Always disc nnect y ur entire system fr m AC mains bef re c nnecting r disc nnecting any cables.
The labels c ntaining inf rmati n ab ut safety must be always visible and in g d c nditi ns.
Never bl ck air fl w thr ugh ventilati n sl ts r heatsink t av id excessive verheating.
The equipment sh uld be kept t a minimal distance f 15 cm fr m any bject and sh uld n t be placed n carpet r ther s ft
surfaces.
D n t switch n the equipment until it has n t been c rrectly and c mpletely installed.
Always supply the equipment with the pr per v ltage as stated n the rear label. If in d ubts ab ut the available supply, please
c ntact a qualified technician r an AUDIO ANALOGUE dealer.
This equipment must be terminated with a three-c nduct r AC mains p wer c rd which includes an earth gr und c nnecti n. T
prevent sh ck hazard, all three c nnecti ns must always be used.
In case f damages ccurred t the supply cable, it sh uld be immediately replaced with an ther f the same kind.
D n t place any bjects ver the supply cable. The cable sh uldn’t be kn tted, pinched r abruptly bended.
Replace the fuses always with thers f the same kind.
D n t use the equipment cl se t water r ther liquids. If any liquid fill in the equipment, the mains plug must be disc nnected fr m
the s cket av iding t t uch any metal parts. The equipment must be checked by qualified technician bef re being perated again.
D n t place recipients c ntaining liquids n the equipment, even if it is switched ff.
Keep the equipment far away fr m s urces f heat such as the s lar light, vens, radiat rs etc…
Always unplug the supply cable during lightning st rms.
Always switch ff and unplug the mains cable bef re cleaning the equipment externally: this perati n sh uld be made nly using a
dry and s ft cl th. Never use alc h l based cleaning material.
Internal c ndensati n can be f rmed if the amplifier is carried fr m an extremely c ld envir nment t an extremely h t ne. Please
wait at least f r an h ur bef re perating it again.
Please unplug the equipment if n t used f r l ng peri ds.

AVVERTENZA
Prima di compiere qualunque operazione attenersi alle norme di sicurezza contenute all’interno del manuale.
Non aprire l’apparecchio. Non deve essere e ettuato nessun ulteriore intervento oltre a quelli descritti in questo manuale. Per
l’assistenza tecnica, rivolgersi a un tecnico quali icato o ad un rivenditore AUDIO ANALOGUE.

PRECAUZIONI PER LA SICUREZZA E MANUTENZIONE
ATTENZIONE: prima dell’utilizzo o manutenzione dell’apparato o di qualsiasi operazione sullo stesso è necessario prendere visione
del seguente manuale.
Al ine di prevenire ogni pericolo di incidente si impongono le seguenti prescrizioni:
Disconnettere sempre l’intero sistema dall’alimentazione prima di collegare o scollegare qualsiasi cavo.
Veri icare che le etichette contenenti in ormazioni sulla sicurezza siano sempre ben visibili ed in buono stato.
Le essure di ventilazione e le alette di ra reddamento non devono assolutamente essere ostruite per evitare il surriscaldamento
dell’apparato. A tal ine, posizionare l’unità ad una distanza minima di 15 cm da ogni altro ostacolo e non su tappeti, moquette o altre
super ici morbide.
Non accendere l’apparato inché non è completamente installato in maniera corretta.
Alimentare l’apparato con la tensione riportata sull’apposita targhetta. In caso di dubbi sulla tensione di alimentazione disponibile,
consultare il servizio di assistenza tecnica.
L’apparecchio deve essere sempre collegato a terra. Poiché l’involucro è realizzato in metallo, una connessione di terra di ettosa o
mancante potrebbe essere pericolosa.
In caso di danneggiamenti al cavo di alimentazione, provvedere immediatamente alla sostituzione con un altro dello stesso tipo.
Non posizionare oggetti sul cavo di alimentazione e veri icare che questo non si trovi in una zona di passaggio. Il cavo non deve
essere annodato, schiacciato o piegato troppo stretto.
Sostituire i usibili sempre con altri dello stesso tipo.
Non usare l’apparato in prossimità di acqua o altri tipi di liquidi. Se nell’unità dovesse entrare del liquido, scollegare immediatamente il
cavo di rete dalla presa a muro evitando di toccare le parti metalliche dell’apparecchiatura e rivolgersi al personale tecnico per un
controllo prima del riutilizzo.
Non appoggiare recipienti contenenti liquidi di qualsivoglia natura sopra l’apparato, anche se spento.
Tenere l’apparecchio lontano da onti di calore come la luce solare, i orni, i radiatori, ecc…
Scollegare sempre il cavo di alimentazione dalla presa durante i temporali.
Spegnere e scollegare sempre l’alimentazione prima di e ettuare la pulizia esterna dell’apparato: questa operazione deve essere
e ettuata soltanto utilizzando un panno asciutto e morbido. Non usare mai solventi o detergenti a base di alcool.
Se l’ampli icatore viene trasportato da un ambiente reddo ad uno caldo, si può ormare condensa al suo interno causando possibili
mal unzionamenti. Se ciò si dovesse veri icare, si prega di attendere almeno un’ora prima dell’uso.
In caso di lunghi periodi di inutilizzo, staccare la spina dalla presa di rete.

MAESTRO DUECENTO SE, a dual-m n design, pr vides circuital s luti ns with n c mpr mises and features capable t
satisfy the m st demanding user. The MAESTRO DUECENTO SE delivers 200 Watt in a 8 Ohm l ad. This p wer d ubles every
halving f the l ad up t 2 Ohm. It’s equipped with 2 unbalanced input and 2 balanced inputs with selectable c nfigurati n. It has
been designed with high-perf rmance circuits s luti ns and high precisi n passive devices such as military resist rs r d uble-side
metalized p lypr pylene plastic film capacit rs. Each channel has it’s wn transf rmer, a 1300VA unit, and it’s wn rectifying secti n
realized with tw discrete di des bridges and tw l w ESR capacit rs f r a t tal f 44000µF. A great deal f eff rt went int the
design and c nstructi n f the MAESTRO DUECENTO SE p wer amplifier. Used pr perly, it will give y u many years f

congratulazioni e grazie per aver scelto l’ampli icatore stereo di potenza MAESTRO DUECENTO SE. Sei ora in possesso di un
apparecchio che stabilisce un nuovo ri erimento nella categoria di prodotti stereo caratterizzati da una eccezionale qualità e
versatilità. Il MAESTRO DUECENTO SE associa in atti soluzioni circuitali senza compromessi con caratteristiche unzionali tali
da soddis are anche l’utente più esigente. L’apparecchio eroga 200W su un carico da 8 Ohm. Questa potenza raddoppia al
dimezzare del carico ino ai 2 Ohm. E’ stato progettato con soluzioni circuitali semplici ma non semplicistiche, in con igurazione dual-
mono, usando componenti passivi di alta precisione come le resistenze a standard militare o le capacità in polipropilene a doppia
metallizzazione. Ciascun canale ha un tras ormatore dedicato da 1300VA e la sezione di retti icazione vanta l’uso di doppi ponti
realizzati a discreti e di due condensatori a bassa resistenza serie per un totale di 44000µF. E’ dotato di 2 ingressi sbilanciati e di 2
ingresso bilanciati selezionabili. Un grande impegno è stato riversato nel progetto e nella costruzione dell’ampli icatore inale
MAESTRO DUECENTO SE. Usato correttamente ti darà un enorme piacere di ascolto per molti anni a venire!

N mains fuse. The mains current is measured at the input f the transf rmer (with a current pr be) and in case f malfuncti ns it’s
shutted ff.
The v ltage f b th channel is measured by means f pt c upler t av id any gr und l p.
The DC ffset n the utput (l udspeakers) is als m nit red by means f pt c uplers.
The pr tecti ns are realized with a PLD (Pr grammable L gic Device); it’s faster and m re reliable c mpared t a micr c ntr ller.
Caratteristiche costruttive
Due tras ormatori toroidali da 1300VA, uno per canale. Struttura dual mono.
Nessun condensatore sul percorso del segnale e soltanto condensatori in polipropilene a doppia metallizzazione nei punti critici.
Accoppiamento in continua ra gli stadi e recupero automatico dell’o set.
Finali ad alta corrente di uscita.
Per minimizzare il rumore digitale le sezioni di controllo e protezione sono galvanicamente isolate dalle sezioni analogiche.
La sezione di potenza non ha i usibili di alimentazione. La corrente assorbita è controllata elettronicamente ed in caso di
mal unzionamento l’apparecchio viene spento.
Le tensioni dei inali sono controllate usando degli optoisolatori per eliminare qualsiasi anello di massa.
La componente di tensione continua ornita alle casse è costantemente controllata usando degli optoisolatori.
Le protezioni sono controllate da una PLD (unità logica programmabile) che è più veloce e più a idabile rispetto ad un
microcontrollore.

Front panel
1. STAND-BY BUTTON It’s l cated under the fr nt panel. Pushed f r 3 sec nds turns n the amplifier. Pushed again shut it
ff immediately.
2. STATUS LED This LED is “l w intensity red” when the left amplifier is ff. It’s “bright red” when the left p wer amplifier is
turning n. It’s green when the left p wer amplifier is perating and “blinking red” is there is a pr blem.
3. STATUS LED This LED is “l w intensity red” when the right amplifier is ff. It’s “bright red” when the right p wer amplifier is
turning n. It’s green when the right p wer amplifier is perating and “blinking red” is there is a pr blem.
Pannello frontale
1. STAND-B BUTTON E’ posizionato sotto lo chassis rontale. L’ampli icatore si accende tenendolo premuto per circa 3
secondi. Premendolo nuovamente l’ampli icatore si spegne.
2. LED DI STATO Questo LED serve ad indicare lo stato dell’ampli icatore sinistro. Se l’ampli icatore sinistro è spento il LED è
illuminato debolmente di rosso. Quando l’ampli icatore sinistro si sta accendendo si illumina di rosso intenso e diventa verde
durante il unzionamento normale. Se ci sono dei problemi l’ampli icatore sinistro viene spento ed il LED lampeggia rosso.
3. LED DI STATO Questo LED serve ad indicare lo stato dell’ampli icatore destro. Se l’ampli icatore destr è spento il LED è
illuminato debolmente di rosso. Quando l’ampli icatore destro si sta accendendo si illumina di rosso intenso e diventa verde
durante il unzionamento normale. Se ci sono dei problemi l’ampli icatore destro viene spento ed il LED lampeggia rosso.

Unpacking and checking MAESTRO DUECENTO package
Carefully pen the package t av id damaging the c ntent. The package sh uld c ntain:

If ne f the items listed ab ve is missing, please c ntact y ur Audi Anal gue retailer. After extracting the smallest items fr m the
package, pull ut the unit carefully. Separate the package fr m the anti-sh ck expanded-f am pr tecti ns.
Apertura e ispezione dell’imballo
Aprire la scatola con cautela per non danneggiare il contenuto. L’imballo deve contenere:
•1 MAESTRO DUECENTO SE
•1 cavo di alimentazione
•1 manuale di istruzioni
Se qualcuno degli oggetti sopra elencati dovesse mancare, contattate il Vostro rivenditore Audio Analogue di iducia.
Dopo avere estratto le parti di minori dimensioni, estrarre con cautela l’apparecchio dall’imballo. Separare l’imballo dalle imbottiture
antiurto in schiuma espansa.
Where to place the MAESTRO DUECENTO power amplifier
MAESTRO DUECENTO SE is a high p wer unit. After s me h urs f high v lume perati n the unit temperature can raise up t
45-50°C, be careful! Please l cate the unit in a well-ventilated place. In particular, y u sh uld leave at least 5 cm ar und and ab ve
the unit and av id placing it cl se t heat s urces (radiat rs, heaters, amplifiers, televisi n sets).
Scelta del luogo in cui posizionare l’amplificatore MAESTRO DUECENTO
Il inale MAESTRO DUECENTO SE è un apparecchio ad alta potenza e quindi può scaldare molto. Dopo qualche ora di
unzionamento ad alto volume la sua temperatura può raggiungere i 45-50°C, ate attenzione!. Per questo motivo è consigliabile
posizionarlo laddove sia garantita una corretta circolazione d’aria. In particolare, è opportuno garantire uno spazio su iciente attorno
e sopra l’apparecchio (almeno 5 cm), ed evitare posizionamenti vicino a onti di calore (termosi oni o stu e, lampade alogene,,
televisori).
lugging and connecting
Bef re c nnecting the MAESTRO DUECENTO SE p wer amplifier t the preamplifier, please be sure that they’re all unplugged
fr m wall utlets. First f all, c nnect the preamplifier t the MAESTRO DUECENTO SE inputs y u want t use, selecting
balanced r unbalanced m de bef re plugging the c nnect rs. Please use nly high-quality cables with g ld-plated c nnect rs.
As the sec nd step, c nnect MAESTRO DUECENTO SE utputs t the speakers’ cable.
At last, plug the p wer c rd int the MAESTRO DUECENTO SE inlet and int the wall utlet.
WARNING! MAESTRO DUECENTO HAS a power switch in the rear panel. To put the amplifier in stand-by you MUST place
the rear panel switch in position 1.
WARNING! Select balanced or unbalanced input mode before switching-On the unit and please remember to switch-Off the
unit before changing any connection.
Collegamento dell’amplificatore
Prima di collegare il MAESTRO DUECENTO SE al preampli icatore, veri icare che tutti gli apparecchi siano scollegati dalla rete
elettrica. Per prima cosa, collegare il preampli icatore agli ingressi del MAESTRO DUECENTO SE che si desiderano utilizzare
selezionando il modo bilanciato o sbilanciato prima di collegare i connettori. Utilizzare solo cavi della migliore qualità, terminati con
connettori dorati.
Quindi, collegare le uscite del MAESTRO DUECENTO SE ai di usori.
In ine, collegare il cavo di alimentazione ornito in dotazione al MAESTRO DUECENTO SE all’apposita vaschetta. La spina del
cavo di alimentazione andrà poi collegata ad una presa di rete.
ATTENZIONE! Il MAESTRO DUECENTO E’ dotato di interruttore di rete, per metterlo in stand-by è necessario spostare tale
interruttore, posto sul pannello posteriore, in posizione 1.
ATTENZIONE! Selezionare il modo bilanciato o sbilanciato prima di accendere l’apparecchio e ricordarsi di spegnere
l’apparecchio ogni volta che si desidera cambiare i collegamenti.

owering up the MAESTRO DUECENTO
When y u set the rear switch f MAESTRO DUECENTO SE in the p siti n “1”, the unit turns n in the STANDBY m de. When
the fr nt butt n is kept pressed f r at least three sec nds, the amplifier turns n. The amplifier will p wers up ab ut in ten sec nds.
During p wer up the pr tecti n circuit check the status f the p wer lines and the absence f a DC v ltage n the speaker utputs;
the status LED is bright red. Y u’ll hear s me “click” inside the amplifier, this is abs lutely n rmal! If n thing happens r if the LED
start blinking, please refer t the tr ublesh ting secti n f the present manual.
During lightning r l ng peri d f n use is better t turn the unit ff unplugging it fr m the wall utlet. During the n rmal use it’s better
t turn the unit ff by means f the stand-by butt n (d n’t use the rear switch). The amplifier is internally disc nnected fr m the mains.
Accensione del MAESTRO DUECENTO
Porre nella posizione “1” il pulsante posteriore determina la condizione Stand-by dell’ampli icatore. Per accendere l’apparecchio
occorre tenere premuto per almeno tre secondi il pulsante situato sotto il pannello rontale. L’unità impiega circa dieci secondi per
accendersi. Durante la ase di accensione il circuito di protezione veri ica lo stato di tutte le alimentazioni e l’assenza di tensione
continua sulle casse. Il LED di stato è illuminato di rosso intenso. Sentirete degli scatti provenire dall’interno dell’ampli icatore, ciò è
assolutamente normale! Se invece non succede niente oppure il LED comincia a lampeggiare are ri erimento alla sezione di
risoluzione dei problemi di questo manuale.
Durante i temporali con ulmini o i lunghi periodi di inattività è consigliabile spegnere l’apparecchio e staccarlo dalla presa a muro.
Durante i periodi di uso normale è consigliabile spegnere l’apparecchio tenendolo in stand-by (senza usare l’interruttore posteriore).
L’ampli icatore è comunque sconnesso internamente dalla rete elettrica.
Standby mode
Y u can put the unit in standby m de pressing the stand-by butt n under the fr nt panel. When the MAESTRO DUECENTO SE
is in standby m de, nly the micr c ntr ller and pr tecti n secti n is p wered while signal and p wer circuits are turned ff, reducing
p wer c nsumpti n and minimizing damage risks.
Stand-by
L’apparecchio può essere messo in stand-by premendo il pulsante posto sotto al pannello rontale. Quando il MAESTRO
DUECENTO SE è in stand-by, solo i circuiti di controllo e protezione rimangono accesi, mentre quelli di segnale e di potenza sono
spenti. Ciò riduce i consumi ed il rischio di danni.
