1. Important statement
1.1 Welcome to use Carxpert tire pressure monitoring system. The
installation proposal of this product is operated by professionals and
equipment. Please read this manual carefully before installing this product
to ensure correct installation and use.
1.2 This product is suitable for radial tires and aluminum alloy rim with a
standard pressure of ≤3.0 bar, not for steel rim.
1.3 The solar panel is only for charging assistance. Light intensity needs to
meet certain conditions to maintain charging. Indoor, cloudy, glass film,
display angle, interior temperature of more than 55 ℃will affect solar
charging. When the display is low, charge the display with a USB cable to
keep the battery in optimal use.
1.4 This product can monitor the air pressure and temperature of the car
tires and remind the owner to take timely measures to eliminate hidden
dangers when there is abnormal air pressure temperature, but cannot
prevent traffic accidents and the occurrence of flat tires, users should still
regularly check the following conditions: Whether the depth has reached
the wear limit, whether the tire has bruises, unilateral wear, breaks, cracks,
perforation and other defects.
1.5 If subjected to electromagnetic interference, it may cause unstable
signal reception, affecting the normal use of this product
1.6 It is prohibited for the customer to remove, modify, change products or
any other operations, with which the product may not work properly. The
customer will take the responsibility.
1.7 For your safety and passenger safety, do not place the display on the
airbag. The anti-slip mat only provides auxiliary fixing, in order to better
secure the display, it is recommended to use 3M double-sided adhesive to
fix (can be purchased separately).

2. Working principle
The tire pressure monitoring system, referred to as TPMS, works by
monitoring the internal pressure and temperature of the tire through a
sensor mounted on the tire, and transmitting the collected data information
to the display installed in the cab by using radio frequency technology.
TPMS can monitor the tire pressure and temperature information in real
time, and provide early warning of abnormal conditions such as low
pressure, high pressure and high temperature of the tires, reminding the
owner to take corresponding effective measures, thus playing a role of
safety assistance, so as to achieve safer, more reliable, more comfortable
and more economical travel.

Long press the "-" key for 3 seconds to turn on/off, use anti-slip mat to
securely place on the dashboard for easy observation and sunlight. The
monitor is turned on in advance. The tire data will be displayed in turn
when the sensor is installed. Each parameter of the display has been set
at the factory. Users generally don’t need to set up again.
1. After turning on the vehicle, it will go to sleep after being stationary for
more than 120 seconds to save power. It will automatically turn on when
the vehicle is running or there is vibration.
2. The anti-slip mat can be restored to stickiness after being washed with
water and dried.

1. How long can the display be fully charged with solar charging?
Answer: When the solar charging icon appears, it can be filled in about
3-5 days on a sunny day and 8-12 days on a cloudy day in an unobstructed
and still condition. It cannot be charged on a rainy day or at night. In
summer, if the inside of the car is tightly closed and exposed to sunlight,
charging will stop when the temperature inside the car exceeds 55
degrees, mainly to protect the battery.
2. After installation, why does the display not display tire data?
Answer: Before installing the sensor, please turn on the display first, so
that you can receive data after installing the sensor. Or you can receive the
data by driving a distance at a speed of more than 30 kilometers per hour.
If the tire data is still not displayed, you need to rematch.
≥3years (drive for 2hours/day)
22g (including valve )

- 15 -
3. Why the tire data of a certain monitor is not updated for a long time?
Possible causes: (1) Electromagnetic interference exists in the location or
environment. For example, some recorders and navigators have
electromagnetic interference. Please change the location (far away from
the interference source) to solve the problem. (2) The sensor is damaged
or its life is exhausted. Inflate and deflate the faulty tire to observe whether
there is any data update on the display. If there is no update, replace the
sensor.
4.Under what circumstances does the display switch on and off automati-
cally?
Answer: When the display is stationary for more than 120 seconds, it will
automatically turn off (black screen) to save energy. For example, during
the red light period, when the vehicle is driving or you tap the display with
your hand, it will automatically turn on.
5. The monitor can't be turned on just after being installed or after using it
for a while?
Answer: It may be that the display has insufficient battery power. It is
recommended to use the USB cable (the charging port is common to most
mobile phone chargers) to fully use it.
6.When the temperature inside the car is high/low, the screen appears
black/ghost?
Answer: The temperature inside the car is too high (such as exposure,
higher than 55 degrees), the display will be black, and the temperature
inside the car is too low (such as winter, below -20 degrees). It won’t affect
the alarm function. After the temperature inside the car returns to normal,
the display will return to normal display.
7. Why does the temperature/pressure of my tires keep changing?
Answer: During the running of the vehicle, the temperature/air pressure of
the tire is always affected by the thermal expansion and contraction,
weather, load, braking, and road conditions. Therefore, the temperature/air
pressure change of the tire is normal. This system truly reflects you tire
condition.

- 16 -
8.Where can I find the standard inflation pressure of a tire?
Answer: Generally you can find it in the doorpost, fuel tank cover, glove
box, and vehicle manual.
9.Is the tire imbalance large after installing the sensor?
Answer: The sensor uses a miniature module, and the weight (including
the valve) is only about 22 grams. Its imbalance is much smaller than
similar products.
10.Can I use chemicals such as tire repair fluid?
Answer: No, because the sensor may be corroded.
