AF970R-DB Tastiera radio
1) AVVERTENZE E PRECAUZIONI PER L’USO
Questi apparecchi sono utilizzabili esclusivamente nel contesto di un sistema di allarme e conformemente a quanto descritto nel presente manuale e nel manuale
delle centrali compatibili del sistema (cod.AF927PLUS e AF927PLUSTC). Essi possono essere installati all’interno di locali, nei limiti di temperatura indicati.
L’apertura degli apparecchi, ad esclusione del vano batteria, comporta l’immediato decadimento della garanzia industriale. Ogni altro uso è da considerarsi
improprio e vietato. Il fabbricante non risponde dei danni risultanti da un uso improprio del prodotto, diverso da quanto previsto nel presente manuale. Leggere
attentamente il presente manuale in tutte le sue parti.

2) GENERALITA’
L’apparecchio è una tastiera radio che permette l’inserimento parziale, totale ed il disinserimento del sistema di allarme mediante un codice numerico composto
da 5 o 6 cifre (in funzione della programmazione effettuate sulla centrale), con conferma della manovra effettuata visualizzata sul display. Il display è retroilluminato
e visualizza il feedback di stato e le anomalie attive nel sistema.
A bordo del dispositivo è presente un lettore RFID integrato che permette di attivare o disattivare il sistema d’allarme avvicinando il trasponder allo stesso.
La centrale in modalità configurazione riconosce automaticamente il dispositivo all’inserimento delle batterie. Prima di inserire le batterie nel dispositivo leggere
il manuale di istruzioni e seguire le istruzioni della centrale a monitor.
Dispositivo fornito con batteria CR123 a corredo.
3) CARATTERISTICHE DEL PRODOTTO
A. Display
B. Pulsanti funzioni:
ESC: premendo il pulsante si accede al menù per inviare le richieste di soccorso;
INVIO: si accede al menù “RELAYS” oppure si accede al sottomenù selezionato;
C. Pulsanti numerici: sono utilizzati per la scelta delle funzioni desiderate (es. “1:Area 1”);
D. Pulsanti ON, OFF:
ON: attiva la funzione selezionata (es. inserimento allarme);
OFF: disattiva la funzione selezionata (es. disinserimento sistema);
E. Pulsanti di comando: con i pulsanti di comando (Su) e (Giù) si scorrono le voci dei menù.
ATTENZIONE: la tastiera consente la gestione dei soli dispositivi collegati al sistema. Per l’associazione del dispositivo alla centrale seguire le istruzioni riportate al punto 4.
4) INSTALLAZIONE, POSIZIONAMENTO E FISSAGGIO
Sganciare la tastiera dal proprio supporto separando i due prodotti (vedi foto 1.1).
Smontare il coperchietto del vano di fissaggio (vedi foto 1.2)
Fissare il supporto della tastiera su una parete liscia utilizzando le viti ed i tasselli forniti a corredo del prodotto (vedi foto 1.3-4-5).
5) ASSOCIAZIONE DELLA TASTIERA ALLA CENTRALE:
Per associare la tastiera alla centrale eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
1. Entrare nel menu “impostazioni e digitare il codice installatore;
2. Entrare nel menu “Dispositivi e aree”;
3. Premere il pulsante “Dispositivi” e selezionare “Aggiungi altri dispositivi”;
4. Premere il pulsante “Aggiungi dispositivo via radio” (la centrale visualizzerà l’immagine della foto 5);
5. Inserire la batteria CR123 nel dispositivo facendo attenzione a rispettare la corretta polarità;
6. Selezionare le aree che la tastiera deve gestire;
7. Premere ok ed attendere il messaggio di conferma dalla centrale;
8. Uscire dal menu.
6) INSERIMENTO/DISINSERIMENTO IMPIANTO:
Premere un qualsiasi pulsante della tastiera per accendere l’LCD della stessa.
Per muoversi tra le voci presenti nei menu utilizzare i pulsanti (Su) e (Giù).
Per selezionare un’area digitare le cifre che rappresentano l’area stessa (Es. Area 2 = pulsante 2).
NOTA: In caso venga digitato un codice utente errato per tre volte, tutte le operazioni verranno inibite per 180 secondi.
1. INSERIMENTO TOTALE: inserire il codice utente ed attendere la comparsa del menu inserimento/disinserimento;
Premere il pulsante ON assicurandosi che sia selezionata la voce “TOTALE” (vedi foto 8);
2. INSERIMENTO PARZIALE:
Inserire il codice utente ed attendere la comparsa del menu inserimento/disinserimento;
Posizionare il cursore sulla riga “Aree” e premere il pulsante INVIO (vedi foto 9);
Selezionare le aree da inserire premendo il pulsante con il numero corrispondente all’area desiderata (vedi foto 10);
Premere il pulsante ON per attivare l’inserimento parziale della centrale.
3. DISINSERIMENTO: inserire il codice utente ed attendere la comparsa del menu inserimento/disinserimento;
Premere il pulsante OFF.
La procedura di inserimento/disinserimento totale del sistema è anche possibile utilizzando una chiave a transponder art. AF340-T.
1. INSERIMENTO TOTALE: ad impianto disinserito, avvicinare la chiave transponder alla tastiera per un secondo ed allontanarla dal lettore;
2. INSERIMENTO PARZIALE: ad impianto disinserito, avvicinare la chiave transponder alla tastiera fino all’avvenuto inserimento parziale del sistema;
3. DISINSERIMENTO: ad impianto inserito, avvicinare la chiave transponder alla tastiera per un secondo ed allontanarla dal lettore.
7) SOSTITUZIONE DELLA BATTERIA
Sostituire la batteria del dispositivo quando viene segnalato sull’LCD della tastiera o dalla centrale.
Per la sostituzione della batteria eseguire le seguenti istruzioni:
1. Porre la centrale in TEST (vedere Istruzioni centrale);
2. Sganciare la tastiera dal supporto a muro;
3. Aprire il coperchio del vano batteria posto nel retro del dispositivo (vedi foto 2);
4. Estrarre la batteria esausta ed inserire la nuova (utilizzare una batteria CR123A 3V) (vedi foto 3.1);
5. All’inserimento della batteria il display della tastiera mostrerà il simbolo di fig. 5 per alcuni secondi e successivamente si spegnerà. Alla successiva riaccensione verrà visualizzata la pagina con le
informazioni provenienti dalla centrale.
6. Richiudere il coperchio del vano batteria (vedi foto 3.2).
ATTENZIONE: la batteria deve essere smaltita negli appositi raccoglitori secondo le norme vigenti, anche nel caso di rottamazione dell’apparecchio, dal quale dovrà essere preventivamente estratta.
8) CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE
Con lo scopo di migliorare i propri prodotti, AVE S.p.a. si riserva il diritto di modificare le caratteristiche tecniche in qualsiasi momento e senza preavviso mantenendo funzionalità e destinazione d’uso. Oltre a
quanto già descritto, le seguenti caratteristiche tecniche si riferiscono alla temperatura ambientale di 20°C (+/- 5°C) e ad un uso normale dell’apparecchio (ambiente residenziale).

1) WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
These devices can only be used in the context of an alarm system and in accordance with what is described in this manual and in the manual of the compatible
control units of the system (code AF927PLUS and AF927PLUSTC). They can be installed inside rooms, within the indicated temperature limits.
The opening of the appliances, with the exception of the battery compartment, leads to the immediate forfeiture of the industrial warranty. Any other use is to
be considered improper and prohibited. The manufacturer is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product, other than that described in this
manual. Read carefully this manual in all its parts.
1.1) DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
The manufacturer, AVE S.p.A., declares that the type of radio equipment AF970R-DB complies with directive 2014/53 / EU.

2) GENERAL
The device is a radio keypad that allows partial or, total activation and disarming of the alarm system by means of a composite numeric code 5 or 6 digits
(depending on the programming carried out on the control unit), with confirmation of the maneuver carried out shown on the display. The display is backlit and
displays status feedback and active anomalies in the system.
On board the device there is an integrated RFID reader that allows to activate or deactivate the alarm system by tapping the transponder closer to it.
The control unit in configuration mode automatically recognizes the device when the batteries are inserted. Before inserting the batteries into the device, read the
instruction manual and follow the instructions of the control panel.
Device supplied with CR123 battery.
3) PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
A. Display
B. Function buttons:
ESC: press the button access to the menu for sending requests for help;
ENTER: access the “RELAYS” menu or access the selected submenu;
C. Numeric buttons: they are used to choose the desired functions (eg “1: Area 1”);
D. ON, OFF buttons:
ON: activates the selected function (e.g. alarm activation);
OFF: deactivates the selected function (e.g. system disarming);
E. Control buttons: use the control buttons (Up) and(Down) to scroll the menu items.
PAY ATTENTION: the keypod allows the management scroll of only the devices connected to the system.To pair the device to the control unit, ollow the instructions given in point 4.
4) INSTALLATION, POSITIONING AND FIXING
Release the keypod from its support by separating the two products (see figure 1.1).
Remove the fixing compartment cover (see figure 1.2)
Fix the keypod support on a smooth wall using the screws and dowels supplied with the product (see figure 1.3-4-5).
5) ASSOCIATION OF THE KEYPOD TO THE CENTRAL UNIT:
To associate the keypad with the control panel, perform the following operations:
1. Enter the “settings” menu and enter the installer code;
2. Enter the “Devices and areas” menu;
3. Press the “Devices” button and select “Add other devices”;
4. Press the “Add device via radio” button (the control unit will display the image in figure 5);
5. Insert the CR123 battery into the device paying attention to respect the correct polarity;
6. Select the areas that the keypod must manage;
7. Press ok and wait for the confirmation message from the control panel;
8. Exit the menu.
6) SYSTEM ARMING / DISARMING:
Press any button on the keypod to turn on the LCD of the same.
To scroll between the items in the menus, use the (Up) and (Down) buttons.
To select an area, enter the digits that represent the area itself (e.g. Area 2 = button 2).
NOTE: : If an incorrect user code is entered three times, all operations will be inhibited for 180 seconds.
1. TOTAL ARMING: enter the user code and wait for the arming / disarming menu to appear;
Press the ON button making sure that the “TOTAL” item is selected (see figure 8);
2. PARTIAL ARMING: Enter the user code and wait for the arming / disarming menu to appear;
Position the cursor on the “Areas” line and press the ENTER button (see figure 9);
Select the areas to be inserted by pressing the button with the number corresponding to the desired area (see figure 10);
Press the ON button to activate the partial arming of the control unit.
3. DISARMING: enter the user code and wait for the on / off menu to appear; Press the OFF button.
The total system arming / disarming procedure is also possible using a transponder key art. AF340-T.
1. TOTAL ARMING: with the system disarmed, bring the transponder key close to the keypod for one second and move it away from the reader;
2. PARTIAL ARMING: with the system disarmed, bring the transponder key close to the keypod until the system has been armed partially;
3. DISARMING: with the system armed, bring the transponder key close to the keypod for one second and move it away from the reader
7) REPLACEMENT OF THE BATTERY
Replace the device battery when it is reported on the keypod LCD or from the control panel.
To replace the battery, carry out the following instructions:
1. Place the control unit in TEST (see Control unit instructions);
2. Release the keypod from the wall support;
3. Open the battery compartment cover located on the back of the device (see figure 2);
4. Remove the exhausted battery and insert the new one (use a CR123A 3V battery) (see figure 3.1);
5. When inserting the battery, the keypod display will show the symbol in fig. 5 for a few seconds and then it will switch off. At the following restart, the page with the information from the control panel
will be displayed.
6. Close the battery compartment cover (see figure 3.2).
PAY ATTENTION: the battery must be disposed of in the appropriate collectors in accordance with current regulations, even in the case of scrapping of the appliance, from which it must be previously removed.
8) TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
With the aim of improving its products, AVE S.p.a. reserves the right to change the technical characteristics at any time and without notice while maintaining functionality and intended use. Besides as already
