Congratulations on purchasing your Optional
Cable Kit for Avaya IX CU360. This kit extends the
features and experience of CU users. It provides a
video grabber that allows you to connect a wired
computer output to the CU360 as a presentation
source.
1. 1x 4m Ethernet cable
2. 1 video grabber. It includes a 2.5m USB cable
3. USB 3.0 adapter Type A/F to Type C/M

1. Connect the computer to be used as a
presentation source to the HDMI INPUT
connector on the Video Grabber.
2. Connect the USB 3.0 adapter type C to
CU360 USB type C connector.
3. Connect the USB connector on the Video
Grabber to the USB connector on the USB
3.0 adapter.
The computer will be used as video source for
content on the CU360.
Note: Not all resolutions from the computer are
supported. Once the HDMI Grabber is connected
as described in this guide, just press the Present
Button.
During a call, a menu on screen will show the
available options: Just select “USB” and the CU360
will start sharing the content of the computer
connected to the HDMI port of the device.
Note: Connect the USB connector on the AV
Grabber to USB 3.0 connector on CU360 using
the provided USB cable.
Important!
• If you need to use an USB hub to connect the
AV grabber to the CU360, ensure that it is 3.0
and properly powered on.
• When the grabber is in use the device could
reset unexpectedly due to excessive power
consumption from the grabber if the USB
hub is not 3.0 or is not properly powered.
