Congratulaons on the purchase of your new Audio Soluons™ AS-RC3260 Rolling Cart. For maximum
benet, please read the enre manual before beginning installaon.
NOTE: This rolling cart has been designed to work with the Audio Soluons™ 2.1 or 3.1 Audio Mount™.
This cart will also work directly with most 32 to 60 inch Plasma, LCD and LED televisions with a maximum
weight of 132lbs (60kg).
Safety Instructions
Please read this enre manual carefully before assembling this unit and mounng the television to avoid
bodily injury and/or any property loss. If you do not understand these direcons, or have any doubts about
the safety of the installaon, please call a qualied contractor or contact the Audio Soluons™ customer
service department @ 1-866-839-9187. Please check carefully to ensure there are no missing or defecve
parts. Our customer representaves can quickly assist you with installaon quesons and missing or
defecve parts. Replacement parts for products purchased through authorized dealers will be shipped to
you directly. Do not aempt to use any parts not provided by the manufacturer. Using other screws could
cause injury or property loss. Never use defecve parts, as improper installaon may cause damage or
serious injury. Do not use this product for any purpose not explicitly specied by Audio Soluons™. Audio
Soluons™ cannot be liable for damage or injury caused by incorrect mounng, incorrect assembly, or
incorrect use.

Opening the Package
The AS-RC3260 Rolling Cart and accompanying hardware have been carefully packed in a carton designed
to protect it from transportaon damage. Aer opening the carton, check that the components are in good
condion and that all listed contents are included.

STEP 1
Read and understand all of the enclosed instrucons and verify that all parts are present and appear in
good working order before you begin.
STEP 2
Decide if you’d rather use the Leveling Feet or Wheels on the cart Base. Choose opon A or B to connue.
Using one M12 Nut, one M12 Spring Washer and one M12 Washer per wheel, screw the four wheels into
the legs, as shown in Figure 1.

Aach the Post to the Base using the M6 bolts, as illustrated in Figure 3.

Loosen the screws where the mounng bracket aaches to the post poles. Hold the mounng bracket to
keep it from falling too quickly while adjusng the height to the ideal posion. Tighten the screws to secure
the mounng bracket at the desired height. See Figure 4.

Aach the Metal Tray to the post using the Metal Shelf Clips and M8 bolts, washers and nuts. See Figure 5.

In the hardware bag provided, locate the 4 pan head bolts that t the thread paern for your television or
Audio Mount™. With the two Vercal Brackets centered on the back of the TV or Audio Mount™, gently
thread the screws into the holes by hand. DO NOT USE AN ELECTRIC OR BATTERY DRILL unl you are
certain you have the right size thread. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN the screws (Figure 6). When installing an
Audio Soluons™ Audio Mount™ 2.1 or 3.1, mount the television to the Audio Mount™ as instructed in the
Audio Mount™ Owner’s Manual and then mount the brackets to the back of the mount, as illustrated in
Figure 6.

NOTE: If aaching directly to a TV, make sure to use the proper bolts and washers that correspond to the
mounng holes on the back of the TV. Tighten by hand rst or damage to the mounng holes can occur.
Some TVs without a at back may require the use of a spacer when aaching the brackets. If applicable,
make sure the two TV brackets are even and that they’re using the same mounng holes on the bracket.
Uneven assembly will cause the TV screen to slant.

NOTE: You will need at least 2 people to nish this mounng procedure. To avoid possible injury, do not
aempt to mount the TV alone.

Hang the pre-assembled TV unit on the Mounng Plate. Tighten the safety screws at the boom of each
Bracket to secure (Figure 8).

Route the cables from the television down one side of the post and secure with the plasc snap-on Cable
Clips, as illustrated in Figure 9.

LIMITED WARRANTY
AudioSoluons™–AudioMount™–LimitedWarranty–ValidintheUnitedStatesandCanada
This 60 month limited warranty is provided by Metra Electronics Corporaon for the Metra product idened by the
purchaser’s registraon as indicated below, and there are no other warranes, expressed or implied, except as required
by law, including warranes of merchantability and tness for a specic purpose, that are provided for herein, however
all such implied warranes, if any, are limited to the duraon of this specic limited product warranty. Some states do not
allow limitaons on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitaons may not apply to you.
Metra Electronics Corporaon shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for incidental, indirect, special, and
consequenal or mulple damages as a result of the sale or use of this product. Some states/countries do not allow the
exclusion or limitaon of incidental or consequenal damages, so the above limitaon or exclusion may not apply to you.
It is recommended that the purchaser execute the product registraon and warranty registraon via the web within ten
days of purchase.
LimitedProductWarranty:
This is a 60 month limited warranty, subject to the condions, limitaons and exclusions idened herein. Metra
Electronics Corporaon warrants to the original purchaser of the registered or idened product for a period of ve
years from the date of purchase, that the product shall be free of defects in design, material and workmanship, and
subject to the limitaons set forth below; Metra Electronics Corporaon will repair or replace, at its opon, any defecve
unit. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is not assignable or transferable. Metra hereby
warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product that should this product or any part thereof, under normal use
and condions, prove to be defecve in material or workmanship within ve years from date of original purchase, such
defect(s) will be repaired or replaced with recondioned product (Metra’s opon) without charge for parts and repair
labor. Purchaser must return the product to Metra, return receipt requested or by other means that conrms delivery and
Metra shall make the said repairs or replacement within 60 days of receipt. In some instances the product may have been
disconnued and cannot be replaced, or repaired. In that instance Metra shall in its discreon aempt to replace the
product with a substanally similar product in model or design or pay the purchaser a sum for the then fair market value
of the price, considering the amount of me since sale, and the use of the product. This Limited Warranty is the original
retail purchaser’s sole remedy for any and all such defect(s).
CondionsandLimitaons:
(1) Proof of purchase is required (i.e. the sales receipt or other proof of payment, such as the bar code and serial number
from the shipping box), and
(2) Products must be registered with Metra Electronics by using either the enclosed registraon card, or using Metra’s
online services for registraon purposes. Products that have not been registered will not be covered by Metra’s extended
limited ve year warranty, but instead will only be warranted for the terms required by the State of purchase, if any.
(3) Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse or modicaon of the product will render this warranty null and void.
(4) To obtain repairs or replacement under the terms of this warranty, please contact Metra at 1-800-221-0932 or visit
www.metra-online.com. You will need to provide proof of purchase (dated receipt showing store where purchased) and
product serial number in order to receive warranty service. The purchaser is required to send the product back to Metra
Electronics Corp or to a designated repair center and the purchaser is responsible for all charges for shipping and handling.
ThisLimitedWarrantydoesNOTcover:
Products which have been subject to abuse, accident, alteraon, modicaon, tampering, negligence, misuse, improper
installaon, lack of reasonable care, unauthorized repair or service, or if the model or serial number has been altered,
tampered with, defaced or removed.
Inial installaon or the removal and re-installaon of product.
(1) Cosmec damage, damage that occurs in shipment, act of God or natural disaster.
(2) Missing accessories or components.
(3) Products used for any and all commercial purposes.
THE EXTENT OF METRA’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED
ABOVE AND, IN NO EVENT SHALL METRA LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE ORIGINAL RETAIL
PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT.
