LONG DIST NCE LINE
The Demo RX Boost 869 is an four button central unit command b Tx Demo Boost 869,5
transmitter with Microchip HCS Keeloq Trademark encoder, programmed with Aur°el code. 12Vdc
or 24Vac power suppl is selectable b jumper.
The four rela s mounted on board can work both in monostable and bistable mode depending on
the features.
How it works
Before to suppl the Demo board, set the jumper depending on the voltage power suppl :
Switch-off jumper = 10-12Vdc
Switch-on jumper = 24-26Vac
Suppl ing the demo board, the led mounted on it, switches-on for a short time and it switches-off
immediatel to show the correct working. At this point having programmed transmitters with
Aur°el code, it can go on with auto learning procedure.
Auto learning procedure
In order to enter in this phase, push for an instant the auto learning button near to the led. At this
point the led starts to blink quicl for ten seconds and in this time the user has to transmit a valid
code pushing an buttons.
When a valid code is received, the led switches in a permanent lighting for a short moment and it
switches-off immediatel .
Pushing one b one the four buttons of the transmitter, it gets the monostable switching of the
relative rela s. Repeating the procedure it can be memorized in to the micro up to ten different
transmitters.

Note: The auto learning procedure of the transmitter with one, two, three and four buttons can be
carried out b each buttons, as the central unit manages the standard bit sequenc assigned to
each channel as follow:
Onl active S0 = channel 1
Onl active S1 = channel 2
Onl active S2 = channel 3
Onl active S3 = channel 4
From Monostable to Bistable mode.
On the default mode all the four outputs are monostable, but it’s possible switch them in bistable
mode through the follow sequence:
Memorized a transmitter, push for a short moment the auto learning button. At this point the led
starts to blink quickl for ten seconds, before the end of this time push again for other short
moment and ou will note that led will switch in a permanent lighting. At this stage ou have other
ten seconds to transmit the code of the button to be switched in bistable mode. Led will blink
thrice to show the correct transition to the bistable working. Repeating all the operation on the
same channel the led will blink twice to indicate the return to the monostable working.
NB. The procedure above showed, it can be carried out onl if it was memorized a transmitter before. In the
case of memorization of more transmitters this procedure can be activated from all indistinctl . Active it from
one transmitter is valid for all the others.
Erasing memor
To erase the memor of the micro from all matched transmitter, push for an instant the auto
learning button until the led starts to blink. Now pushing again and keeping it for five seconds until
the led switches off itself. At this point verif that the led carries out 5 consecutive blinks to show
the correct erasing of the memor .
N.B. Realizing the erasing of the memor consequentl will be erase also the several settings of the channel
previousl set.
