estereomicroscopio Zuzi Serie Z con zoom. Le recomendamos que cuide el equipo conforme
a lo expuesto en este manual.
Zuzi desarrolla sus productos según las directrices del marcado CE y haciendo hincapié en la
ergonomía y seguridad del usuario.
La calidad de los materiales empleados en la fabricación y el correcto proceder le permitirán
disfrutar del equipo por muchos años.
El uso incorrecto o indebido del equipo puede dar lugar a accidentes, descargas eléctricas,
cortocircuitos, fuegos, lesiones, etc. Lea el punto de Mantenimiento, donde se recogen
aspectos de seguridad.
A. Aplicación
Los estereomicroscopios son ampliamente usados en la industria electrónica, para montaje e
inspección de instrumentos de precisión, disección y estudios de propagación, también son
empleados en el campo de la enseñanza, grabados, geología, arqueología, etc.

2．Control de la potencia
Conecte el enchufe a la salida del microscopio.
Girando el regulador puede controlar la intensidad de la luz incidente y transmitida.
3．Selección de la platina de trabajo
1）El estereomicroscopio es empaquetado con la platina semitransparente, asegurada con un
tornillo. Use la luz transmitida para observar objetos transparentes.
2）La platina blanca y negra se empaqueta con el equipo aparte para selección del usuario.
Cuando quiera usarla, afloje el tornillo y retire la platina translúcida. Normalmente, use
la cara blanca. Para objetos blancos u objetos transparentes para los que necesite mejorar
el contraste, use la cara negra y la luz incidente.
4．Colocación del objeto y ajuste de la altura del cabezal
Coloque el objeto a observar limpio en medio de la platina y use las pinzas si es necesario.
El estereomicroscopio ofrece la posibilidad de colocar el cabezal a dos alturas distintas,
permitiendo la observación de objetos de un amplio rango de tamaños. Si necesita cambiar la
altura del cabezal para adaptarse al tamaño del objeto, desatornille el cabezal, desplácelo y
sujételo en la posición deseada con el tornillo.
5．Uso de las anteojeras
Las anteojeras se incluyen con el estereomicroscopio como accesorio. Para usarlas,
póngalas en los oculares.
6．Enfoque, cambio de los aumentos, ajuste dióptrico & distancia interpupilar
Coloque el espécimen a observar en el centro de la platina, gire el mando del zoom (o
cubierta del objetivo) hasta el máximo 4.5x, entonces gire el mando de enfoque despacio hasta que
observe una imagen nítida en el ocular derecho. Luego, observe a través del ocular izquierdo,
ajuste las dioptrías si no ve claro. Entonces, mueva la base del tubo ocular derecho e izquierdo
hasta que la distancia interpupilar sea adecuada. Si necesita cambiar los aumentos, gire el mando
del zoom. El cabezal puede girar 360º cuando se afloja el tornillo de la sujeción.
7. Objetivos adicionales (no incluidos)
Puede usar objetivos opcionales (no incluidos) para la observación a distintos aumentos. Los
objetivos disponibles para el estereomicroscopio serie Z son: 0.5x, 1.5x y 2x.
E. Cambio de la bombilla o fusible
Advertencia: Antes de cambiar la bombilla o el fusible desconecte el enchufe. Espere a que la
bombilla se enfríe en caso de fundido.
1．Cambio de la bombilla de luz incidente:
En primer lugar, retire la pantalla de la lámpara, reemplace la bombilla fundida por una nueva
introduciendo completamente la base de la bombilla en la toma de porcelana. Luego, ponga la
pantalla de nuevo.
2．Cambio de la bombilla de luz transmitida:

Bombilla LED: en primer lugar afloje la rosca, luego retire el cristal esmerilado y filtro,
saque la bombilla fundida y reemplácela por una nueva introduciendo completamente el pie de la
nueva bombilla en la toma de porcelana. Por último, coloque de nuevo el filtro y cristal esmerilado
y apriete la rosca.
3．Cambio del fusible:
Saque el cable y el estuche del fusible, cambie el fusible fundido por un nuevo y coloque el
estuche de vuelta en su lugar.
F. Mantenimiento y almacenaje
1. El estereromicroscopio es un instrumento de precisión, debe colocarlo cuidadosamente y
evitar impactos durante el transporte.
2．Colóquelo en un lugar seco y limpio, evite altas temperaturas y golpes.
3．No toque las lentes directamente.
4．Mantenga la superficie óptica limpia, si se deposita polvo en la superficie puede retirarlo con
un secador de pelo.
5．No use disolventes orgánicos para limpiar la superficie del estereomicroscopio, especialmente
las superficies de plástico. Por favor, use productos neutros.
6．Todas las piezas ópticas y mecanismos están ajustados y no puede separarlos por su cuenta.
7．Engrase regularmente las partes móviles.
8．Ponga el estereomicroscopio en un lugar fresco y seco y cúbralo contra el polvo si no la va a
usar en un periodo largo de tiempo.

of precision instruments, dissection and study of propagation, also applied in the field of
education, schools, carving, geology, archeology etc.

D．Operation
1．Environment
Dry and dustless room temperature between -5°C～+40°C.
2．Power Control
Connect the plug to the socket on microscope.
You can control brightness of incident and transmitted bulb by turning dimmer.
3．Selection of working stage
1）Normally, microscope is equipped with semitransparent plastic stage locked by screw
when packed. Use transmitted light to observe transparent objects.
2）Black and white plate is packed with the microscope for user´s selection. To use it, please
loosen the screw and take off the glass plate. Normally, use the white side. If you need to

use the black side to observe white or other transparent objects and to improve the
contrast, use incident light.
4．Placement of object and adjustment of head height
Put the clean object in the middle of stage and use clip if necessary. The stereomicroscope
offers the possibility to place the head at two different heights in the stand, allowing the
observation of objects of a wide range of sizes. If you need to change the height of the head to
adapt to the size of the object, loosen the head screw, move the head and hold it in the desired
position with the screw.
5．Use of eye’s covers
The eye’s covers are packed with the microscope as accessories. Please put them on the
eyepiece to use them.
6．Focus, change magnification, adjust diopter & interpupilar distance
Place the specimen on the centre of the working stage, rotate the magnification knob (or
objective cover) to a high zoom 4.5x, then turn the knob slowly till you can see a clear image in
the right eyepiece, then, observe with the left eyepiece and adjust diopter if image is not clear.
Then, move the left and right prism house till the interpupilar distance is suitable. If you need to
change the magnification, just turn the magnification. The head can rotate 360° when the screw on
the holder is loosened.
7. Additional objectives (not included)
You can use optional objectives (not included) for the observation at different magnifications.
The available objectives for the estereomicroscope series Z are: 0.5x, 1.5x y 2x.
E. Replacement of the bulb or fuse
Warning: Take off the plug before replacing the bulb or fuse. Wait for the bulb to cool off in
case of burnt.
1．Replace the incident bulb:
Firstly, take off the lampshade, replace the burnt bulb with a new bulb by fully inserting the
feet into the porcelain socket. Then, put the lampshade back.
2．Replace the transmitted bulb:
LED bulb: Firstly, loosen the screw, then take off the frosted glass and filter, take out the
burnt bulb and replace it with a new bulb by fully inserting the feet into the porcelain socket. At
last, put back the filter and frosted glass and screw.
3．Replace the fuse:
Take out the wire and the fuse case inside, replace burnt fuse with new fuse and, then, put the
fuse case back.
F. Maintance and storage
1. The stereomicroscope is a precision instrument, it should be placed carefully and avoid impact

during transportation.
2．Put it in a dry and clean place, avoid high temperature and shock.
3．Do not touch the lens directly.
4．Keep the optical surface clean. If there is dust on the surface, you can wipe it off with a hair
drier.
5．Do not use organic solvents to wipe the surface of the microscope, especially the plastic
surfaces, please use neutral cleaning products.
6．All the optical parts and mechanisms are adjusted and you cannot take them apart by yourself.
7．Add grease on moving parts regularly.
8．Put the microscope in a cool and dry place and cover it with a dust cover when it is not going
to be used for a long time.
