INTRODUCTION
LEDBAR-4isLEDlight systemwhichconsistsof4spot lights, one controlbar, one stand and one foot switch
box. Wewillprovide twobags: Forbarsystemand stander. It isconvenientformobileuse.
Pleaseread thismanualbeforeyou attempttousethisprofessionallighting system.

Becarefulwithyour operations. Withadangerousvoltageyoucansuffer adangerous
electricshock whentouchingthewires!
Keep thisdeviceawayfromrainandmoisture!
Unplugmainslead before openingthehousing!
Foryourownsafety, pleaseread thisusermanualcarefullybeforeyou initialstart-up.
Ifthe devicehasbeen exposed todrastictemperaturefluctuation (e.g. aftertransportation), donot switchit on
immediately.The condensation watermightdamage yourdevice.Leavethe deviceswitched off untilit had
reached roomtemperature.Neverletthe power-cordcomeintocontactwithothercables!Handlethe
power-cordand all connectionswiththe mainswithparticularcaution!Makesurethatthe availablevoltage isnot
higherthan stated on the rearpanel.During the operation, the housing becomesveryhot.Do not switchthe
deviceon and off inshortintervalsasthiswouldreducethe lampslife. Neverlookdirectlyintothe light source,
assensitivepersonsmaysufferan epilepticshock (especiallymeantforepileptics)!
Keep awayfromchildren and amateurs!Thisproductisdesigned forindooruseonly.Thisdeviceisdesigned for
professionaluse, e.g. on stages, indiscotheques, theatresetc. The minimumdistancebetween light-output and
the illuminated surfacemustbe morethan 0.5meters.Alwaysfixthe fixturewithan appropriatesafety-rope.The
maximumambienttemperature ta =45°Cmust neverbeexceeded.Operatethe deviceonlyafterhaving
becomefamiliarwithitsfunctions.

Installation
Onthe rearpanelof the itemyou can find an XLR-jack (DMXOut)and an XLR-plug (DMXIn), whichcanbe
used forconnecting severaldevices.Choosethe devicewhichismastertocontrolthe effects.Connectthe DMX
OUT-jackwiththe DMXIN-plug of thenext device.
DMX-512 connection/ connectionbetweenfixtures
Thewires mustnotcome into contactwitheachother,otherwise
OccupationoftheXLR-connection:
Ifyouareusing controllerswiththisoccupation, you can connect the DMX-output ofthe controllerdirectlywith
the DMX-input of the firstfixtureinthe DMX-chain. If youwishtoconnect DMX-controllerswithother
XLR-outputs, you need touseadapter-cables.
BuildingaserialDMX-chain:
Connect the DMX-output of the firstfixtureinthe DMX-chainwiththe DMX-input of thenextfixture.Always
connect one output withthe input of the next fixtureuntilallfixturesareconnected.
Caution: Atthe lastfixture,the DMX-cablehastobe terminated withaterminator. Soldera120 resistor
betweenSignal (–)and Signal (+)intoa3-pinXLR-plugand plug itinthe DMX-output of the lastfixture.
Connectionwiththemains
Connect the devicetothe mainswiththe enclosed powersupplycable.
OPERATION
Settingtheoperation mode
Press theMODEbuttontoselectan operatingmode: DMX,Sound,Manual,Roll,Auto/Music.
Thisunit workinstandalonemodeunless inDMXmode. Itwillbeamasterunit. Ifyou makeaDMXchainconnect toanother
unitswhichwill beslaveunitsandtheywillworksamewithmasterone
Sound Operation
Press the MODE buttontoselect Sound Mode.Underthispoint ofthemenu,thedisplayshowsSo01,UsetheUPor
DOWNbuttontochoosebetweenSo01 toSo09 whichmeansthereare9soundpatterns.

FOOTSWITCH CONTROL
You canusefoot switchtoselectMODE, BLACKOUTand FUNC inupfunctions.
WhenyoupushFREEZEswitchthelightwillfreezeat presentsituation.Afteryou pushagainthelightwillcontinue
changing according totheprogram.
DMX-ControlledOperation
Press theMODEbuttontoselectDMXMode. Underthispoint ofthemenu,you canselect betweensixDMXmodes.In
DMXMode, theDMXLEDindicatorlightsup.
You cancontrolthedevicesindividuallyviayourDMX-controller. EachDMX-channelhasadifferentoccupationwith
differentfeatures.
