
Deve essere nominato un Tecnico di Sicurezza Laser, con conoscenze specifiche nel campo dei sistemi laser
e delle loro proprietà ottiche.
Compiti del TSL o Resposabile TSL:
Predispone affinché il tragitto del fascio non sia, per quanto possibile, all'altezza degli occhi degli spettatori.
Evita riflessioni speculari non volute e valuta e previene il verificarsi di quelle accidentali
Evita la diffusione libera di fasci di classe 4 e la loro interazione con sostanze infiammabili.
Verifica che le connessioni elettriche e la messa a terra delle parti metalliche potenzialmente in tensione
siano correttamente predisposte.
Verifica la presenza di eventuali rischi collaterali (gas in pressione, criogenici, radiazioni collaterali, ecc.), pre-
dispone per una adeguata protezione dagli stessi ed evita la produzione di gas nocivi, fumi o particolati
che non siano adeguatamente aspirati.
Si prende cura della rimozione del comando a chiave quando cessa l’utilizzo di laser di classe 3B o 4.
